I purchased a bed HDC 1012/2012/734 in Feb. The bed in first week itself started making noise. When I complained about it, housefull accepted the problem and said that there was a design defect in the product. They put in place a temporrary arrangement to prevent damage. However 6 months down the line, the bed has given way and one of joints has parted, making the bed unusable. I have again lodged the complaint on 15th Sep(m since then they have delaying the repair. I have send mails, called them atleast 20 times, and visted the store once, but of no use. They seem to be completely unwillingly to even send a carpenter. They say they do not have enought carpenters and the fresh sale is there only priority. I have shopped with them for around 50k twice and this is the kind of service they offer me. The customer care people behave as if they are doing me a favour.

I expecting a response from these people through this forum.

Last year i bought a dining table for Diwali.. This was a gift from me to my parents. They were so happy. My mom is obsessed with the dining table. She really likes it. Thanks Housefull for the happy moments. :)

    Sub: Complain for partial delivery of households purchased under HDC no 1009/2012/2503

    I have purchased a dining table invoice no 101/05965 on 12th Aug 2012 from House Full International Ltd. Palm beach galleria Vashi. It was committed at the time of purchase that the goods will be delivered to my house by 31st August 2012. I received partial goods (wooden Frame of table not been received) on 1st Sep. It was reflected to delivery man at the time and he said that “Assembly person will take it with him”.
    Afterwards assembly team also didn’t supply it. I am following up with company since that time but have no satisfactory answer. All the time I am calling store there are misleading answers without any timeline.
    Partial supply of goods and unsatisfactory answers after more than a month of paying full amount is frustrating for me also every time I am spending money going to shop or calling.

    Houseful people are selling poor quality products and give absolutely no service. My bed did not last for even 6 months .I have also been awaiting the carpenter to visit and rectify the defect, but they busy fooling other consumers. We should stop buying from these theives. That is what is going to set them right

      I placed an order (Order #5103) exactly a month back for a Shoe rack and side table from the Housefull online store. The payment was immediately debited from my card and I got a confirmation of the order. However I have not received any confirmation on when my order will be delivered and there are no signs of the order getting shipped. I managed to speak to someone last month who said the order would be shipped by 5th Sept but no communication from them so far. I have again tried emailing and calling but no one responds. Numbers given on the site don't work - switched off or out of range!!I I wrote about my complaint on the Housefull facebook page and now I've been blocked from writing on their wall. It's been a torture having ordered from Housefull, feel so helpless because I dont know how to go about getting my order delivered or cancelling it if they have no intention of ever delivering it!!!
      My father picked up some furniture for his new office. He is pretty happy with the furniture. Its quite sometime since he purchased them from Housefull.. We dont mind picking up stuff from them again.

        I Have purchased a 4 door wardrobe (hdc no. 1009/2012/2853) on on 26.08.2012 from your vashi store.

        after the delivery was made, on 10 september the carpenter who came for installation found few parts are broken. I was informed by the customer care that a complaint is recorded and the replacement and installation will be done within 2 days. Since then, I am being repeatedly given a new date for delivery, and nothing has happened yet. I have spoken to mr. Deepak and santosh from the store, and no one is able to give me a written confirmation. I would like to know when would you stop cheating people.

        I am also going to complaint against this cheater company and also highlight in media. I don't believe that I bought the products and delivered on June, 1st and the door came out on 17th. After that I was calling them, emailing to customer care but it was not resolved. On 15th Aug, I was bound to visit their outlet and shouted over then also I got a false commitment from Mr. Shaikh. Then again ph calls and finally it was resolved just 2 - 4 days before Ganapati. They replaced the door but the lock was not set and they promised me to get it resolved by 2 to 3 days. In mean time the drawers also came out and I showed the boy who came to fit the door. The channels of drawers are made of plastic and the base of drawers are just a thin paper coated thing which have been bended out. I bought this to keep my cloths but I realized that I should have kept "air" only. Just on the day of Gaapati, Deepak, a carpenter from Housefull, called up and assured me to come by 4 o clock to resolve the issue. At 4 o clock he called me back and informed me that he was stuck somewhere and could not come that day but committed me to come on next day. On next day at evening, he called up and informed me that he would come by 15 mins. But still I am counting his 15 mins.

        Now the question is I have used the product hardly but having problem more than that. The product is in 1 year warranty and they did not give us proper service as far and after 1 year, what will I do? just keep the product in showcase? I asked for full refund and request them to take their product back but they informed me back that refund will not be possible as their company policy. Do they have company policy to cheat the people only? I think tomorrow some thieves opened a company and set their policy not to give back their goods which they have theft and inform police about their policy.

        Now I want to see, what court and media will take their policy to teach them. I will see their last minute.

          I had ordered "Bella Dining Set" in "Housefull International Ltd., 1st Floor, Shri Shilae building, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore-560078" vide HDC no : 1016/2012/2693.

          I had paid the complete amount in advance. I had received the items on time but after several calls/follow-up.
          But the items I received are defective. The installation staff sent by Housefull verified the items and he informed to store that 3 chairs of "Bella Dining Set" are defective. I was told by your shop that these will be replaced. Thus the installation staff did not assemble all the chairs completely and left. This happens on 4th Sep, 2012.

          After then I am keep on calling to the showroom to know when will I receive the replaced product. But I was told that some person will come and do some patch work. First of all this is not at all expected. But that person also did not turn up after several calls to the showroom or helpdesk. At last they promised that some person will come on last Sunday. But this also did not happen. They don't pick up the phone also.

          Please do needfull.

            I had oredered Akira Book case from HOUSEFULL FURNITURE website on 20 August2012 vide online order no.5200. The online transaction was smooth and amount was promptly debited from my bank account. But there systems work smoothly only till payment is received from customer. Afterwards story is different. Till twenty days, there was no response. I called on 9 Sept. and after ringing phone at customer care for about one hour someone picked up the phone and asked me to contact Sales department. Sales department informed me that product will be delivered on 13 September. At last, the D day came and the unassembled book case reached my house on 13 September. It was unassembled imported straight from Malaysia. Therefore I could understand the delay is due to shipping. Probably, they order the shipping in a lot every month only after receiving full payments from customers. The delivery boy told that an assembler will come on next day to assemble the product. That next day has not come. After seeing the product, I realized indeed it is of very light quality and little strength. These products must be costing very less in wholesale. The Book case I ordered is of cost Rs.2500/. But I don't think they buy it at more than Rs.500-700 from foreign exporters. Add to it, the cost of shipping and the rest is their margin. So, in all they are furniture wholesale importers. But, what about their Customer Service? Here too, they are too smart to cut the costs. They do not keep much staff to attend customer issues. Most of the time, their staff do not pick up the call. When their assembler person did not come, I called their Dahisar and Andheri offices but nobody picked up phone during daytime. When I called their Customer care no.[protected], it was switched off. Then I called their Sales department and they informed me to call Assembly Department. The experience of calling Assembly depatment was altogether unique. I called for about 1-2 hour on phone no.[protected] and[protected]. Whenever the bell rung nobody picked up the phone. However, sometimes while dialing these numbers, I heard number Busy tone. At first, I could not understand it. Later I realized they use the phones only when they want to call. They do not receive the calls. Probably, their Managers have given them excellent training to avoid incoming calls to stay away from customer pressure. This is how they cut their Labour costs and manage with less staff. If at all I get a chance I would like to meet the Staff Manager and the Customer Relations Manager to learn these tricks to save company costs and increase margins. They not only exploit labour by keeping less Staff but also exploit Customers by not delivering products within due time and not attending Customer Calls. Excellent strategy!
            My advice is that you Order product on Housefull website only if you have patience of 2 months.
            Looking at the great offers and deals in Housefull my wife dragged me there. I was taken aback by the offers and we happily shopped. Good job Housefull.

                i had placed online order for some furniture to them online on 28th Aug 2012 (order no-4883)but till the date i doesn't received my product, or after calling them for so many times i come to know that they are not having material in stock and the same can be delivered by the month of October. When i asked for cancellation of my order than they told me your request for cancellation is registered and you will get your money refunded within 7day. But till now i doesn't got my money return back to me. whenever i am calling them they are saying same things but no action at all.

                  I have ordered one CAPRICORN SINGLE BED on August 05, 2012.I called more than 10 times to their customer care but it was not delivered and they told that it is out of stock.When I asked for money refund than they are telling every time that we processed it and it will come to your account within 2-3 days but till now I did not got my money.When I am calling now to their customer care no one picking up phone and I send e-mails but there is no response.My order ID-3548.
                  I bought this beautiful painting from Housefull. My friends too loved it. One of my friend bought a painting from there too. Great collection of furniture they have. Loved them!

                      On the 6th of August 2012, I placed an order for a shoe cabinet listed at 2390 on the Housefull web site. (http://www.housefull.co.in) Order No. 3575.
                      Less than a week later, I noticed a print ad for the same product listing it at Rs.1490 , a reduction of Rs. 900. The shoe cabinet had yet to be delivered.
                      On emailing the company, (after receiving no response to my emails and no one picking up the phone), the product was delivered but the delivery men proved ignorant about the listed price change.
                      All subsequent emails to Ms. Ekta Jain received no response and the fitment of the product was delayed until finally a Mr. Faizal answered saying that the product would be installed.
                      On inquiring about the listed price change, Mr. faizal Maradeya assured me that it was not the same product.
                      But the website does not list any other product at a different price or anything remotely close.
                      Does this mean that Housefull has two different set of catalogs , one for print customers and another for online customers?
                      Is it also possible that showroom customers can avail of better discounts then?
                      Why this evident disparity in treatment?

                      Today's Mumbai Mirror the 9th of September 2012 lists the same product at Rs. 1490 again.

                      Can Housefull provide undisputed proof that this is a different product?

                        This is fraud company - they give advertisement for cheaper furniture on web but supplies incomplete furniture.

                        I have ordered storage compartment and received incomplete modular parts which can't be assembled due to hardware not supplied and plywood missing. After making so many complaints and after 1 month also the incomplete furniture is lying in my house and i am thinking to dump it as scrap.

                        SCRAP FURNITURE FROM SCRAP AND FRAUD COMPANY.

                        MY ADVICE IS NEVER TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

                          Be careful... I seriously don't recommend houseful furniture to anyone.

                          I have ordered a swiss set(bed, wardrobe) & shoe rack on 15-aug-2012. Have made full payment on 15-aug they dint delivered the total items till date 06-sep-2012.

                          Problems faced

                          1. If you check the website there is a emi option. At store location there is no such option.

                          2. As I have ordered for swiss set which includes bed & wardrobe. They have charged me for bed and wardrobe seperately. I even swiped my credit card without looking at total bill amount. Later they kept on hold for 45 mins they void sale the transaction.

                          3. Product selling: executive at houseful while buying swiss bed said there will be a 2mm gap between the ground and bed. But, when carpenter came to fix the items. He charged me rs.200 for bushes fixed to the bed.

                          4. Wardrobe mirror missing: carpenter fixed the wardrobe while leaving told that a person will be coming with the mirror to fix it. After so many follow-ups with the local store and even visiting them they dint there promise which use to be delivered on time.

                          5.As on aug 15th. There was a offer if you buy a amount of 14k a earring will be gifted which cost 4,000. Help desk at houseful kept my free gift pending said he will give us call back in 1 week. After two weeks it dint happened. After I moved to the store for the issues I am facing he handed me the free gift.

                          After I visited the store on 4th-sep-2012 for wardrobe mirror which is missing. Promised me they will resolve the issue by tomorrow 5th-sep-2012. Till date I dint even received a phone call nor a message from houseful for inconvenience or for the delay of service/Products.

                          Please refrain from buying products from housefull furniture shop.

                            I had ordered for a product online on July 26th. I had made the payment on the very next day at the Marathahalli office in cash to Mr. Satyajit.
                            Housefull confirmed that the product would be delivered within 14 days.

                            Post 14 days, I had not recieved the product and when I called up the customer care (which is ever so un-responsive), they told me that the product was not delivered. On enquiring the reason they told me that the initial product that I ordered was a defective one, and that it was the last piece.
                            Housefull did not even show the courtesy to notify me of this problem.

                            I asked for a refund, but they advised me to replace the order with another product and that this time they will be promt in the delivery. I take this huge risk and order another product, again through their website. This time, they say that the product will be delivered by September 4th 2012.
                            As I feared, they still have not delivered my product till date.

                            The customer service does not pick the calls. And when they do, there is this usual confident reply "Our concerned department will call you within half an hour". The truth is that they have never called.

                            I want to cancel the order, but now no body picks the call.
                            This is very frustrating and dissapointing.

                            Housefull has very bad service.

                            I have purchased furniture - One Book CASE and one Shoe rack online from Housefull on 9 SEPTEMBER, 2012 and taken full payment of Rs 7580/-. I was promised delivery on 30 September, 2012. I just received one item - Book case on 30 Sep that too in unassembled form and they ignored that I have any other item for order. Later they acknowledge and promised to send me the Shoe rack within 3 days. It has been painfull more than a week and no response from them. They didn't pick up the call or do not response on phone. every time they promised one date and never deliver anything. We are spending whole days in trying calling consumer court and there is no response from them. Beside wasting our money, its been huge mental agony for us. We want our money back and compensation for pain they inflicted and also as punishment to them.
                            I bought a coffee table and two chairs to go with it. It was a pretty piece. I just love it. I got it at the right time at a good deal. Housefull seems to have some pretty good stuff..

                              I placed an online order for a table with housefull on Aug 5, 2012. I paid 100% money for the same. Their employee Hanish called to acknowledge the order & committed to deliver within 5 working days. Till 3rd september also I have not recieved the order. Meantime I have emailed them 3-4 times to check the status, but I have not recieved the response to any of my emails. i also called their office no. hunderds of times. Usually noone picks up the calls. Out of all the tries my calls were picked up thrice. I spoke to their employees Prashant, Hanish & Ashwin. Everytime they told me the order will be delivered within 2 days. Hanish always kept be giving excuses about his personal life and promised the delivery with 2 days. In last week of Aug (on my 3rd call) he told me that table is out of stock so we can return your money within 3 days. When I asked him to direct me to his manager, he said Ashwin is my sr. manager & you can talk to him. After the discussion Ashwin turned out to be junior executive. Also till date I have not recieved the refund & they are not taking my calls also.

                              We were shopping for my wedding when I came across Housefull. I was awed by the stuff they had that I refurnished my room without any reason. My wife thinks im crazy but she also loves the furniture... :)Their stuff is pretty good..

                                I bought a furniture online from Housefull International Ltd. on dated 15th September, 2012. I got an e-mail from Housefull International Ltd. that the delivery of your furniture will be given on 26sth September 2012.

                                Now it is three weeks since booking and I have not received the delivery yet.

                                I called on phone a number of times but the attendent of phone replied me that your delivery of furniture will be given on tommorrow. But they failed and again promised to make delivery on next day. Again they failed and it happened so many times. On 01st September 2012 I again got an e-mail from Housefull International Ltd. that the delivery of your furniture will be given on 02nd September 2012. Still I have not got the delivery of my order.

                                I found very very bad response from the customer care as well as delivery department of Housefull International Ltd,

                                Will my order fulfilled ?

                                Please look into the matter and solve my problem as early as possible.

                                  I had purchased a grace sofa set 3 + 1 + 1 seater from housefull furnitures bannerghatta road, bangalore. And after installation I found that it is faulty. One of the sofa height is less than others also there is no cushion at the corners of the 3 seater, I can feel the wood there. Also, leather/Rubber of sofa is very loose. I even complianed regarding this thrice but nothing happened. Now nobody is picking my call I a calling them from more than 10 days now.

                                  My hdc number is : 1016/2012/2340.

                                  I have paid rs.14500 for this garbage. Please try to resolve my issue. Either replace it with a proper sofa or refund my money. I have already filed consumer case compliant regarding such thing in past and won the case. This time also I will not hesitate to take consumer court help. Take action or face the court.

                                    Dealing with Housefull international Limited has been the worst nightmare of my life. My bad time begun when lured by the low price and 7 days delivery guarantee, i purchaed a 3 seater swing from there web site www.housefull.co.in on 24th July. after sev eral followup the delivery was finally made by them on 6th August, with a promise to do the assembling within 24 hours.

                                    When nobody turned up for assembly i called up the customer care again a series of false promices started. Here the major problem is that either all there numbers are engaged or keeps ringing with no response and even if after several tries somebody picks up they will either give you a new number or will say that you will get the followup call within few hours which never happen. For me after about 20 calls to different numbers finally a guy turned up for assembly on 11 th august evening.

                                    My trouble does not end here, after opening the pack he declared that all the parts required were not in the pack. and two of the parts were missing. as per the instruction fromt here customer care i mailed the details to there mail ids:[protected]@housefull.co.in and [protected]@housefull.co.in on morning of 12th August and have been waiting for there responce since then. So far i have made more then HUNDRED calls to there customer care with about 15 of them being successfull and the reply has always been standard my complaint has been forwarded to there Complaints depart ment with few hours i will receive a call from them. So far morning of 22nd August there has been no proper responce from them. and All my effors have gone in vain and my harassment in ther hands continue.

                                    My advice to all buyers. Do not get lured by ther false commitments and low price. Just google arond and you will find more then 100 consumers who have either not received there goods or have received incomplete or damaged parts. and are still fighting for there complaint redressal.

                                    a month i am still to get my swing and have no idea if i will get it or not and if get it then by when.

                                      I bought a sofa from Housefull. They assembled it for me on the date fixed while ordering. The sofa was perfect. No problems. The installation was hassle free.. Thanks Housefull. :)

                                      Housefull took the payment for a product but did not delivered the product since a month

                                        Dear Mr. Chandrakant Rathore,
                                        This has reference to our telephonic conversation had regarding the incomplete furniture that you have delivered to my residence.
                                        It is unfortunate that after placing the order on 20/5/2012 and paying the full and final amount in advance, we have to suffer at the hands of your incompetent sales personnel and giving us false promises. Let me remind you that I had placed and order for 1 Maria Center table, ! Gidvani Sofa Set and 1 Edmund dining set. Unfortunately due to some measurement mistake the Edmund dining set was too big and we had requested to replace it with a Tokyo Dining Table, 5 Camy Chairs and Alfa Corner Table. The products were delivered in installments and that also after continuously reminding your staff regarding the same. The Tokyo Dining table was delivered around 20 days back and after continuously calling your staff a carpenter was sent to fix the table and the chairs. While fixing the chairs and the table, it was noticed that 2 of the chairs were damaged. Also the Dining table did not have the required fittings to fix the same. I was promised that the same will be rectified withing a span of two days. Unfortunately, the matter has been dragging on since than. I had to cancel twice my get together because the dining table was not fixed. Last Friday, after we had cancelled our get together, one Mr. Sandeep along-with another guy came to our house at around 9 pm and fixed the table with some rusted hardware and that also has been left incomplete because the complete hardware for the same is not available.
                                        Now, after repeatedly calling you up, someone from the customer care calls me and informs me that the hardware for the table is not available with the stores and it will take another 15 to 20 days for the same. Let me also tell you that out of the five chairs that were sent one of the chair is different from the rest. Now Mr. Chandrakant, please let me know what is the final call on the same. My wife, who had a brain tumor operation and because of the mental harassment, she has had severe bouts of headaches for which she had to take extra medications over and above the normal medications that she is on.
                                        I received a call from your Customer Care and was told to visit your showroom after Monday i.e. 6th August, and select another dining set in lieu of the one that I had selected. I visited your showroom yesterday 7th August and saw your products. Unfortunately non of the dining table on display as well as on your site are good enough in dimension as well as the appearance for which we had booked the previous dining set. We had a talk with Mr. Pawan who in turn talked to you. I have suggested Pawan to either import a fresh set of Dining Table and
                                        Chairs and replace the same within a month or so or refund back my money. The ball is in your court to take the final call.
                                        Please Mr. Chandrakant, this is the final settlement that I am asking for. If it is not agreeable to you, kindly revert back to me so that I can take further coarse of action.

                                        It has been nearly more than 12 days since I sent the mail and subsequently the promise you gave me that within days you will resolve the issue.
                                        Since last couple of days I have been calling you on your cell but you are not responding. I think you are not interested in solving the issue. Furthermore, the chairs that you have supplied has already started to rust. I feel that the products that you are selling are not up to the mark. I now feel that it will be better that you take the Table and the Chairs back and refund my money so that we can purchase some quality product from somewhere else.
                                        Kindly reply to my mail so that we know what next step we have to take.
