Hi All

I have also a bad experience with house full. On 15th Aguest 2011 I have purchased a dining table from house full Aundh branch just after seeing their promotional add on that days times of india. In that one dining table was priced 6999 and free gift of diamond ear studs which worth RS.4500. We paid the amount the said day and immediately got the gift (it seems to be cheap ear stud which costs rs.10 or 20 as I am not expert in evaluating diamonds no further comments on this side) and got delivery voucher in which delivery date was 10th of September 2011. The offer was irresistible we didn’t have any problem to wait for 25days. On 10th September we called to the given number and enquired about the delivery. At our surprise the person attended the phone asked us about what delivery we are talking and I have given all the details to him. Still he was repeatedly asking me are you sure is it today is your delivery date. I said sternly it is today and it is he supposed to know about the details of customers has he himself said that he is the concerned person and he is not able to find my details in his records I am going to file case against the company for cheating then he was able to trace my details in his records and informed that by evening I will get my table delivered. But till 6PM no news from the company or no table delivered I called the same person again. This time he said my table was damaged and they need another one and half month to deliver the table to me. I didn’t say anything to him but simply went to showroom and met the manger there. He heard my story and asked me to choose any other expensive dining table then he will be able to deliver that on same day else he is helpless and I need to wait for another one and half or two months that also he was not ready give any guaranty. I asked him to give the money back he was more than happy to return my money and he did it within a minute. His expression was like that he was relieved from a promise which he was not able to or not indent to fulfill.
It is a surprise for me If they don’t able to deliver a product why should this people continuously giving similar adds and cheating and waisting customers time and money. Any after reading all other comments I am happy at least I got my money back instead of a substandard product. I am adding this comment because it may help many others not falling into the same trape

Damanged Products dilivered, no response from past 2 Months, Very Very Poor service. Never buy anything from this company.
I am going to Consumer Court.

    After making purchases worth of Rs 61,000/- Housefull furniture has let us down by the service provided and most importantly the QUALITY of the furniture .

    We faced several issues since we bought a bed , sofa set, dining table and a wall frame from housefull in May 2011...in one week without even using the furniture the condition of the sofa is miserable when we i turned the sofa we saw the sofa cover is not stitched but its stapled..

    The Bed was a defective piece , which we realised while your carpenter was assembling the same.One sheet of the bed is damaged and was already in a bad condition . This was also noticed and agreed by the hosefull carpenter who in turn called the store manager.The solution given to us was to give a written complaint letter and hand it over to the carpenter so that necessary action can b taken... but the damaged bed is still lying in the room..and till date no one has even responded or acknowledged the complaint letter.
    The bed was delivered in 1st week of June , and we are still awaiting response .
    Feels very bad that we are cheated after spending our hard earned money ..

      After seeing the ad in the newspaper I visited the Housefull furniture showroom at Kalyan Nagar(ORR) and the showroom manager has convinced me that the furniture is very good the same will be delivered and assembled at my house. I paid full amount for the sofa set (Pretoria) and they said It will take 2 weeks for delivery. After 2 weeks the furniture do came and they have just unloaded the same and when their technician came and started assembling, he found many parts missings and remaining parts in broken condition. Now the whole junk is occupying my living room and they are telling it will take another week to get the replacement. The phone numbers given in the website is of no use as the same does not work.
      My humble request to all others is that do not buy their furniture as the item displayed and the item delivered looks similar but the thickness varies. The product is of inferior quality and the service just does not exist. Now I am running from pillar to post to get the item replaced,eventhough their invoice claims that item can be replaced/exchanged. Anyhow I think I had lost my money. One more case of a company duping consumers promising big things and taking the people for a ride.

      Completely agree with that. I had a very bad experience with these people.

      Providing cheap quality items to customers by showing big offers with no respect to our money... I started following up on apr 05 2011 and i still do not have a replacement or not even a fix...

      DO NOT TRUST THEM
      I have the best experience, so happy with housefull :)

        i have booked dining table with 4 dining chairs and a Sofa on 31.07.2011 at Houseful Furniture store Kukatpally Hyderabad,.. i have made full payment by credit card. The delivery date given to me on the challan was 9.08.2011. but delivered half of the material on 10.08.2011 and the balance on 16.08.2011, in that the daining chares given are already used ones and from 10th Aug, no one is coming to fix the furniture its lying in the parcels, the Daining table is a glass top table, we have a kid of 2+ years and facing lot of inconvient with the glass dumps, so many times I called up stores every time a new person will come into the picture, with new delivery date, and every time they will not communicate to me any thing regarding it, Every time i have to contact Store, I fedup with them and even tried to call to their head office directly with the numbers given in their website and found that those numbers are fake numbers, and seeing some responses from mr. Dhiren Rajgor customer care manager for Housefull Int Ltd in consumer complaints forum. I even called up him also on his cell no[protected], he said he will resolve the issue immediately and he will call me back in within 20 minits time, but he never called me back and whenever I call up on this mobile his mobile is always busy....
        I PERSONALLY REQUEST EVERONE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM HOUSEFULL FURNITURES.... BUYING A PRODUCT FORM HOUSEFLL IS NOTHIGN BUT BUYING A MENTAL STRESS ...

            We had booked 2 wardrobes a Ketch 4 Wardrobe and Cindy 4 Wardrobe on 24th July 2011 Booking No:[protected] and the payment INR 20498 paid by Credit card in Advance from Housefull International,Kukatpally-Hyderabad and the delivery Date given was 1st August 2011.After lot of telephonic complaints shelling out atleast INR 100worth of phone calls the packed Items in partially Damaged condition were dumped at Home on 12th August Midnight at around 1am disturbing our sleep.Mr Naresh the manager promised to send the carpenter to assemble the very next Day.However it did not materialize.Till Date we are awaiting the carpenters arrival even though Mr.Naresh promises to send the Carpenter the same day. We hope through your columns in the Housefull Authorities will realize the Customer Requirements and deliver the assembled wardrobes at our home atleast by now.

              I purchased Finesse bedroom set in the month Jan from Housefull furniture , Kharadi , Pune and found that quality of product is substandard . they gave 1 year warranty of the product , but when I filed complain about the breakage in their product after 5 months o[censored]sage , they only took the complain , but never addressed even after 2 months . Please enquire about the quality of product they and how they misguide the consumer about the quality of product. Also take necessary action for noncompliance of their warranty that they give while selling the product.

                I had booked 3 items.
                - I got only 2 items after delay.
                - Technician don't come after repeated calling to showroom.
                - After technician comes 1 piece out of 2 is damaged and can not be fitted.
                - 3rd Piece which i never got, I am not getting refund of it.
                - Your RM's mobile is switched off and other staff don't know anyting about it.

                  We had bought a bed Maghogany,Side Table,wardrobe and a Mattress on 28.04.11 from your Rajajinagar Store Bangalore and got delivered to our place on 23.07.2011 and was fitted by your carpenter on 25.07.11 . without being used at all the whole bed and wardrobe has got full fungus and the material is of very cheap quality we had given complaint over the phone on 02.08.11 for which we did not get any response even for week.Then we were force to visit your store at rajajinagar and met one by Mr.Koushik who introduced himself as the Manager and promised to send the person to have a look the next day but he never turned up even after 3 days and again we had call them. At last the person came had had a look and took some photographs and told us to come back within a day but we waited for 2 days and he didnt respond at all and again we were forced to visit your store and talked with Mr.Koushik only then we came to know that he is not the manager when we asked for his superior phone no he is not willing to give to us and told us that the bangalore head dosent want be disturb. I can't understand why he is a head when to he dosen't want to resolve the customer problem. We have got fed up with all these and we have lost faith in your company and we not want to use any of your product and we want our Refund at any cost Kindly look in this matter and arrange for a refund within a week and we are not at all willing to have a replacement after looking your company's response which is VERY VERY VERY Poor Kindly do respond to this

                    Sharing my horrific experience with them. Hope it rescues some readers here.
                    I bought a 6 seater dining table from Housefull- Aundh branch in pune, ticket value ~20k. Paid all in advance.
                    It took it more than one month to deliver it. At the time of booking they took all advance and promised a delivery date in writing after 15 days from booking.
                    Even after a month they did not deliver it. In spite of regular follow ups . When I used to call them they'll tell me that they will deliver the next day.
                    Moreover, The staff is so unprofessional and disgusting that they lie on your face. I cannot explain how bad my experience has been with them.
                    Please save your self. And never ever go to housefull.
                    After almost two week’s follow up and number of calls now they stopped answering my calls .
                    And when they do receive all I would get out of those calls was a promise that they’ll deliver the next day.
                    One day I went to the store to ask for my money back , which they obviously refused to pay.They told us to wait for another week for the final time.
                    Then they finally delivered after more than a month . They kept my money for 40 days and did not give me the product.
                    Now when they delivered they sent 4 chairs only from the set and 2 chair were different. And I now have to start following up for the remaining two chairs.
                    I am so disgusted now . They tell me everyday that they'll send the chair tomorrow. That tomorrow never seems to come. I am regretting my decision of buying from them so badly.
                    The dining table they have delivered is scratched from several places. The chairs do not proper balance. They are saying they will not take it back but will do a touch up. God knows when.
                    Readers , please beware of these thugs. Avoid going to Housefull.
                    Similar experience with me. I am going to consumer court.

                      Hi,

                      I purchased Sofa Set and Bedroom Set from HouseFull Furniture on 16th July 2011. They committed me to deliver it on 26th July 2011. I received only Bedroom Set and then they said they will deliver Sofa set after 2 days. I have purchased Manhattan Sofa (3+1+1) with side table and center table. On 28th they just got Sofa and didn't get side table and center table which is part of the set.
                      I didn't sign when people came to fit the Sofa and called back the HouseFull Kharadi and told them that I didn't receive full set.
                      This is when -SERVICE-Experience started. Firstly one person took the complaint and said he will call on Saturday 30th July 2011 and deliver it on the day. When we called in the morning there was a new person who wasn't having any idea about previous complaint. He took a new complaint and told that he will call again in an hour. There was no call till evening. After that we continuously tried calling and everytime a NEW person picked and said, we have no idea at all and we will tell other person.
                      No one committed to send the missing Center Table and Side Table and everytime when we call the person give mobile number of some other person and ask us to call him.

                      I agree with you...Absolutely pathetic service in hyderabad also..I am tired of calling these guys but it seems they are not interested at all...If I had the slightest of the clue I would not have bought from them..I think my money and energy both lost with them.
                      I got my sofa set delivered after calling to main Mumbai office. Those guys were very reasonable.

                        quality certified. But I am frustrated with Housefull's PATHETIC product and quality.

                        Your purchase was on dated 21 June 2010 and your complaint was regularly attended by Mr Vishnu- Kalyan Nagar –Bangalore store head on regular basis in last 2 months.
                        We have always rectified and attended your complaints .After using for almost 10 months we have always cooperated you by giving you regular services.
                        As we fail to understand after rectifying your sofa through professional sofa maker which is being used by you from almost a year you are mentioning this comments .
                        As you are our valued customer we respect you and we have organized again the professionals to visit your residence in two days time and solve your problem

                        Was there any resolution to your complaints?

                        I bought a wall unit- Christina Wall Unit - which was displayed with transparent glass in the store as well as in the company's website : http://www.housefull.co.in/productdetail1.aspx?pid=112
                        This product is clearly displayed with transparent glass and there is no point that the glasses
                        are shaded/non transparent as the purpose is to display the decorative items.

                        However first the store did not deliver the glass along with the wall unit and next after 4 days of continuous follow up with the store( Hyderabad, KukattPally) they sent a wrong glass to me, which I have rejected as the glass is shaded and does not

                        allow any visibility to the decorative items kept on the shelf

                        I have written to Mr Dhiren Rajgor in details and called up as well.My first call was picked, but thereafter no answer to the later calls.

                        Please share your experience and any suggestions, how to get the complaints addressed by Housefull timely.

                        I have the Wall unit lying unused for 2 weeks at my house as the glass doors are not yet attached.

                        Mr Dhiren Rajgor may left "House Full" otherwise he should have address the issue as per his responsibility of his employer.

                        you can only share your experiecne using differnt media to alert other comsumers if your problem not already resolved.
                        My wife loves shopping... shopping anything for that matter! So we went to Housefull to shop as we had a requirement. We picked some stools like sofa. since my wife couldnt resist her temptation she bought a painting also. We enjoyed shopping there. We are also satisfied with the stuff we bought.. !

                          I would like to file a serious complaint of no delivery of goods as per timeline after full payment of good. The shop is not accessible on phone and there is no proper response to any calls made to them since last 1 month. We have been chasing for timely delivery, furniture assembly, polishing. Since last 20 days we have been chasing for a broken mirror (during transport at their cost) which is not yet been delivered and when called we are asked 100 questions and kept giving false commitments about delivery, or at times disconnecting our calls.

                          This is a serious case of fraudulent transaction by the Co.

                            Hi Mr. Dhiren,

                            I purchased one Sofa from Housefull on 25th July 2012 and they give the delivery date on 9th August and when I call on [protected] which was given on the receipt for enquries, on 8th August she pick the phone and told that the delivery will be on time but after that she never pick the call on 9th August and when i personally went to showroom on 9th August no one was there to answer the queries and at last they told that your consignment will be delivered on 13th August, but when I call again on 13th August same story repeats that lady didn't pick any call even her manager did not respond so again I have to visit showroom to check the status and now new person was there who told me that the consignment will be deliver on 14th August .

                            It is very pathetic that I have to run around showroom for 3 or 4 times just to purchased a Sofa, it seems that giving the money in advance make me helpless as I have given my money and now they don't even pick they call and not sure when they will deliver my Sofa and atmost don't know how it will be, if there will be any issue with the Sofa or I have to replaced it then it will be like hell for me.

                            I was looking for consumer court online while I found your email id on website. I am not sure that if I can say that I have a hope from you but that for sure I know that my next step will be consumer court.

After that I lodged complaint they took back faulty part but till now they not given me back . I asking them to take back your product & give my money return back.They not responds properly.

                              Dear All,

                              I haven't wrote any compliant so far. But the way House Full furniture behaved after the purchase, thought of warning new buyers.

                              I purchased Shoe Rack from them on 18th june (booking no.[protected]@ Marathahali shop. They told me that within 10 days make delivery. I got the delivery( they charged me extra)on time. Next day,after making multiple phone call they sent the carpenter for assembly at the evening. But when he opened the box, we found few damages. So we told him not to assemble . Also we made immediate call to the number(+91 [protected]) given in the booking sheet. They promised that damaged part will be replaced within 3 days( that is today). But when i made call to them, everyone started making their own commitment to replace the damaged part

                              One person( Mr.Ambrish) said that Carpenter is on leave, his phone is not reachable and he will not be able to do it today, but trow (5-june)for sure.

                              Other person(Mr.Shyeed) told me that he made compliant HO and waiting for their response, anyway the part delivery will take another week time.

                              End of the day, as a customer i am royally cheated by all these false commitments. No one takes responsibility @ House full. Even after blasting the, very lazy behavior from their side and no courtesy to call customer to inform status of compliant and date for assembly.

                              Anyway mine is shoe rack. Big furniture buyers.. pl. be careful. Even the quality is not worth!

                                I was promised with the delivery of Dinning table set on July 1, 2011 but it was not delivered to me niether any information came from the store about the reason of non delivery: when I have called the store I got the stupid answer that it will not be deleivered today and may or may not be delivered tomorrow. The store Manager was not available or he had not attended my call. I was denied the direct No. of the Store Manager also. I want the refund of my money if campany cannot kept its delivery promise it has no right to retain my money

                                  We selected 4 door wardrobe and purchased it on 8th may 2011 at house full international ltd dahisar east branch, and they told that they will deliver on 18th may 2011. After 2 days when the carpenter came home to assemble the product it was found that one of the panel pertaining to wardrobe was defective. Carpenter took the photo and in writing from us that the panel of wardrobe was defective,and would be replaced in weeks time.But even after 2 weeks of extensive calling and reminding of the replacement for the defective wardrobe from our side they finally sent a replacement panel for wardrobe and while assembling the wardrobe it was observed by us that it was not only defective but also a display showroom piece instead of brand new piece,we have insisted the worker who came to install the product not to install the wardrobe with the defective replacment piece,and that worker left that piece at our residence and went saying it would be collected when the new piece would come ,later again after extensive follow ups over telephone they again send another wardrobe piece saying its a brand new piece and it is defect free (by narmada customer service manager house full ltd thakkar mall dahisar east branch) but upon close observation when the second worker was installing for the third time the second replacment panel for wardrobe it was detected that the piece so called brand new product was also having a defect( it got puffed up due to water ingession into it).When we enquired it with the worker(carpenter) he said it was the piece taken from display product from the showroom and he had not noticed it at the showroom.The customer manager (narmada )who lied to us saying that it is the new product and it has no defects and it was checked before it was delivered to my home.
                                  We asked the worker not to install that product but that person was forcing us to get it installed at our home with the defective piece ,we also spoke to the customer manager narmada saying we dont want defective piece she kept on insisting us to get that defective piece installed and that it would be replaced when the new product comes.But we stood strong and told her nothing doing we dont want to install the defective piece and that we need new product.So finally she accepted and the worker left leaving the defective product again at home.
                                  Because of this our house became a godown for the house full international ltd company,all the wardrobe panels were kept at our home in bedroom and living room,because of which we were constraint with the place at home in bedroom and the living room ,we couldnot call our friends and relatives to our home.We couldnt live our day to day life in peace,we were mentally tortured every day,we had to call the house full internationall (dahisar branch) every day to find out about the status of our defective product, and they would simply buy more time from us that it will be done in two days time and then as we call them after two days they will simply say that the carpenter is not available today and the product cannot be delivered to our house and when we call next day they say the product has not come yet ..so finally we decided to return the product and get our money back. When we told them we need our money back and we would return the product they say that they would deliver the product at home in another two days of time, but which they again failed to do so ...we even told we will make a police complaint for cheating us by lying and trying to sell a defective product and showroom piece ,then they simply disconnect the phone, this mental torture was given to us by customer care manager narmada and bhushan.
                                  Through all this (from 8th may 2011 to till date) we finally decide to take the money back and return their product and also to charge the telephone conversation compensation, intrest for the money paid to them in advance till date ,also compensation for keeping their product and defective wardrobe panels at my residence till date..and compensation for mental torture..

                                    I purcahsed one 3 dorr wardrobe & dresser from Housefull furniture. it's not compleate one month of delivery.

                                    I seen that when i am opening the door it is too irritating smell & which is harmfull for eyes it is burning sensation to my eyes. by putting 4 5 cloths on shelf its bending.

                                    I am just wondering what the next steps for me need to be... And also the fact that if they can behave like this with a regular customer what would be happening to others...

                                    ANY help in getting the money back would be appreciated... I can't and am not willing to take other products in exchange as I don't need any thing at all that they have to offer... JUST NEED MY HARD-EARNED MONEY BACK...

                                      Hi,

                                      I bought a dining table (6 seater) from house full international limited, Kharadi, Pune branch on 2-aug-2010 for INR 25,000 vide receipt number 292 (see attachment) with instructions that I would required the delivery in first week of October... The then manager, Laukik, a thorough gentleman, said that it won't be a problem as I had made multiple purchases from the same store previously...

                                      Since mid october I called up the store multiple times and even visited personally to be told everytime that they would get back to me with details of when the delivery would be made as they can't track where the said piece of furniture is... Some time, during that time (I am not sure when) Laukik moved out of Housefull and some new manager joined... Till date, I don't know who that is as I have never met him during my various visits to the store... Whatever time of the day, he is either out for lunch or tea or whatever and never returns the call... the number is usually not responded to [protected] and the customer service desk is usually not manned... Finally, with little-to-no response, I bought another piece as i could not wait more... since then, i have been following up for my money to be returned... Things haven't changed much... I still don't get a response from them... Every individual just provides me another name or a number... Finally, I contacted the so called "head office" in bombay... phone number [protected]... surprisingly, most of the times, no one receives the call on that number too... finally, after trying for a few days, I got through to someone (I guess the name was Rizwi) with a commitment from him that a call back would be made to me in a few hours regarding the next steps... It's been 3 days again and no one is picking up the number again...

                                      I am just wondering what the next steps for me need to be... And also the fact that if they can behave like this with a regular customer what would be happening to others...

                                      ANY help in getting the money back would be appreciated... I can't and am not willing to take other products in exchange as I don't need any thing at all that they have to offer... JUST NEED MY HARD-EARNED MONEY BACK...

                                      House Full International Ltd — Non-delivery of Dining set

                                      I have purchased a Dining set on 4 feb and the same was scheduled to be delivered on 11 feb by House Full International Ltd, HDC nbr# 1025/2012/363. Calling up their customer service makes only things worse as all they could only tell was a lie... I am running out of patience with their service...!!!!
                                      Waiting for fovourable response to happen within 24 hours..

                                      House Full International Ltd — Non delivery of item and non refund of money

                                      I had ordered a computer table vide Booking No. [protected] and the same was to be delivered by 15 Oct 12. Till date i have neither received the item nor have i received the refund. There was no proper response to my mail also. On telephonic enquiry the customer care rep always tells me that my refund is in process.

                                        I had booked 1 double bed on 15th May 2011, and at the timing of booking executive at Housefull, Sinhgad road confirmed me delivery on 5th day itself but on that day once again they told me that that we received it in damage condition and we are unable to deliver it.
                                        On same day. Mr Mateen from Housefull had confirmed me that we will receive it on 2nd June 2011 for sure without any further delay n now on 2nd june he once again saying that it will be delayed due to some customs issue in Mumbai and get postponed till 10th June otherwise you can cancel your offer.
                                        This kind of fraud and wrong commitments given by Housefull team .

                                        Its so shameful to work so organised way by Housefull.
