I have Placed an Online Order for a WallUnit on 06th March 2013 and the Full Payment was Made during the Booking of the Product. As Per the Invoice Received, The Scheduled Delivery Date was 21st March 2013. I waited till 22nd March 2013 and Since I didn't get any Communication, I wrote a Mail to Housefull on 22nd March 2013.
After Writing the Mail, I got a Call from Housefull saying that the Product is on the Way and will be delivered on 25th March 2013. Again I waited and got No Response,
So on 25th March 2013, I again Wrote a Mail. Again after the Mail, I got a Call from Housefull saying that the Delivery will be made on 26th March 2013 before 12:00 PM.. I waited again, But No Response was received and I again Send a Mail on 26th March 2013.
Even after My Mail on 26th I didn't get any response, So I again Wrote a Mail on 27th March 2013 and after this I got a Call saying that the Product Which I Ordered is Damaged and they can't deliver the Product. I told them to Put this on Mail and I got a Reply as below...

Dear Vipin,
This mail is in regards to the mail appended below. We sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We heartily apologize for the delay in delivery. The delivery was delayed due to some uncertainties in transportation. Due to which the product got damaged. Since the respective product is not in stock and we can’t deliver you with the damaged product, we would like to request you to kindly go for some other Wall Unit or else you can opt for some other product within a same range. Kindly find the below link for reference:

For the above Mail on 28th March 2013 I wrote back to Housefull to return back My Money with the Interest for this Whole Period.. Then Suddenly I got a Call again from Housefull Saying that the Product can be Delivered within 04 Days.. The Executive was So Confident that the Product will be delivered, So i asked them to Confirm it through Mail and also asked them to add a Clause that if the Product is Not Delivered within 04 Days then Either I would be given a More Expensive Product or Will return My Money with Interest.
Now till today (2nd April 2013) I have Not received any response from them and I feel that their Intention is to keep my Money without delivering the Product.

Requesting to take appropriate action against "House Full International Ltd. : E-Comm Bangalore" for this Irresponsible act.

After Posting this Complaint Yesterday, I again Got a Call and Mail from Housefull Saying that the Product will be delivered and Installed by 04th April 2013.

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to our telephonic conversation.

Please accept our heart-felt apology for the delay. We have schedule the delivery of the product on 04.04.13 and we will provide you assembly on same date.

Request you to kindly bear with us till then.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

We assure you of our best services.

    We booked two home furniture units from Housefull Vashi store on 3rd March 2013. HDC No. is 1009/2013/652. The products are:
    1. Brooklyn Shoe Rack MH7003. Product Code:[protected] We paid Rs.5450.00 for the product.
    In the store the actual price of the product mentioned was Rs 12,380 and after 56 per cent discount it was Rs 5,450.
    After getting delivery of the product, we found that the printed price on the product is Rs 5,000 (inclusive of all taxes).


    We were over-billed for the product and INSTEAD OF SAVING 56% ON THE PRODUCT, WE WERE BILLED @110%.
    I have already sent the photograph of printed price on the carton, copy of the advertisement page in website and copy of the bill.


    2.The second product was Sedron TV Cabinet MH 8051 Product code:[protected]
    Same issue with this product. Price mentioned was Rs 22,000 and post discount the cost is Rs 12,350 (44 per cent discount). But the actual price of the product mentioned on the packing was Rs.15,000.


    I have called n number of times and sent many mails. But I am not getting any satisfactory response.


    Nobody is ready to answer that why they have charged more than the print price.


    The quality of the product is also not good. Doors started bending after 5/6 days o[censored]se.White spots started appearing on the TV cabinet.
    They are not sending the carpenter after lodging the complaint.
    Even the installation happened after 4 days of product delivery and also after many follow up calls.


    My sincere advice is kindly do not buy products from Housefull and do not get cheated.


    Really horrible experience.

    To whomsoever it may concern,

    We had purchased "Spectrum Queen-size Bed" with HDC No. 1009/2013/667 from Palm Beach Galleria Mall store -Vashi on 03.03.2013 at 7:30 pm which was delivered to us on date 11.03.2013 at 3:30 pm. As mentioned in the delivery challan, the installation was supposed to be done within 48 hrs of delivery by the authorized expert technician from M/s Housefull. The suitable timing for assembly/installation was decided mutually i.e. on 13.03.2013 by the Housefull technician & me, however he was unable to come citing "distance to travel" problem. After this M/s Housefull sent their store sales persons to assemble the product.
    They arrived at our place only at 8:30 pm on 13.03.2013 after which they started the installation. They tried to assemble the product for 2 long hours till 10:30 pm, but were unable to install it cleanly & completely. The fault diagnosed by them was "Hole mismatch in Left side panel from Head board".
    In the process, 02 nos M8 x 70 screws were also damaged. The same has been written & signed by me on their copy of delivery challan. I was given a verbal assurance by them that the expert technician/carpenter shall come on 14.03.2013 after giving me a tele-call.
    But despite waiting till 6 pm on 14.03.2013, I had not received a single call from any technician regarding the matter, after which I called up on the customer care no. I was told that the technician can be sent to re-check the condition of the product only on 15.03.2013. I took up this matter with the Vashi store where again I was told that the technician will come on 16.03.2013 (i.e. approximately 120 hrs after product delivery).

    There is complete difference in what you assure & what you deliver to the customer. Now it has been almost two weeks since I purchased the product & I am still unable to use the product. The product, though remains partially assembled as left by the Housefull sales persons thus acquiring a lot of space in my house. I have been personally following up with the assembly co-ordination team regarding this matter and while there have been assurances, there is no action from them. This in turn has been affecting my work schedule as well as my personal life.

    Please confirm whether it is possible for you to get this installation done on 15.03.2013 else suggest what should I do with this product.

      One of the worst that I have come across.

      I bought the products on february 17, 2013, the salesman Mr. Satyajeet told me he will deliver the products on March 11, 2013. I was not available so i asked him to deliver it later. So the delivery was fixed for March 17th. The products were delivered on 18th March, 2013 eventhough it was out for delivery on 17th March but the carpenter was not available hence the goods were assembled on 19th March.

      While the goods were being assembled it was noticed that the glass doors of the kitchen cabinet were damaged and could'nt be fixed. The base unit of the 3 door wardrobe was missing hence the doors of the wardrobe could'nt not be fixed.

      The carpenter was then asked not to assemble the furniture as i did not want the damaged furniture. The carpenter said that the replacement of the damaged goods will only be done. He called the assembly manager Mr. Ravi and informed that the furniture was damaged. Mr. Ravi said that he will deliver the damaged goods in a week. I also spoke to Mr. Ravi and insisted if it was to take a week I do not need the furniture. I was promised that the missing pieces and the damaged piece will be fixed by 22nd March, This was promised by the Assembly Manager Mr. Ravi. The products were not dispatched on 22nd March.

      When i called up the customer care department one Ms. Silvia was following it up and she told me that it will sent on Sunday. The products did not come by Sunday. When i called up on Monday, Mr.Ravi does not have the decency or has the ethics to talk over the phone to the customer or even respond to the calls. Ms. Silvia just doesnt want to help as she only gives false promises saying that it will delivered today, tomorrow which is disgusting. She doesnt even give the contact numbers of the seniors or escalate the matter. Then Mr. Prashant calls to say that the product cannot be delivered as it is not in stock. When asked for explanation he doesnt give proper explanation starts abusing and when i give him a befitting reply in the same language he hangs up. One of the most abusive conversation that I had in the recent times and Mr. Prashant realised that he is not match for me.

      After i repeatedly call again one Mr. Rajesh who says he manages the carpenters department says that the pieces need to be imported from Malaysia hence the delay. I know this was just a GOLI... and was just trying to buy time and calm me down. He again requested for 2 days and says he will be responsible if the goods are not delivered.

      Now my question is what kind of irresponsible people has Housefull staffed who cannot own up anything and take the customer for granted. When the customer has payed up in full thats the reason why Housefull is taking its own sweet time and harassing the customer. The next course of action is going public so that everybody knows this is how Housefull cheats its customers by giving defective furnitures and enjoys in harassing their customer, probably ignoring the fact that it is the customers money that they are enjoying on.

      HOUSE FULL INTERNATIONAL — PATHETIC QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE- PHOTO UPLOADED, SEE IT YOURSELF!!

      I placed an order one month in advance just to avoid any delay...my delivery was scheduled for 19 of nov.. i informed them well in advance that i have a party at 21 so i want everything before that.. i purchased goods worth 60 K in one go from house full.. but was felling so helpless after placing my order.. after so many phone calls & personal visit i got my goods delivered much after the scheduled date.. that too not all, they just delivered half of the stuff and said half in not in stock.. then after waiting for 4-5 days finally i got remaining stuff but this time it was not what i ordered!!.. he is delivering something which i have not ordered!! and arguing with me that company doesn't deliver wrong thing &. i must have ordered that! finally after speaking to their seniors they agreed their mistake... . that is not enough.. it is hardly 5 months and my bed i.e. CADIZ BEDROOM SET is literally broken into two!! screws from one side are all loosed & it is of no use to me.. i have uploaded pic of my broken bed on this link c it your self! -- http://img246.imageshack.us/img246/7308/housefulldahisar.jpg i am warning all those who are planning to buy any stuff from them.. I have lost all my faith in this company & i seriously dont want any consumer to fall prey to them.. AFTER ALL IT IS A HARD EARNED MONEY..- THEY SHOULD UNDERSTAND THIS--- PRATEEK

      HOUSE FULL INTERNATIONAL — Damaged Piece & Wrong Piece Delivered

      We had ordered a Shoe Rack & Wall Unit from Houseful International, Mega Mall, Oshiwara Andheri west, Goods were delivered after 6 days, when the technician came install the furniture & opened the packets, we learnt that there was a damaged piece & some other wall unit was delivered.
      We tried calling them but no one answers the calls, nor any one attends the complaint.
      The faulty goods are lying at my hose since 7 days & none of them even bothers to collect it & replace it.
      We tried all means to get in touch with them, their consumer helpline are ringing & no one lifts up the phone.

        Hi,

        This is regarding a LIANARDO Dining Table I purchased online where at the time of payment their website crashed and I couldn't get Order number. After getting their confirmation on phone they delivered me the table after 1 month. They delivery boy identified the broken glasses and promised to replace the same but they didn't give me any bill or delivery note. As i don't have Order Number handy so each time when I called their customer care they helped me searching my transaction by my name, email id or phone number and every time they promised they will replace the product within one month. After fews months when I didn't get any call from them then I recalled them but this time they asked me order number and without that they denied to help me. Can you please help me sort this out.

          Damaged Furniture
          I purchased furniture worth Rs. 26000 from Housefull International Ltd (HDC number [protected]) , 2nd Floor, Palm Beach Galaria, Palm Beach Road, Plot No. 17, Navi Mumbai on January 26th 2013. Since the shop’s terms and conditions specified that delivery would be effected only on full payment for the goods, I had paid the complete amount by Debit card on January 26th 2013. Some of the furniture ( including Queen Bed,Side Table,Side Mirror & 3 Door Wardrobe) was delivered and was not installed upon delivery. Importantly Side Mirror & 3 Door Wardrobe were damaged. A complaint for the damaged goods was registered with the shop on 16th Feb 2013, however no action has been taken till date. On March 02 2013 this issue was again reiterated to Customer Care Division at Housefull International Ltd. On March 04th 2013, Mr.Sachin from Customer Care acknowledged the complaint registration and assured that the matter would be resolved, but this didn’t happen. In the meanwhile the Mirror was delivered. Again on 15th 2013 I wrote to Mr.Sachin Naik indicating the very poor quality of service.
          Mr.Sachin/Ms.Jyoti. responded back stating that required parts have been ordered an on or before 16th March 2013 my complaint would be resolved.Again Reminder Sent on 20TH March but as on date there is absolutely no action from the furniture store. There is no response to phone calls, the people whom I manage to get hold of are either incompetent to address the issue or are very unprofessional and rude. Kindly help me resolve the issue.

            Dear Sir,

            On 23rd November 2012 we purchased a Sofa cum Bed HDC No. 1001/2012/3982 which we were told carried a warrany of 1 year. On 2nd Jan 2013 i.e. within a month from date of deliver, the ply just collapsed.

            We complained at the 'Grieviance Cell' - Complaint No CC[protected] and have made countless calls following up. 2 Carpenters made a verified check stating that it would be replaced. However till date nothing has happened, moreover we are now being informed after 2.5 months that we will have to bear the expenses of replacement, as the plank is not covered.

            We are really frustrated about the whole matter now, and whenever we call, we are diverted from one to another. Do we deserve this kind of treatment after purchasing a 18k piece of furniture?

              On 24th February 2013 we purchased online house hold item from House full international ltd, which they send a confirmation mail that the item will be delivered by 10th March 2013. On calling to reconfirm on 10th March they say item is not available, however speaking with several person and shouting they said the item will be delivered by 15th march 2013. On calling today(14th March 2013) they say item is not available and it will 02 months to deliver and we will have to pay more money.

                I purchased furniture worth Rs. 60,910 from Housefull International Ltd (HDC number [protected]) , 2nd Floor, Palm Beach Galaria, Palm Beach Road, Plot No. 17, Navi Mumbai on January 13th 2013. Since the shop’s terms and conditions specified that delivery would be effected only on full payment for the goods, I had paid the complete amount by credit card on January 13th 2013. Some of the furniture ( including Sofa and book shelf) was delivered and was not installed upon delivery. Importantly the goods were damaged. A complaint for the damaged goods was registered with the shop on 5th Feb 2013, however no action has been taken till date. On Feb 16th 2013 this issue was again reiterated to Customer Care Division at Housefull International Ltd. On Feb 18th 2013, Ms. Mohini Naik from Customer Care acknowledged the complaint registration and assured that the matter would be resolved, but this didn’t happen. In the meanwhile the rest of the furniture (including wardrobe) was delivered but this too arrived in a damaged state. Again on Feb 25th 2013 I wrote to Ms. Mohini Naik indicating the very poor quality of service. On Feb 26th 2013 Ms. Mohini Naik responded back stating that required parts have been ordered an on or before 8th March 2013 my complaint would be resolved. As on date there is absolutely no action from the furniture store. There is no response to phone calls, the people whom I manage to get hold of are either incompetent to address the issue or are very unprofessional and rude. Kindly help me resolve the issue.

                This is to draw TO your kind attention towards the complaint we had made to the Housefull Store at oshiwara as well as to the Housefull head office with no resolution whatsoever to our complaint.

                We have booked the following order on 29th January 2012 and have paid the full amount for the same.

                ORDER:-



                1. SKU NO:[protected]Barstow Book Case BC[protected]Pc.

                2. SKU NO:[protected]Karen Display Unit H[protected]-----1pc.



                Out of the above order Barstow Book Case was delivered on 18=2=2012, instead of the actual delivery was assured on 16=2=2012.

                The Book Case which was delivered to us was having a DEFECTIVE PIECE . Which was confirmed by THE HOUSEFULL PPL who came for the assembly of the same on 22=2=2012. The complaint was gave in writing to your Carpenter on 22=2=2012.

                Then we again telephone to your stores and delivery depot. for the delivery of the balance delivery of Karen Display Unit, H6248, and it was assured to us that the delivery of the same will be done on 28th of February 2012. We have just confirmed with your stores about the delivery of the same and we have came to know from Mr.Pankaj, that we will be getting the delivery of the said part of our order on 5th of March!

                I am sorry to say that after paying a FULL amount for the furniture in advance, why we are not getting the delivery of our products? Also we have booked a complaint for the damage Book Case and our complaint No: is M5/0212/31 Dated:23=2=2012.

                inspite of following up with them almost every second day we have still not GOT THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DAMAGED BOOK CASE
                IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE TO EXPECT AFTER PAYING FULL AMOUNT

                I HAD SPECIFICALLY TOLD MR SAYED AHMED WHO SITS AT OSHIWARA HOUSEFULL STORE THAT IF I DO NOT GET THE REPLACEMENT OF THE BOOK CASE BY 12TH MARCH 2012 I DEMAND COMPLETE REFUND AND COMPENSATION OF THE MENTAL TORTURE AND HARASSMENT YOU GUYS HAVE PUT ME THROUGH..

                  Housefull claims to deliver products within 15 days and assemble the furniture in 48 hours. First there was a delay in sending the product and in spite of numerous follow-up, no on turned up for assembly. All I am left with is a few wooden planks which was delivered to my place.
                  The consumer helpline staff gives unrealistic deadlines (always say - it will happen today without even bothering to check) and are very unprofessional - some to the extent of being rude. I made a mistake by buying online from Housefull. Have paid all the money in advance - and am stuck without the furniture I ordered for. Plus it is irritating to follow-up everyday (the contact centre is unprofessional and it is a task to get any information). I requested to cancel the order and wanted them to refund my money and have the wooden planks picked up - but they say the do not have a cancellation policy for non-assembly! That is just unbelieveable. I regret having bought from Housefull. Never again.

                    We have bought a sofa set and wardrobes from "houseful furniture" in the month of January. The sofa set they delivered was under fault. The same was noticed by their delivery guys as well. apart from that the wardrobes were totally un-assembled and improper. the furniture was brought in the name of
                    "Mr. Ganeshkrishnan Iyer, A/603, Ziprya Arcade, Kumbharkhan Pada, Subhash Cross Road, Dombivili (W) Pincode- 421202."

                    After installation they visited twice again but still didn't fix up the whole issue neither they are telling us about the piece replacement which they had promised when their executive saw the fault and noted it for record. This is very much irritating that even after spending so much money on the, this erratic and third grade services the houseful administration is giving us. It has been over 2 weeks now still there is no single response from their end over the replacement.

                    I want to appeal here very strongly to everyone that please do not go for houseful furniture. they give you the most pathetic and irresponsible irritating and erratic customer service. Buying furniture at "housefull" is a total waste.

                        IMPROPER DELIVERY

                        I purchased one CHARLES TV UNIT from Housefull, Tolichowki, Hyderabad. The HDC being 1030/2014/326. As promised they delivered the TV unit in knocked down condition by Navatha transport to my residence at Ramagundam. During assembly I found out that the screws for the drawer handles were not supplied, instead 32 screws of no use to me were added in the hardware. I am not able to get those screws anywhere and finding it difficult to fit the drawer handles.

                          I order IOWA DRESSER WENGE - Rs. 2,690, furniture due to damages they not deliver the product (Delivery date 8th Jan.), so I send a mail (Dated 9th Jan. 2013) regarding refund, after that next day Mr. Sonu Yadav called me & telling me that choose any other product we give you discount prices, but i am not interested to buy any product, so I tell him, please refunded my amount ASAP. He tells me within 2days you received refund.                             I have purchase a Almong 4 seater lounge sofa, 2 door wardrobe and a coffee table under the HDC number 1019/2012/3137 on Dec 16th. I was promised delivery by 26th, which got delayed and I received my furniture on 31 Dec'2012. Although the three pieces I have received were damaged ( tear in the sofa, borken/damaged laminates for the wardrobe and broken coffee table leg.
                            After continuous calls to the customer service and re-iterating my problems, they finally sent someone to fix the coffee table. It is almost a month since I have bought my furniture, I still have found no resolution to the wardrobe and the sofa.
                            I wanted to return the furniture and get my money back, but they have a policy of no return safter delivery. Well, Housefull how does it apply when you give me damaged good?
                            I have been waiting patiently to see if they will fix my issues, but seems like once they receive their money they do not care about anything.

                            PLEASE do not go by the low prices, I believe you get what you pay for and less when it comes to Housefull.

                            Will NOT recommend buying fro here, nor will I ever go back to their store to purchase anything.

                            I picked up a sofa set from Housefull. It came to me as a sweet surprise when they delivered the sofa before hand. The sofa was perfect and I am happy I shopped from Housefull :)

ON 10/01/13, I was told by Datta that fresh date is13/01/13 and that glass has since been recd by them. On 13/01/12 , your Sylvia told me that glass is yet to be recd but my work will be atteneded by 17/18/91/13. What do I do now? Will you pl. take away the half finished Book case and refund me the amount.? I am not asking for any intrest or compensation as of now.Dam

                                I, Anuj Gupta, purchased one "Alvin Kitchen Cabinet" on December 02, 2012. It was promised that the delivery will be made with a week. It was made 2 weeks later, that too at their convenient time. Not ours.
                                After following up for 2 weeks carpenter comes and tells that "Support-Part" of the cabinet and "Hardware - tools" are missing, not been delivered. After another week he comes with hardware-tools, that too of some other furniture. (says he came what was given to him - totally untrained).
                                Till yesterday, i.e. December 30, 2012, none of it was delivered. Customer care wouldn't let you talk to their manager. "They are constantly unavailable". They won't call back either to resolve the matter at the earliest as well.

                                  I bought a wardrobe almost 3 weeks ago. They delivered the furniture parts but the mirror was missing. The carpenter did not assemble one door because the mirror was missing. I lodged a complaint with Houseful and it has been more than 10 days. They haven't delivered the mirror yet. Every time I call them, they promise to call me with an update in half an hour but actually no one calls. This is frustrating. Any one has ideas what I can do to get them to deliver the mirror besides waiting and calling them frequently?

                                    Its the worst of the experience we have been facing with Houseful Furniture - Complaints cell.

                                    Within 6 months of the purchase of the wardrobe - both the door glasses fallen and broken one day..... ( thankfully no damage to life ) So, extreme worst on fittings and apart from this, i have lodged my complaint on 21st Nov and its 15 days - no resolution offered so far.

                                    It could have been better to spend little more and have a peaceful life than to experience such things

                                    Happy Furniture — Fraud done against Furniture Purchased

                                    My name is Dr. Preeti and we have purchased a pair of 2 Beds and a Pair of Coir from the Furniture shop in Uttam Nagar. At the time of buying the furniture they have provided the warranty of five years and with the Bill. Initially they have taken the money and said that the bill would be send along with the product. But they have send the product with the card on which they have written the warranty and the price. Now when we gave asked for the bill they are not giving us the bill. Its now being 6 month they have not provided us the bill. Also the bed we have purchased from them are broken in 3 month. When we asked to the get that repaired neither they are getting that repaired as well as they are not providing the Bill.

                                    Now instead of talking to us they are threatening us and not giving us any services neither bill nor any services.

                                    Please help us to get this issue resolved as we are qualified doctors and we cannot fight like this with these types of people.

                                    Seeking co-operation and lots of hope from consumer act in order to resolve this issue.

                                      The complaint was made regarding the single seat(chair) of my sofa set which is now broken. First of all, the breakage was itself as surprise as we did not expect a 'branded' sofa chair to break within 2 months of purchase. Then after so many calls made by me starting from date 5th November 2012 to 19th Nov, your respected representative Mr. Khan came for a visit. He asked me for a wooden log, which was naturally not available at my home, then he said in that case, sofa chair needs to be carried to the workshop to get it repaired. He said it will take 1 week to take the chair from my home.

                                      Today, 5th December 2012, no one has come to take the sofa. In between I have made so many calls at the number[protected], spoken with so many agents, the last being Ms Asha, on 4th December who committed that sofa chair will definitely be carried by 5th Dec.

                                      I am surprised by the poor service, and now i doubt that if you take this much time to carry the sofa from my home, what will be the duration to get that repaired! When will i get my repaired sofa back!!

                                      If you people and your company realize the level of absurd service in my case, now, please get the repairing work done at my home only,as the level of trust between both o[censored]s does not exists any more. Also, I want a written apology for this poor service and the level of commitment.

I brought a SOFA CUM BED (SKU Number:[protected], its delivered COFA CUM BED on April 10, 2012.

                                        After delivery they not installed or guided me about the installment of SOFA. Myself installed the furniture by seeing guide.

                                        Intially i was happy with the Item, with in 2 months it has been broken. Then my strugguling has been started. I have called to Mr. Mukesh on his contact Numbers ([protected] / 114) after continous calling for 2 weeks technician came to home see the damage. After his observation he commited to exchange the item but till now (03 Nov 2012) not.

                                        I have compalined the same in "housefull.co.in", but there is no response from the store.

                                        Here my sincere advice to Housefull management, give the quality to customers. sales are important, but customer is more important than sales.

                                        My Advice to customers, do not go with Housefull Furniture, if you want quality and service.

                                        I was looking out for some furniture for my new house and stumbled upon Housefull. Im glad I did. The stuff is pretty good. My house has become cozy with Housefull furniture.
