Housefull delivered damaged Item than no action in last 90 days. Please find the mail conversation between me and the houseful customer care

i have cancelled all my program and waited for the delivery than around 5.30 pm i called your call center where they dont have any idea where my sofa is.The person with [protected] did not respond to my call than around 6.30 he picked up than gave the driver no [protected]. When i called him he told he can not deliver today as his truck broke down around noon near international Airport and i wont get the delivery.
Now my problem is if the truck broke down at afternoon only than why i am not informed?? I could have used the time for some other works. And why the communication is not proper after i paid a full payment for the product.
I am very much disapoint with HOUSEFULL and I thought u should be informed.

Hi Sunita,
One technician although visited but nothing he did and told that some sofa maker will visit me. I have uploaded the video I took of saying the same to youtube with unlisted privacy. It was a totally useless visit. Please do the needful asap as its too late already.
And the video is not a complain against the technician.
