hi,

Omprakash swami here i have purchased furniture from Housefull jun 2012, cott,wardrobe,bed,tea table cost arround 34 thousand. The tea table bolt is missing and its not yet fitted and wardrobe color scrached please find below attached pictures defected which is made as round circle.

Each time customer care team commits to send and repair my furniture by tomorrow. For last 1 month i am waiting for their tomorrow.
My HDC NO IS == 1013/2012/909
please considar my ordered issue send a person for repair and fitting soon.

    I had ordered a table from housefull furniture on 25th July through their website.
    Order number: 2598,
    HDC number: 9952/2012/106.
    Full payment was made while ordering the item itself. Order details showed that order will be delivered in 3-5 days. Its been almost a month still order is not yet delivered. None of their customer care numbers are responding. If anytime one customer care number is answered (chances very very low) they say we will find out your order details and let u know when it will be delivered and then never calls again. This happened many times. I had also mailed their customer care and delivery related email addresses but still no reply. So having no clue when my order will be delivered and to whome shall i contact to get the response.

    Hope I'll get some response from Housefull through this complaint atleast

      Purchased a wall unit online on 25 July 2012. Till date I haven't received a single call from Housefull regarding its delivery.

      They have some 10 phone numbers listed on their website but at any point of time if you try any number either it is busy or switched off. No one receives so called customer care number!!! By chance you get through one of the number they will listen to what you say and they will tell " madam I will check and get back to you in half an hour". That half an hour never comes!!!

      Unfortunately this is the second time i am dealing with these guys, both the time same problem. I have learnt my lesson ... STAY AWAY FROM HOUSEFULL FURNITURE..

        We came across Houseful advertisements in a daily at the time when we were planning to pick up furniture and decided to give it a chance. We went to one of your outlets in Bangalore (Bannerughatta road) on [B]30th June'12 [/B]and finalized 4 pieces of furniture; a. Book stand, b.Kitchen Cabinet, c.Wardrobe d.Computer Table and went through the billing and payment process. We were promised a [B]15 days[/B] lead time and a day after that the carpenter would come home to put the pieces together.The delivery of parts was done exactly on [B]15th of July'12[/B] ( though not knowing the time of delivery, we had to wait and entire day at home on a Sunday, only to have the men at our door steps in the evening when we had just stepped out) and a carpenter showed up next day evening to assemble the parts, which was on [B]16th of July'12.[/B]

        Though it was well [B]past k8 o'clock[/B] by the time he was done,only one of the furniture ( book stand) was completely done and the rest 3 of the furniture needed their parts to be replaced.1) The upper block of the Kitchen cabinet was bent ,making it not possible to completely the shut the doors. 2) The mirror on the wardrobe door was shattered when he opened the package and the hinges to fit the doors were missing. 3)The top block of the computer table had more than just visible cracks.
        As it is it was late in the evening he came to do his job and on top of it it was not completely done,leaving our house in a mess of old furniture waiting to be replaced and the new half done ones all across the house. And I had to spend one complete day away from work though the assembling of parts took place only in the evening and we were not informed about the time.

        Immediately, I dialed the number to the store and complained about it mentioning the parts of the broken/ pieces in the presence of your carpenter, also sent a written complaint along with the carpenter who left the broken pieces lying there saying ,once the new ones are delivered, it would be taken back. So the complaint was logged on 16th of July'12. Next day morning I went to the store to check if the complaint has been received but it wasn't,so I had to re-do the complaint and then I was told it would take 8 working days to get it replaced and fixed. I logged the complaint on [B]17th of July'12 and 27th July'12[/B] was the date given to me as per the 8 working days calculation.

        When I didn't received nothing on [B]27th July,[/B] I went there again taking time off from my working hours to check on status instead found out that the complained was registered to a date [B]6 days later[/B] from that of actual one. It was dated to [B]23th July'12[/B]! Really?????? That's how the customers are taken care of? We spend a lot of money and in advance but we neither get products with quality nor a service with satisfaction, but they do have wall hangings stating some 'bharosadaar' words which obviously not practiced. We waited for the delivery and got nothing good but we still were not holding it against you as I thought it could be fixed but then the complaint itself was not taken sincerely. We agreed for another [B]8 working days[/B] which was supposed to be [B]6th Aug'12[/B] ,today ! It's the end of the day, we have called numerous times today to make sure it happens today as I'm again taking off time from work to stay home to get that completed but at [B]9:30[/B] (just a few minutes ago) the store manager calls to say the carpenter didn't make it!!! It was supposed to be delivered at [B]4pm[/B] today !

        WHAT AMAZES ME IS THE WAY HOUSEFUL GUYS HAVE TAKEN THE CUSTOMERS GRANTED,NOT OWNING A THING THEY PROMISED IN THEIR ADS. NO VALUE FOR MONEY,TIME OR FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. EVEN WHEN WE WANTED TO COMPLAIN, THE STORE MANAGERS EFFORTLESSLY TOLD US TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE CALL, OUR NUMEROUS CALLS MADE TO THEIR STORES WERE NOT ANSWERED,EVEN WHEN ANSWERED THEY WOULD PROMISE TO CALL BACK AFTER CHECKING UP ON THE STATUS WHICH WERE NEVER RETURNED. TO SUM IT UP, THEY MADE US REALIZE ,IF SOMETHING GLITTERS IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE DIAMOND ,IT COULD JUST BE MOISTENED DOG POOP. THANKS A LOT FOR THE MESSAGE AND WE PROMISE TO CARRY FORWARD THIS MESSAGE TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHOM WE KNOW AND WHOM WE DON'T KNOW !

          Hi All,

          I have purchased furniture from Housefull furniture costing around 30 K. I ordered furniture on 8th July 2012 of which only few furniture were delivered and few furniture are yet not delivered. A part from delivered furniture they are very poor quality, dressing table is not steady, keeps dancing when anyone touch it.

          My Computer table is yet not delivered, and wardrobe received in damaged condition, both are yet not resolved.

          I was really stupid for not referring consumer complaints forum and purchasing furniture from housefull.

          Each time customer care team commits to send and repair my furniture by tomorrow. For last 1 month i am waiting for their tomorrow.

            Housefull stores in Mumbai have a full page advertisement out every week to entice customers to buy them, but if they had invested half that money to have some employees who actually do their job. their product might sell better. I had the worst experience and would NEVER recommend any of their shops to anybody.

            After having paid the entire money upfront i was literally left at their mercy to have a side table assembled. Inspite of assurance from the store manager (no less!) the job was not completed even after 5 days of the product being delivered. This was not my first experience with them, the previous time i bought a bed from them it took all our efforts to have it delivered and then to have it fixed and after about 3 days the entire thing just broke(!).......I[censored] really value your money and time DON"T EVER BUY FROM THEM!

            It still is not been done. Over the last five days i have spoken to atleast 5 people who all claim they will get it done but are yet to. Liars and Cheaters thats what they are.....Deal with them i[censored] have a lot of time to kill and a lot of easily gotten money.

              On 24.06.2012, I have purchased “THAMES CORNER SOFA MF 610 (SKU:[protected] qty: 1No.)” and “JACE CENTER TABLE G7 (SKU:[protected] qty: 1No.)” from House Full International Ltd. Kukkatpally – Hyderabad. I was promised by the company that these products will be delivered to my home on or before 06.07.2012. But company have failed to deliver the goods on the stipulated date and no information has been given to me in the delay. With lot of follow-ups, I received only “THAMES CORNER SOFA MF 610 (SKU:[protected] qty: 1No.)” on 13.07.2012 with some defects. On 17.07.2012 after lot of efforts, I got response by phone with their representative and he promised me that the product will be taken back get it repaired and returned back on 20.07.2012. As told, One of their representative has taken took back the good on 17.07.2012. I waited till 20.07.2012 and physically went to your shop on 21.07.2012, since I didn’t receive any response from your end. The Representative at the shop in kukatpally, Hyderabad, has promised me that the good will be delivered back by 24.07.2012. On 24.07.2012 when I contacted them again, I was told to wait till 26.07.2012. I didn’t accept the delay and demanded for the immediate delivery. On 24.07.2012, I received the product again with defected condition. I remind friends that still I didn’t receive the second good “JACE CENTER TABLE G7 (SKU:[protected] qty: 1No.)” from your side.

              Conclusion: The services and the quality of the goods which House Full International Ltd are providing are not up to user satisfaction. Don’t be trapped friends.

                Housefull furniture takes full payment for purchases and then does not deliver products on time. I have been chasing up for 1.5 months for a piece of furniture purchased. This is absolute harassment. Several conversations have happened over this duration where different people have promised different things, even to the point that they don't have stock and there would be a refund, then in a week while I chase for a refund, they say, hey, wait a minute, your furniture is available. The wild goose chase still continues over calls, visits to the store (which fortunately is close by), threats and requests. We are at a point where this is beyond reprieve. I would like to warn everyone that falls into this trap, especially because there is no genuine authority taking charge of consumer issues, they are out to improve their cash flows at the cost of the customer. Extremely hassled and irritated by these bunch of irresponsible unethical dealers and I plan to spread the word in every social network about this brand.

                House full furniture store marathalli they book the product and collect money first. But they don't send you product. almost one month i am calling them and every day they promiss for next day. Even their so called cudtomer care do not receive the call if you choose option for complain. I need help we can get our money back from this fraud organization

                  I kept seeing ads of this company in the paper and assumed this was a real good deal.I visited their store in Kukatpally and saw the stuff which seemed pretty ok for the price.Just when i told them i would want the delivery over the weekend ,they informed me that it takes 10 days and that delivery date is mentioned on the bill too.Also the product doesn't get delivered to you in its real form,it comes in boxes,just like you buy precut wood from the market and then get carpenters to give it shape as a cupboard or bed or whatever.This fitting happens one day after delivery(this is what they claim)Also on the bill its clearly mentioned that in case the company cant send it over in 10 days they will inform you about the delay 48 hours in advance.Now 10 days passed and it was about to be 15 days i called them and asked them,they asked me for their HDC no and then said they will send it by 3 pm that afternoon.Even by 5:30 pm when i didnt get any delivery i called them and they said everything has been sent ,it will reach you in a while.It finally came by 9:00 pm that night.Now the best part,they didnt send all the products i ordered and next day some guy called from there and said delivery ,i said its done last night itself,he says ok fine and leaves it at that,instead of telling me they didnt send everything the previous day.Two days later i checked whats on the boxes since noone was coming to fit it for me,and i realized that they didnt send one of the product,i kept calling them and they told me they'll send it the same day,but it'll get pretty late so i waited till 11 that night and still didnt get delivery.I called their headoffice in Mumbai and forwarded the complaint and then the product arrived three days later.Each time for the delivery you need to pay their people a tip.They have an email id to which noone responds : [protected]@housefull.co.in. Now that the stuff is lying at home,noone is calling reg fixing it.I call the store manager "Naresh" in Hyd and he tells me "Sir ,fixing is not my job"and i am like,if i paid your store for the whole product then who's job is it?he tells me he'll ask the carpenter to call who i am sure wont.
                  My complete experience with this company can be described in one word "PATHETIC" They take the money upfront without fail but when it comes to delivering products ,they really dont care.You need to call them and remind them that the product you paid for hasnt been delivered,then they'll do it in their own sweet time.You need to call them and tell them to fix the damn thing,then they'll think about it.Their service staff attitude once you make the payment is just callous i must say.They put ads in every newspaper and trick poor customers into this crappy serivce coz once you pay them,you have no option but to bear with their pathetic services.I genuinely hope this review helps someone from not falling for their ads and buying their products.

                    On 03 June 2012, I purchased 1 King bed, 1 Wardrobe 1 Dressing table 1 side table 1 Sofa from Housefull furniture Andheri store.

                    My order number is HDC = 1012 / 2012 / 2016.

                    King Bed and Dressing table were found damaged when assembly person opened the package. Also some parts of the Bed were missing from the package. So it cannot be assembled.

                    For me it is almost TWO MONTHS of continuous calling, registering complaints and listening to totally irresponsible, absurd and nonsensical answers from HOUSEFULL.

                    It is total harassment and mental torture by Housefull Furniture and its officials after I made full payment of close to Rs 1 lakh.
                    Till date the furniture is lying in damaged condition in my house, which cannot be used. The inconvenience me and my family are facing right now is just unimaginable.

                    It is cheating and Fraud by Housefull furniture.

                      I am not satisfy with customer care person sitting in H.O ,Who are not replying properly , i called him at lest 10 to 15 times & every time they say we will revert back to you on your cell no & not single time they revert , also i send e mail confirmation for delivery no body will reply for courtesy , i am very much surprise after booking of 12 days still one product delivery is pending , you are talking about discount i was spend approx 200 Rs for call on customer care , Who will bare this ?, i will also share with matter on face book to know Fact matter to everybody.

                        Company Promised to Deliver Goods within 1 week of purchase but now its more than 15 days i have not received the Furniture, I did called them, requested them but there has been no answer. It seems company is Fake and Doesn't has Value of Customer. I have written Email where i have mentioned that i ll take serious action against them if they don't deliver, but that email has again gone unattended.

                        I would need help from Consumer Court so that this Guys are Made understand the importance of Consumer and Time.

                        I bought a reclining chair from Housefull. Their stuff is great. I loved the chair. Its so comfortable. I cant stop reading while relaxing on the recliner... Housefull, you rock!
                        Akash Menon is Fake ID, if we see his comments its been copied pasted every place where there has been Problems faced with HOUSEFULL.

                          June 17, 2012: I ordered & paid 100% advance, for IOWA bedroom set & a Dining Table Set
                          June 24, 2012: Packed Boxes were delivered & kept in my house
                          June 26, 2012: Company sent a Carpenter for assembly - He Found certain components Missing / Broken

                          Following up with them since all these days - No action/result yet as on 18 July 2012.

                          Store gives various commitments, giving 100% assurance to solve the issue by so-and-so date - All commitment fails!
                          Store People blame this on Warehouse - In turn Warehouse says, store has not informed them about the issue!!
                          Store again prompts me to contact Customer Care - the contact number/s are never reachable!!
                          Store further asks me to contact Customer Care over mail - the email/s sent are never replied.
                          On sending final mail to cc - showing intention to file FIR - they eventually reply, promising to resolve the issue in a days time.
                          No result - as all such commitments from store as well as customer care has failed so far.

                          Looks like, I have been cheated & lost the hope of getting the issue resolved amicably.
                          Intending to file FIR and Consumer Court Case for refund and compensation for the harassment caused.

                            I had purchased 1. george book case and 2. andrew office table on 17/06/2012 from House Full, worli showroom. The delivery form no. 3443 for the same was issued with delivery date 26/06/2012 and assembly date 27/06/2012.

                            I have to call House Full executives for ensuring installation being done on 27/06/2012, which he was not confirm despite it is being mention in Home delivery phone.

                            Top panel of andrew office table is damage. Overall fixing done by House Full's carpenter is not good. There is no proper alignment of door/drawer.

                            It has been promised by House Full officials that the damage panel will be replace within 7 days.

                            I have been following with House Full offices repeatedly . They are giving false promises as to replacement of penal and keep me on hold very long. It seems that they do not have system in place nor you have trained your officials how to handle customer's complaints. One of executive asked me to co-ordinate with their carpenter??!!


                            Three contact numbers were mentioned in your delivery form; two mobiles ([protected] and [protected]) both are not reachable; and 65618701 is difficult to get through, sometime it is engaged or sometime nobody bother to attend the same.

                            Nor their store manager Pravan ([protected]) is not answering calls. It is answered by his colleagues answer who are not able to provide any solution.

                            House Full — Chair not replaced since 2 months

                            I had bought a Dining set with 6 chairs which had roughly cost me 12999/-. The delivery was made on 30th may 09 and few days later the carpaenter from company came to assemple it. One chair was defective and had broken leg. I gave the carpenter a letter for replacement. I lodged teh complaint the same day to teh house full furniture store. they said new chair will come in 2-3 days..Since then i have been calling them 20-30 times and everytime they tell they will replace.                               I have purchased furniture worth Rs.35600/- vide HDC no.1017/2012/923 dtd. 6.5.2012 which was received on 20.05.2012 from Housefull international ltd., bangalore- kalyan nagar (tel no.[protected],[protected],[protected]. when the installation people came and opened the boxes, they found one item 'g-plank' of avani king bed mh4750 wenge (sku no.[protected] damaged and immediately informed the housefull staff (Mr. vishnu in the above said number) by the carpenter and myself. They have informed me that they have registered the complaint and on enquiring further, i was informed that the said item will be replaced within 10-15 days. After that whenever i contact them, they always ask about what is the complaint, even after telling the HDC no. and afterwards they will assure me that 'we have already placed order for the same, it will be coming.' Now, i have fed up callling them and asking about this. as on date almost one month over. I am not able to use the said bed/coat even after making full payment. I am not able to buy the same parts from anywhere else as their items are specially ordered. specially ordered doesn't mean that the same are of good quality. I am very sad about buying items from their furniture show room.

                                With great pain and with full regret why we bought a product from HOUSEFULL (Bangalore , Marathahalli Branch) i am writing this mail.

                                Model of the sofa : CHICAGO SOFA SET MF610

                                Problem:

                                I got Chicago sofa set model in the month of April 2012. It got delivered on may 14 2012.
                                The wood inside the sofa is of bad quality and completely broken wood.

                                I paid 25000/- rupees for that sofa and in just one month it is broken and when i called call center for assistance pune they called some one in Bangalore branch and assigned the task to them and they are very bad and rude people ever i met in my life.

                                They are not helpful and instead of taking the concern and working on it they are always telling the reason that they are busy and dont have time to come and pick the sofa for repair though we are in warranty period, is its just 2 months we got the sofa .

                                Really very bad behavior from the support team of houseful (pune and Bangalore as well ). Really upset why bought a product from houseful.

                                Need Support Immediately.

                                Sometime back I picked up a center table for my living room. It has some beautiful glass carving. I loved it.. It makes me pick up more stuff from Housefull..

                                  We had purchased one sofa set & one wall unit from housefull Megha mall in Andheri West
                                  when the wall unit fitting made by house full carpenter the they broken doors holes and inside
                                  glass closers now inside glass there is no saport.second sofa springs became loose when you sitting on soft you are going floor leavel. I made complaint on line they are not pickup the mobil or
                                  telephone I read lot of complaint are there are one line
                                  I request you to that do the needfull as early as possiable othewise Iam going to IFC within 7days.

                                    Sir, have ordered one wardrope and dining table for Rs.22070/= in Housefull international ltd ( furniture showroom) inN03/ 440, first floor ECR road, Palavakkam,Neelankarai, chennai on 10.06.2012. I have paid full amount including the cost of matreials , transport charge and fitting charge. The goods are delivered on 26.06.2012 in 5 packages and the technician turned up for fitting the wardrope and dining table only on 27.06.2012. while fitting the wardrope one helper who accompany the technician lift the frame of the wardrope in one hand but it was fall down and broken. Hence the wardrope was unable to fit. The technician said that dont make any complaint to the company and I shall correct it within 10 days. He also said that if you made any complaint to the company it will take minimum 30 to 40 days to repair the wardrope. But we have to present the wardrope to the newly married couple. Hence i made a complaint to the company over phone to rectify the defect immediately. But i have received no response from the company. Hence I request you to please intervin in this matter and help me to rectify the defect.

                                      Hate the store! Would not ever recommend it to anyone. If you are looking for service, forget it. Housefull have a bunch of idiotic people sitting there who take no responsibility and in turn treat their customer as one. Imagine you are so excited about your new house, your promised delivery is on Friday and assembling on Saturday, you confirm this with them a couple of times and then you plan to call your family and friends over on Sunday to show them your new house. But the problem here is, my goods were less than half delivered on Friday without notifying me. I called the store and the warehouse to make sure that they come on Saturday and also the carpenter assembles it on the day itself. On Saturday, after a million calls to the store, head office, warehouse, I get no delivery and no assembling of the half delivered products. As a result, I cancel my plan to call the family and friends after I had made arrangements for them. Ok, so now, they had promised that everything would be delivered and assembled on Sunday by 2 in the afternoon. So, I was waiting on Sunday, guess what again after a million calls, only half of the remaining half was delivered at 9 30pm. I waited for more than 6 hours all alone in the new house. Again, a new promise by Monday before 12pm everything would be delivered. Now the funny part, my 2 wardrobe were left and they delivered only 1.
                                      The problem is I hate these people. Bunch of . How much ever you abuse them, it falls short eventually. These guys won't answer your call in attitude. Don't know how to respect and treat their customers. Trust me, have it been someone else, these guys would have had it. I was so calm and cool, but I realized they didn't deserve. Abuse them please!

                                      And a sincere advice, never do business with them unless you wanna screw up your excitement of your new furniture and lose your temper.

                                        I had booked the following on April28 2012
                                        :'Santo 3 door Wardrobe ( hdc 1016/2012/1055, booking #[protected]. This was delivered in a damaged condition ( mirror was broken ) and even after repeated follow ups no one has bothered to repair the same.
                                        The Alpha corner table (hdc1016/2012/1052) was delivered with a cracked base which has been cleverly concealed with putty and varnish
                                        Thirdly, I had booked 2 single beds ( HDC # 1016 / 2012 / 1054, booking #[protected]. One bed was delivered on one day,and the other bed on the next day. One bed was assembled and the other is yet to be assembled. When we try to call up the customer care number[protected] & [protected]), half the time, no one picks up, when someone picks up, we are given false commitments. It is almost 2 months since this furniture is purchased and No one is responding.
                                        I also have two mails from one Ms Sunita Singh,Customer Relationship Manager of Housefull who has also given false commitments.

                                        This is definitely not a professional organization and has no sense of responsibility. I would request all readers to refrain from buying from these cheaters and not waste their hard earned money on this unprofessional organisation.
