As I have purchased one lap top, I sent complete details of what required by your company as advised by your chennai branch rep. unfortunately one item of requirement ie. Name of title in bank DD has to be changed. The same was changed and sent it again to your end. Still there is no reply or my free gift.
In connection with what hapened to this case and solve it immediately.

I feel very sorry to say this, so far after waiting till six weeks we have not received our assured gift. Its on your par to take interest in delivering assured gift. If you don't have the home theater stock you are suppose to deliver the kodak camera.....

I've purchased an Hp laptop on 3 June, 2008. Its an gift scheme also, which i supposed to get.
To get the gift, i have to send an DD, and some of the information about myself. i have completed all my formalities. Whenever i call to " Hp Redemption Cell" they say, next week., u will get. This i'm hearing from last 3-4 months. plz. do something..i'm not getting my free gifts..
