My printer not working last three months for this i have mailed many time to your dealer BB Professional in Jaipur because printer in warranty period but i got unacceptable result from there sepcially from Mr.Vipin (Mobile No.[protected]) while we are your corporate customer.
Kindly Let me know are you deals with all your customer as well as me.

    We purchased a HP Photosmart B110A Wireless e-All-in-One Printer through Letsbuy.com on 03/01/2012.

    When we tried to install, it doesn't print the test page.

    Also a "Carriage Jam" error is coming.

    We checked with all the solutions. But it doesn't work.

      I am not sure if this is going to make any impact. But this is one of the medium I feel I can share the experience I had with HP service center and the HP itself.
      As a customer there cannot have been a much worse way to have suffered humiliation and harassment from HP Itself.


      I would like to narrate the story in the following steps which will help you understand my disappointment and regret.


      1 . On 23-Dec-2011, in the morning I reached the centre at 10:45 AM and gave my laptop for Servicing. Along with servicing, I was facing some problems e.g DVD Writer not reading the data and Sound used to disable itself while playing and on re-enabling the driver from device manager, it used to start again. Both these things were told to the person attending us at the reception . I filled up a service form and a copy was provided to me ( Form/Service Id : T-272).


      2. At the same moment, the branch manager was also present and assured me that they will provide me the diagnosis of the problems by the end of the day on 23-Dec-2011. As assured by the branch manager, we left the place in wait for the call.


      3 Till 7:30 PM, I did not receive any call from the service centre and on calling the centre back , I was told that engineer has gone for the day and will call me up the next morning to share the diagnosis.

      4. On 24-Dec-2011, I did not receive any call till 10:45 AM and on calling the centre, the phone numbers provided were switched off. On calling around 11:30 AM again, I was told engineer has yet to check and will call and inform me about the diagnosis. Please note that I was told that laptop will be provided this day by 6 PM


      5. Frustrated from the lack of response from the centre, I visited the centre by 2:30 PM and was shocked to see that my laptop has not been touched at all. I went to the Branch Manager and he said to me the following himself
      Quote:

      I do not care about the laptops that are NOT under warranty. If you ( he meant me) have a problem, please take the laptop to someone else.

      Unquote


      6. I still patiently replied to the manager that all I need is the correct timeline, In case they needed more time, they should inform the customer. On the same he raised an excuse that the electricity has been going off multiple times so they cant help it.

      7. Frustrated, I left the place hoping to receive my laptop by 6 PM.


      8. I reached the center again around 6:30 PM. My laptop was just opened at that time only. So I waited till 7:30 at the centre when I provided me the laptop which had been just cleaned. It was still to be diagnosed for the problem. The DVD writer was working after removing the dust but the Sound card was still to be checked.

      9. After this, the engineer tried to start the windows, but was not able to do so and asked for ME to look into it. I told him that sometimes window is giving problem in loading and does not load completely unless restarted multiple times. It was 8 PM and I had already waited 1.5 hours in the centre looking into my own laptop for which I was paying the center Rs 1250.


      10. The windows started but the sound card was disabled. I showed this to the engineer and then tried restarting it again, but it did not. So I finally asked him to keep for one more day and will collect it on Monday and asked him to check for the Sound Issue and the boot problem. He confirm if I changed the windows is it alright and I told him if the system works, I have no issues as I have the recovery Disks.

      11. On 26-Dec-2011, I reached the center around 3:30 PM and asked for my laptop. The engineer came and said the following to me.

      Sir, the motherboard has an issue and needs replacement.

      Unquote

      12. I, somehow controlling my anger took my non-working laptop which was working properly (for the last 3.5 years before I gave it for servicing) and left the centre.
      Now I am left with a non-working laptop in which even the recovery disks are not working and the HP recovery disk has been formatted as the new OS was loaded.

      As a loyal customer to HP as I have recently bought a new HP Pavillion DV6 laptop from Singapore only because of the trust I have received from my existing machine but this incident has completely destroyed the trust and I already regretting my decision of buying HP again
      Following are the problems which I have after this experience.

      1. I was getting a paid service done. It didn't matter my laptop was out of warranty or not, I should not have been told by the branch manager that he does not care for such laptops. This shows the commitment of HP to its customers which I am sorry to say is very pathetic and insulting to the customer.
      2. My working laptop has now been turned into a waste and I have to spend extra amount for getting it fixed from other service center ( non - HP) because of the attention I received in this service center.
      3. I will make sure that I do not recommend the HP products to anyone which I have been doing for last few years and have made my family go for HP products.
      4. Either HP should close down such centres or choose more experienced or intelligent engineers who know was to say to a customer rather than considering them a fool. Unfortunately for him, I am also a Computer Engineer and have seen a lot of such things and know whether it is a motherboard issue or not. If it is so, I was not given any explanation.
      5. Ask the service centres to inform the customers in case there is a delay in the delivery. I dont think customer should be the one who has to come to the center to get the status of the laptop. I as a customer was happy in spending money on the service hoping that it would be upto the mark but sadly I came to know of the truth the hard way.

      I sent the same information above to the HP Customer Feed center for India.

      Since I was returned a non working laptop I had to get it shown to someone else to get it working. And apart from the sound problem the system was working fine. On being reassured by HP, I sent the laptop again to the service center and as expected was again given back a non working laptop and to the extent that I had to take the battery out for stopping my laptop from going into a cyclic on/off mode.
      On informing what has happened I received a reply from HP accusing me and making it a problem that I showed my laptop some place else so that is the problem.


      There couldn't have been more rude way for to have talked to me and inform me for the falsely report or trying to hide your inadequacy to handle to a laptop, a laptop which is made by your company and your service centre destroyed. I was not looking for a free service. I was paying the amount for getting my laptop serviced properly and not destroyed. As I understand, HP does not care for products out of warranty and make such rude comments.

      This is the biggest insult you could have done to a customer who was getting the laptop serviced after paying the appropriate amount.

      This is something I want everyone to know so that they be aware of how to handle situations where they are insulted by HP centers.

        I have bought a hp targus 1.3 mp webcam from DURGAPUR INFOTECH ( HP WORLD ),city centre(ph-[protected],[protected]), on 11.09.2011. After a few days use, the webcam became completly dead.I was very upset.The web cam has a one year replacement warrenty. Then i contact to hp world(durgapur).I gave them the invoice and the dead webcam also on october(approx).At first thay said that company will replace the webcam but when i see they are taking no action after 30 to 45 days i again try to contact on phone.In this time they said a funny word..... actually they said i have to give them the packet in which the webcam included. As the web cam was completly silled by the packet; i have to broke the packet and i didn't keep that in home.I then told them how it is possible to keep the particular packet for one year when i m giving them the invoice.I request them again to replace the webcam, the only said that they will try and if done they will contact me.. But still now there is no response. I am very upset and still waiting for any response from the HP service and durgapur infotech. .thanks

          i bought hp inket jet all-in-one printer 3050 j610a series on dec 3rd 2011 from delta peripherals, chennai along with PC. i tried to install printer after one week. while installing it asked for usb network cable and to my shock it was not in the kit.

          I called dealer, who advised me to call hp direct. when i cheked their website, the only contact number is tech support. i called on dec 11th and spoke to Mr. Julian and then to Mr. Jit, Manager - ref no: [protected]. they informed me it shall be escalated and someone shall call from delhi.

          I received the call from Ms. Anju on 13th at 11 am. she confirmed the incident, checked my address, and assured me that I shall receive the cable in 2 day's time as she is going to send courier same day.

          I again called tech support on 15th as I didnt receive any courier and spoke to Ms. Ankita, she advised me to wait 48hrs. No news until 20th so I again called and spoke to Mr. Rajeev. He too informed me it has been escalated. Tech support were helpless as they deal only with troubleshoot. But there is no other number for HP other than tech support for cx's like me to call for my issue. Everyone advise me to send email to es.[protected]@hp.com; multi emails sent but no response to that until today.

          its shocking that the cheat customers with their wrong marketing and advertisement too. it shows in their website that kit contains usb network cable. find the link for your perusal.

          Neither am I able to use printer, scanner, xerox, or fax. I am still making prints, copies, faxes by paying to private person. I have spent about Rs. 2000 so far. We have an NGO for mentally challenged children, wherein we dont charge the inmates. This is vital money for us to spend on.

          The very purpose of buying printer has been negated. Also I am undergoing everyday agony, frustation and long wait without a light at the end of the tunnel as there is noone who can answer me from hp.

          I request you to look into this and help me.

            I purchased HP printer model#OJ 3608 about six months ago for my personal use only. I did use it for barely a month. I was out of station and returned end November,2011. I found that the printer was taking unusually long time for printing. I contacted the customer care and they were kind enough to do some diagnostic run to narrow down the problem. Subsequently they did find out the was the conning and hardware problem. They advised me to handover my mine to the Redington India limited.
            At the time of handing over they advised me to handover the cartridges too. I did it and showed them the level of ink in the cartridge.

            After nearly two and a half week I collected my printer in the same condition in which I handed over. the following problem are specified below for your perusal.
            (a) the printer was not repaired at all.
            (b) They stole my brand new cartridges, both colour and black.
            (c) the new spare part was received by them but they didn't replace it.
            I have spoken to the manager Mr. Devinder Reddy cell# [protected]. He is in Karnataka and expected to be back in couple of days. He promised me to look into the matter.
            I have given my printer for repairs at the following address:

              I purchased Hp laptop model probook 4530s on 24th december 2011. when i was making hard disc partition my hard disc got crash all partion become dynamic. then i tried the hp recovery but recovery is also not working. it also do not provide recovery disc..so i called hp customer care about this issue and told them to send me the recovery disc.as i have paid for the operating system also i should be provided with my operating system cd.they replyed that they can not be able to send the recovery disc as the laptop i have was not shipped in india.i have the bill of laptop which i have purchased in patna which is in india.. so please help me

                Complaints for HP laptop & service for – HP 2133 (KZ977PA)
                I purchased above mentioned machine few years back relying on brand HP, But found my trust misplaced. I purchased this machine mainly to use during my travelling abroad, and is hardly used since I bought it. Firstly machine performed below expectation considering price I paid. dealer suggested to upgrade RAM, so I did to 2GB. did not help much. later machine started giving problems than I found your authorized service centers equally disappointing.
                First exp.- after few months problem started there was no display I took for service to SIMTECH @ Dadar(W). where they repaired my mother board. but also my ram memory card also got exchanged, system started showing less memory so I got it checked and I found ser.nos. did not match with one on dealers invoice. I complained to SIMTECH- nothing happened.
                Second exp.-later during warranty period I took machine for check to SIMTECH @ andheri (E). for it slow performance, they could not do anything to solved the problem only formatted my disk gave me back saying can’t do anything. While returning the machine they demanded charges of RS.300 which is levied on only if machine is not under warranty. I produced my dealer invoice of MEGAHERTZ @ lamington rd. no. CS/08-09/449. They did not accept this they asked me to furnish supplier invoice, though this was ridiculous ,I sensed they were playing game, I went along and procured invoice of RASHI PERIPHERALS – INV. NO. [protected].they made me make few trips ultimately they told me to pay Rs.300 without receipt . otherwise they will not release my machine,they jotted on my service report that I paid the amount and returned my machine. After few more trips they told me they will send me refund to my address…I am still waiting for that refund !!!!!
                Third exp. After few months again I did have similar prob. Of no display I took machine for check to SIMTECH @ Dadar(W). after few days I received a call reporting motherboard needs replacement and charges will be RS. 20,000. This was ridiculous as I could get new &better machine for less amount(off course I would not think of buying HP machine again)so I got my machine back. Recently I found somebody ready to repair this fault and after opening the machine it was found that my wifi device was missing. A week ago I went to speak to person incharge @ SIMTECH @ Dadar(W). Mr.Junaid khan. his Response to my complain was equally disappointing matching with this product.
                Hoping writing to your dept. will make any difference .What I want now to replace me with new machine.

I have claimed my REEBOK GIFT VOUCHER online on 30/10/2011 and Reference code is 3974083. Subsequently I sent papers to claim by speed post on 31/10/2011.                       i am cheated by hp service centre in panchshel towers by sending me to cheater. Actually i went to hp service centre to get my laserjet printer 1020 repaired,the service people told me that it is out of warrenty, i should pay for that, i agreed and left the printer. when i went to collect my printer i was astonished to find unbelievable bill almost equal to new printer,, when i enquired about this, i came to know that this person who repaired is no way connected to hp at all.

                      I am not at all informed that i am sent to a private guy, who is a cheater and has a lengthy
                      history of cheating and fighting with customers like me regularly. The service centre lower staff are doing this for bribe he pays them regularly. Please ensure that this will not happen again in the service centre at panchsheel towers, parklane, secunderabad.
                      There are hundreds of customers who are cheated, many dont find to complain this issues like me. The name of the person whom i am sent is SRIDHAR who has shop just below hp service centre.

                      HP Service Centre — Dissatisfactory service from HP

                      I have given my laptop for service at HP service centre, sakinaka Andheri mumbai.
                      I am struggling to get a status update on my case

                      1. No one calls me to update me on status. I just got a automated case id.
                      2. No one picks up the call - 99% time
                      3. When they pick, they say system is down can't check the status now and will call later with update.
                      4. They again never call

                      Really HP services are degrading

                        I purchased my HP pavillion dv2000 laptop 4 years ago. It was working well even if I had to make some repair when its motherboard crashed. Last night (6th Dec) when I was using my laptop as usually, the battery blasted and tore through its compartment causing burns on my lap. Even though the battery is quite old, I think its not manufactured to create a blast as it happened with me. I think HP is not manufacturing laptop battery which meets the safety standards. I hope necessary actions can be taken so that other customers don't come across incidents like that with me.

                        i have a laptop of compaq company,last 2 month due to unknown reason the battery of laptop explose,i had request to the hp costomer care to either repair it or exchange it. it spents aproxe one mnth to be compland but stile thre is no response. this condision is not bearable

                          We had purchased HP OFFICEJET 7000 and it had problems in printing from our date of purchase. As per their engineer a problem had been diagnosed in the printer head due to which the printer was not printing properly; inspite of being replaced several times under warranty and our using original Hp Cartridges still the issue remained unsolved.

                            There is a fuel refiling station near jornada ,Mahimagadi ,Dhenkanal,Odisha, in this fuel station regular mixing of K.Oil in Petrol and disel ,where as the costumer are paying the actual amount and geting low grade of fuel from this filling station, We request the concern department to inspect the filling station with regular interval of time and randomly.

                              i purchased a laptop from checkmate, infinity mall. Now i realize that the same laptop comes with a carry case supplied by HP itself, which was denied by the checkmate prop. He has completely cheated me. any shop i m going to and seeing this wonder gives me a bad feeling about this gentleman shop.

                                    I have a HP Printer Deskjet F4488 series. This was purchased during the month of September/October 2010. During the end of November 2011, I did find that my Laptop was not detecting the Printer. Tried reinstalling and it did not work. Then tried connecting with another Laptop and the same problem did exist. We tried looking out for the methods given in the HP website to tackle such problems and couldn't find a resolution.

                                    Then, we did contact the reseller from whom we bought it and they sent in their service person and he did the same as we did.then he took it the Printer with him and said that they will give to HP Service people and get back...After two weeks they have come back now saying that the Printer Board has gone due to high voltage caused by lightning. If that was the cause then my Laptop should also have got problems but that didn't happen. the other interesting part is that the Copier and the Scanner in the same Deskjet are working. So what type of lousy design and make they have done for a single product with such expert knowledge and service. The cost for the board is about Rs.1700 which is almost half the price of the new printer itself. Is this the exact service that one can provide ?

                                    Now my reseller is also not recommending HP anymore for their service is not upto the mark.

                                      I have purchased HP Pavilion DV6-6140TX Laptop, Product No.QC339PA, SL. NO.5CH1221DTL @ prize of 49999/- Rs. on 12Jul 2011. (Copy of Invoice is attached.) Hoping that after buying HP product, I will feel tension free as your brand HP is known for its good quality, maintenance free product and good service but I was wrong and felt very bad thinking that my half lakh rupees gone waste. This money is hard earned money
                                      Along with new laptop, I had also purchased genuine, license version Office 2010 and quick heal antivirus, thinking that will give trouble free laptop operation.
                                      Problems faced since I purchased laptop are mentioned here under :-

                                      i) Case ID – [protected] - Soon after 2 & ½ months of purchase of lap top, it started with first problem I faced was battery failure, the battery replaced by your service centre. Down time for said fault was 80 hrs appx.

He has given assurance that he will come again & attend the issue but till now issue not resolved.

So, Mr. Bhavesh, service Engr. requested me to carry laptop to service station for further repair. On 14 Nov 2011 another service Engr. came to my home and carried lap top to service centre. On telephonic enquiry, Service centre Engr. Mr. Rizwan stated that mother board of my laptop is malfunctioning, mother board is ordered from HP & the replacement job will be under taken once mother board is received.

I feel that I suffered with great loss of my hard earned money, time and efforts for resolving said issues causing un necessary trouble & harassment to my family.

                                      Therefore, I kindly request you to review my case and help me to supply / issue new laptop against this defective piece or else if you can provide my money back then it will be great help.
