I have bought this laptop on 27 june,2011 and just after 15 days of purchase,it had encountered a flickering problem,got it serviced at INTARVO TECHNOLOGIES,MOTA SINGH NAGAR,JALANDHAR,PUNJAB,INDIA.They told me that this problem is due to manufacturing fault.
Even after servicing,it has encountered some additional problems like it is not able to start properly,lcd related problems,even after turning on ,its screen become white.
Around 10 to 15 times i have visited hp service centre and still my problem has not been resolved.They had changed the lcd but still the problem is not resolved.
Its been 7 to 8 months,i have been keep on visiting hp service center but coming out with no solution.
I am very much frustrated with my laptop and the service provided by the service center.
My warranty period is about to expire within 2 months and i am feeling like helpless.
Even the service centre employees are not able to detect my problem. They are telling me to extend the warranty by paying Rs 5000 and think that this is not solution to my problem.
I m very much disappointed with the hp laptops response.
I WANT TO REPLACE MY LAPTOP WITH A NEW ONE.BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO REPLACE MY LAPTOP.
i want you to look into the matter as soon as possible.

hp pavilion dv6 — Laptop crashed in 5 months and parts are not available in India
Hi All,I have purchased a HP laptop from USA and since it's Hp i was under impression that I can get world wide support. The laptop crashed in 5 Months and I contacted local Hp Service center and without looking to the issue they are suggesting me to take back to USA. They are saying parts are not available.
How I can get support from Hp to resolve my issue. Can anyone help me?
