I had Purchased Extended Warranty Care Pack from HP for my HP Pavilion DV 6767 TX Notebook on 20.06.2011 . I registered a complaint with them on 26.08.2011 for defect with WI FI connectivity. A designated person from their outfit visited my site and verified the problem and made a report to them for replacement of the defective parts.
Now HP is denying the fact that I have a valid warranty and hence they cannot carry out the repairs....
