Sir,
This is to inform you that I,NITESH AGARWAL,one of your customer,bought hp-pavillion dv6 notebook model-6165tx(SERIAL NO. 5CH1321S99) on 25th of October 2011 from CROMA Electronics(EVA Mall in Brigade Road in BANGALORE) and by then I used the notebook and it use to work normally but in around DEC 2011 I faced problems like interminent shutting down problem after running any application,hanging issue also infact the windows task manager also doesnt respond but it was occasional so I ignored and I didn't go to any of your service centres also because of my externals exam which was held in DEC-end and JAN-starting but in JAN-end I faced the problem quite often so in around FEB-mid I visited one of your authorized service centre named MAHA ELECTRONICS Pvt. Ltd.,No. 28-8-2,1st Floor,15th Cross,3rd Block,JAYANAGAR,BANGALORE-560011, where they said to take the back-up of important datas and then visit them again and I did the same. On 7th Of MARCH 2012 I visited them again and they took my laptop under observation and registered my complaint then they gave me a call saying that the issue is solved and there is no further problem and I collected my laptop on 13th Of MARCH 2012 but again I found the SAME ISSUE.There was no improvement in the case and so I visited them again on 20th Of MARCH 2012 to register the same issue and again they did the same and called me after saying that they changed the mother board of the system and so I collected it on 29th Of March 2012 but yet I found the SAME ISSUE with my laptop and then again with no further option in my hand had to again to that IDIOTIC SERVICE CENTRE of yours on 2nd of April 2012 where they promised me to give my laptop within 2-3 days in proper working condition but yet they didn't inform regarding the issue within the specified time and they called me on 9th Of APRIL2012 which is a week later saying that they have changed the processor but yet I found the SAME ISSUE.Now this is the limit,its more then a month now and the service centre provided by you cannot solve the SAME ISSUE inspite of giving it for 3 TIMES and I being an Engg. student have so much of work to do with the laptop but couldn't do all because of your SERVICE and I'm facing the problem til now.This type of DISGUSTING SERVICE provided is UNTOLLERABLE now. Do you have any idea about how my academic performance is steeply decreasing all because of your company's fault??? I cant even think 1 day without a laptop being away from my native place as I live alone and there I have spent more then a month without it!! Now, all because of your fault now I claim for a replacement of my laptop without any further delay from your side or else there will be no delay from my side to go and CLAIM A CASE against you in the CONSUMER COURT where I'l also lodge a case for simply harassing and making a fool out of a genuine customer. Dont take all this as a warning because this is what I'm actually going to do if I dont see any action from your side then surely some action will be there from my side.
Therefore, I request you to kindly see upon the problem and consider my earnest request and do the replacement as soon as possible. Below are the case nos. lodged in the particular service centre and my contact details. I hope a quick action will be taken against that particular service centre of yours also.

    I visit in CCD- South City Mall- Kolkata, at 01/04/2012 time 20:02:17. Ordered 3 Lychee chill+ vanila ice Cream. My order number is 16, bill number is 214. TNO. 9901. amount for 3 items : 357.53/- CCD Manager : Mr. Arun Jha- Code is: D0133.
    When i purchase the item through my debit card cashier told me sir your card is not working properly (twice he scanned my debit card in machine). So asked me for cash payment i gave him cash. But at the same day i got two messages from my account. It means two times my account debited.

    "Dear Customer,

    when i spoke to Mr. Arun Jha next day on the same matter he told me sir don't worry you'll get the amount in 24 hours only. Now still i did not get not even a single rupee in my account? So please suggest where i can complaint on the same? because ccd charged me for 3 Lychee chill+ vanila ice Cream = 1071/- Rupees? when every one knows ccd is a very big brand then how it can be possible? Now i'll never visit in ccd.

    Purchase a new HP Laptop- 430, at 25th August 2011. Even one year not completed yet in my laptop i am facing many problems. like white dots on display screen. and Touch pad color scratched automatically and on laptop body paint is also not good its scratching automatically. Please suggest how can i solve this problem. I was very happy when i got HP in my use but now when i am facing these all problems with me. I am really not happy with HP.

      I(Pradeep Kumar) i purchased my Laptops which is of HP Pavilion G6 Series G6-1035TX which has specification that it consist 1GB dedicated Graphic Memory-1 GB DDR3, Graphic Processor-AMD Radeon HD 6470M card, On the time of purchased i don't Know much more about Laptop uses, but one of my friend checked my graphic card which shows only 64MB which is very less.
      Date of purchase- aug/2011 and now it is April/2012, Now kindly suggest me what to do.

        I booked gas for home delivery on 20.03.12 but till today 03.04.12 the gas has not been delivered.I made phone call to their representative at no. 25559665, the guy said by today it must be delivered.Today again I called up him and asked about the delivery but now he is saying that it will be delayed for one more week. For this kind of bad service,I am facing very much problem and it is regular happening with HP.I am unable to have a peace of mind because of their negligence and ignorance. Requesting you to take the necessary action against them.

                Hi All,

                I'm a resident of Bangalore. I use American Express Card in HP petrol pumps as surcharge is zero, I bought petrol from an HP Petrol Pump in Madivala (After crossing Total Mall and towards hosur road), i asked to fill 500/- of petrol and the money collecting guy swiped my credit card and bought the receipt for my signature, till that time i was observing the reading but once i started signing on the receipt the guy who was filling my petrol tank stopped before meter reached 500/- i did not observe that at that movement but i realized it after some time, i asked for refund but as usual i could not get neither money nor petrol.

                So please beware of this kind of frauds.

                  Hi,
                  I bought the HP cartridge last year and used it for printing around 10 days-around 20 or 30 pages including some xerox copies.
                  I was shocked to find that it was showing empty after just 2 weeks. This is really unreliable service from company.
                  The dealer says to go to service company. The service company says check with dealer. This is poor service from HP request them to resolve the issue.

                    I have deposited Rs. 6500 cash with M/s Simtech comtronics on 14/02/2012 for 1year AMc of my HP Pavilion Notebook dv4-1506tx. also a receipt was issued to me.

                    It is a authorised service centre of HP.

                    I was promised that i would recieve a AMC kit from HP onm my email id.

                    till date no email has come either from HP or the autohrised service centre, even after one month.

                    The phone no given on the visiting card and receipt were found to be disfunctional.

                    Even the HP call centre refuses to attend to my complaints.

                    Kindly let me know how can I get my money back

                      I have bought this laptop on 27 june,2011 and just after 15 days of purchase,it had encountered a flickering problem,got it serviced at INTARVO TECHNOLOGIES,MOTA SINGH NAGAR,JALANDHAR,PUNJAB,INDIA.They told me that this problem is due to manufacturing fault.
                      Even after servicing,it has encountered some additional problems like it is not able to start properly,lcd related problems,even after turning on ,its screen become white.
                      Around 10 to 15 times i have visited hp service centre and still my problem has not been resolved.They had changed the lcd but still the problem is not resolved.
                      Its been 7 to 8 months,i have been keep on visiting hp service center but coming out with no solution.
                      I am very much frustrated with my laptop and the service provided by the service center.
                      My warranty period is about to expire within 2 months and i am feeling like helpless.
                      Even the service centre employees are not able to detect my problem. They are telling me to extend the warranty by paying Rs 5000 and think that this is not solution to my problem.
                      I m very much disappointed with the hp laptops response.
                      I WANT TO REPLACE MY LAPTOP WITH A NEW ONE.BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO REPLACE MY LAPTOP.
                      i want you to look into the matter as soon as possible.

                        hp pavilion dv6 — Laptop crashed in 5 months and parts are not available in India

                        Hi All,

                        I have purchased a HP laptop from USA and since it's Hp i was under impression that I can get world wide support. The laptop crashed in 5 Months and I contacted local Hp Service center and without looking to the issue they are suggesting me to take back to USA. They are saying parts are not available.

                        How I can get support from Hp to resolve my issue. Can anyone help me?

                          There has been regular irregularity in providing gas cylinder to the consumers and we, as a consumer to HP, have been facing severe issues in getting the same in time and even in booking the same. Sometimes the helps from the office members are misleading. We need a clear picture of how to book and what is the timeline of getting a cylindar. Hoping a to see a quick action on the same.

                              I bought a Hewlett Packard Deskjet 3050 in July 2011. In December 2011 it stopped working. It will not pull the paper thru to print. I tried to return it to Walmart but they do not take returns after 90 days. They said they just had another return that day for the same problem, same printer. I finally found a number to call Hewlett Packard because there is no service number in thier manuals. After 61 min. on the phone, mostly on hold, they tell me they will send me a "reconditioned" printer if I give them my credit card number to insure that I return my other printer. Why would I trust them with my credit card number? They already make crappy printers. They make you stay on the phone for over an hour to get service. They are sending me a printer that has already been fixed for probably the same problem. The new printer only lasted 6 months. I doubt the reconditioned printer would even last a month. They are telling me that they don't trust me to send back thier POS printer, but I should trust them with my credit card number. I don't trust anyone that puts me on hold for over an hour, makes me talk to someone in India about a crappy printer that is made in China, and then doesn't trust me to send them back a broken printer? I have never had worse service in my life!

                                1. laptop gets hang and sometimes shutdown and battery issue.
                                2. I registered my complaint online in September gave my laptop in service center in first week of October.
                                They gave back my laptop after one and half month by resolving several problems according to them. I have told them that in my laptop battery issues is there by diagnosing my laptop as suggested by customer care. They gave my laptop back and told me that there is no issue of battery in my laptop.
                                After using laptop i have felt that there are some issues continuing in my laptop so i called them back and told that my laptop goes to hang and shutdown.they send an engineer to check my laptop .
                                he checks my laptop and found that battery is fine and motherboard issues. and he updates hp support assistant by his pen drive and found that battery need to be replaced.
                                customer care told me battery is not under cover by care pack.
                                3. In first week of October when i went in service center Rinku ask me for care pack and offers care pack @rs 6500.
                                whenever i visited there he forced me to take care pack .
                                i took care pack online @4545 .
                                4.The contact no. of customer care are not toll free and whenever i need to complaint they put my call on hold so that increases my phone bill.
                                in one year i have paid 39000+4545 rupees to hp for my laptop.
                                5. They always satisfied me by verbally not by giving me valid response in service.
                                6. every time i went in service center they format my laptop and i loose my data.
                                7. In one year and two month of purchasing this product i have suffering from a lots of problem by this product and supervising.

                                      dear sir/madam
                                      I have purchased product 'hp pavillion dv6 3050tx' on 10th october 2010 . My warranty has been expired on 22nd november 2011. during the warranty period a crack appeared on the base twice for which i got replacement on both occasions from pune service centre. But after expiring warranty period again same problem appeared and this time the damage is extended on back end corner off my laptop and it has been split out and same problem appeared over backlid strip. As this problem is consistent and appearing from begining its clearly a maufacturing fault.so pune service centre suggested me to write a complaint on this link and claim for replacement of base cover of my laptop. I am in a strong need of replacement of base cover of my laptop. so please give me a quick feedback and strongly expecting a positive outcome from my complaint...

                                      Same Problem happens with me, , i extended my warranty for the same issue but now its also over, hp has to replace the base cover because its an manufacturing fault and accepted by hp service center.
