this is to kindly inform you that my laptop s/n cnu0202s1f had some problem regarding which a complaint was registered on 8 november
the engineer visited the site on 12 nov,on 14 nov but could not solve the issue.
the engineer took the system to the service center Intarvo ghaziabad on 14 nov and till date i have received no positive response from HP and no report as to what is the condition of the system.
kindly look in to the matter
i have submitted i my laptop in varnasi service center for recovery and he will not response any things when i ask that he say it will take time . about one week to go but he not response me . this is problem for one month for i suffering so i[censored] r really help custmer please support

My HP printer Receipt No 1664 is give supervising to HP SERVICE CENTER 3 months ago. But i do not received an response from them and i got some problem for it.
I purchased a HP Compaq Presario with a 17' CRT monitor on 7th Nov 2007 with a 3 year warranty from DELPHI MARKETING ,NEW DELHI-8
My monitor stopped functioning on 9th August 2010 . My complaint number is CA0991489, 0999168.
Till today even after 2 months it is not repaired. I have lost count of the calls made to the call centre and the assurances given by the floor managers. I am surprised that a multi national company like HP has such irresponsible staff and has no system to monitor long pending cases.

I have the following problems regarding my laptop:
1. I bought a HP div4 laptop from E-Zone electronics chain on 26 jan.2010.every HP laptop consists guarntee for 1year but when i visited to HP center for repairing of my laptop they told me the guarntee period of 10 months (i think E-zone cheated me).The service engineer told me that i have to go to e-zone to solve this problem.
2. My laptop's LCD had problem.i gave to the service center for repair (service bill no.-8655)and they repaired it and give it to me on 25/11/2010,when i used it at my workplace after got over there i noticed that its touchpad was not working and LCD too was not serviced properly as it get a small permanent dot on the screen.
inital service time took over 4 to 5 days due to which i suffered a lot and again i have to suffer for the same after a huge suffering in my studies as i am a student of MBA

Please help me as i am very much frustrated due to huge loss in my studies and these are my exam days and i dont want to wander here and there to solve my Laptops problem.
delay in service.a horizontal line appear on screen of hp laptop.after aweek there is no response from service center.
lots of service related issues in wide format printer are provided by their dealer for this they do their work according to their will and do not follow the rules and doesn't have any behavior to talk with their custmer
Dear Sir,

I give my Laptop S.No. 2CE7350WHM Model Compaq Presario V3424 AU for the repairing on 29 April 2011 to In Tarvo Technologies Limited, Dayal Chamber, Opposite Krishi Bhawan, Lucknow 226001 UP.

Yesterday i receipt their Quotation of Rs. 3893.99 and same i agreed to pay him. Today they call me and told when you made advance 50 % payment then we shall buy your required spares from HP.
Mean to say, how i can make advance payment?
I told him i shall give you payment against delivery of my laptop , but the did not agreed. Already 10 Days Passed, my worke had been suffer Badly.

This mail is in reference with the laptop that was purchased by me in April month of 2012, but since then i am very much disappointed with the services & the overall performance of the product.

During this period, Your concerned service person has replaced speakers(two times), Adapter has been replaced one time, which is very unsatisfactory as i am using a laptop of such a renowned company but the overall performance is very Pathetic.

As a HP Consumer, request you to kindly Replace my product or take some Strong action to resolve my concern.

    Dear Sir,
    I bought a HP Pavilion g6-1118tx 4 months ago. My laptop speaker has been totally damaged. When i try to Contact in service center they tell me that VLC media player burn my speaker and this will not cover my laptop warranty.

    Is Hp company really like this??? No one from Hp told me that i should not use vlc media player.

    They also assures me that the warranty should be In home warranty. Now they are telling me to run the service center with the laptop and give money to replace the speaker.

    Too much Disappointing Company. No one should waste lots of money by purchasing HP LAPTOPS.

      sir, on 26oct,2011 i purchase a hp laptop ,after 2 days it was not working properly it touch pad doesn't work properly and had some hardware problems,also BIOS problem on 1nov,2011 i summit my laptop to hp service center and want to replace my laptop to new one because my laptop is under 1 year warranty period (if there is any problem regarding hardware my laptop would be change as given warranty by hp company) but 2 weeks have been passed no further action is taken by hp company AND THEY ALSO TREAT US VERY ROUGHLY, SIR I REQUEST TO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST HP BECAUSE THEY SELLS DEFECTIVE PIECES

      I purchased a hp laptop model no dv9830us sr.no.CNF8157V98 PIN KN895UA in may 08 at the FRY'S store in san jose, USA. Recently my BD/CD/DVD DRIVE HAS STARTED AUTOMATICALLY ejecting any CD/DVD/BD disc that we load. On approaching the mumbai hp care centre i am told that the product is not launched in India hence no help is available...if this is the case the company must infirm the customers of this information while selling the product...now iam really helpless as to what to do and how to get the thing fixed.       I have Purchas the HP Laptop (Pavilion g6) one month before
      Wail working in the laptop the UP Arrow Key was popped out
      I took it to HP service centre Indiranagar Branch, and claimed the laptop is in warranty
      To fix the problem but the authority in HP service Centre not accepting, and saying
      It is physical damage and costing around 5000/Rs.
      i need a laptop but hp laptop are very high prices
      my computer is hank very soon because it is 4 th generation i5 processor.
      please help my laptop is at poor condition.

        I ve purchased a laptop in june 2011. And its get stuck In july and from then till november my laptop has been repaiered. Everytime i ask for furthur progress they just giving me technical excuses. I think they are unable to provide me any assistance specially on my state. I think they wont repair it till my warrenty last. I ve given them threat to call consumer forem after 40days. As now i am doing it. They say my part is ordered but its not available. It been 5month since my laptop model is launched.i want replacement or money back. Its been money and imp time wasting talking to there constumer care. As the just keep giving me no. Of people who are not answering my call. And funny thing is that after calling 100 times in service centre they ve memerised my cell no. So they not picking it even i am standing just outside there service centre.

          As per our previous discussion with HP Care online service We stork Ferro and Mineral Industries hand over a HP MFP 1005 Model Sl. No.CNG9BBM6C Prd. No.CB376A to M/s. Redington, Balasore and the error they noted in service Report as Printer Spooler Error after 10 to 12 pages printing, but now they have mishandled the product & charge us to pay the amount for service an the Power Supply of your printer is burnt. If this type of fradulant activities are being occured with the customer, then the hope of warranty over HP product is very difficult. SO please consider the above matter as urgent

          Redington india ltd (BBSR) / HP Printer — lost of printer in service center

          the above service center of HP Printer lost my HP DJ 610C (Sl.No. TH02G146GB) and deny to give me another printer
          I agreed that the HP company has not handled the product with onsite warranty like TVSE & others. So indirectly it supports the Authorised Service Center in the fraudulant activities like in warranty period also the customer unnecessarily paid for the product.             I have recently (on 01 November 2011) one hp laptop(hp-630).After one day use it started creating the problem of BLUE SCREEN.thereafter whenever i switch it on,it suddenly blinks and shows that an error occurred and therefore system is shut down to prevent damage to your computer.I got it formatted from the supplier and reinstalled the OS(window-7 ultimate) but again the problem is there.I am very much feded up with this and really need your attention to address the problem.

                I purchased Hp laptop on the month of Feb 2011, but in the end of may i notice a black spot in the screen. I went to service center but they said this is problem is not covered in the warranty and told me to submit my complain at in.[protected]@hp.com.

                The real problem is that a black spot is seen in my screen at may then i submitted the complain here and no reply is done now the spot is gradually increasing its size and another spot is notice by me(snap shot shared on the photos attached).
                I am having fear that my screen goes whole black in some month due to increasing nature of this spot.
                Sir, It is my request to you to take some step in this concern, either by repairing it or by replacing it as soon as possible...

                    HI .. I have purchased HP Pavilion Laptop in 2007 .. It worked good for 1 year ... After that when I start up Multiple screens appeared I even Updated the video driver and Formatted the system and installed Windows Vista using their CD's (Recovery disk ) But nothing worked . Some people say that I have to completely change the motherboard . So i contacted HP for that . But they say it would cost double the amount of today's Laptop cost . So I m not using my Laptop put it aside without any use . What I can do with that ... DO they put any Exchange offer Please help .. I also recommend don't buy HP laptops

                    I purchaged hp laptop model (v3000serial no 2CE6410LBH) last 15month ago but problem facing since las six month before even four time repaired by hp service center but problem still remain and noboday takeing serious in hp service center.we also try to contact senior person for help but no response from hp service peoples, (even delhi service center taken 6000/- rs amount for amc and three time repaired till date. curent my note not working.my last compaint ref no is [protected].so I request to all plzz change my note book
                    I have purchased note book 2 monts before, model compaq presario c-700. laptop sr.no.c-772TU.
                    when i am planing to on pc press power button after one minit automaticaly off & display also not come.

                    i am trying to call 30306363. but no response there. two days gone . what is this. Just tell me engineers

                    I bought a [HP compaq v3424au] laptop 3years back at 32,800/-just recently laptop display crashed. so I went for a hp care for inspection.they told me that it is motherboard problem ,so I have to pay 12,000 rs for new motherboard[my laptop is out of warrnaty period].


                    => Then I have a detailed conversation with HP customer care .they told me some issues about their product

                    1.HP executive told me that there is motherboard quality issue in some batches of HP laptops..they got many motherboard failures reports of the same type.HP ppl admitted that there is serious motherboard quality issue in some of the batches of laptops.
                    2.now they r asking me to pay 12,000 rs more for new motherboard ..that too they will only give 90 days warranty .

                    How its possible. first provide faulty motherboard than ask me to pay 12,000 more..

                    3.look what bizarre thing..HP has supplied me defective motherboard laptop[ HP also admitting it].
                    and asking me to pay 12,000 for new one[ saying that ur laptop is out of warranty]..
                    I buyed a HP laptop model...It was not working properly from the first day. I got a funny manufacturing detail.
                    Company took back the laptop and now they are asking for complaint no. address etc. and acting like dumbshells.

                    Now I have no laptop and god know weather I am going to have a functioning laptop or not
                    If you have earned 40-50k to buy a laptop and if you dont want to do the experiment on that money. Please choose another option..
                    i bought my hp laptop from an hp store at palarivattom, kerala .
                    from the very next day there occured some driver issues.
                    it was cleared by the retailer itself.
                    and then after 2 months several problems got arised .
                    several drivers got working improperly.
                    and some of the drivers got missing.
                    once its keyboard got replaced.
                    eventhough, problems still remains..
                    whenever i get into an hp service center at ernakulam.
                    they performs some updations and gave it back.and then also the same problems got repeated very next day.
                    visiting the service center became a routine .
                    they do formatting my laptop and reinstallation of the softwares...
                    still the issues continues..
                    when ever i talk to my friends and computer experts they analysed its the problem of hard drive. when i discuss this with the service center executive, he is not ready agreeing with that.
                    and so still ready to perform the same actions and changing os only.
                    actualy the warranty of the product is getting expired.
                    still now i couldnt use the laptop well
                    i lost my money ...thats the ultimate advantage now i have from hp.

                      Recently I approached HP World, City Centre Saltlake, Kolkata as my HP desktop was not working. HP World, City Centre claimed that they also provide services. They took my computer and told me they will look at the problem and inform me the repairing cost over phone. After 10 days when I didn’t get any call from them I went to the shop again. I found my computer lying at the same in their shop as if nobody touched on it since I left it there. They told me that the motherboard will have to be replaced which will cost around Rs.6000/. Given the nature of the problem I was not very convinced about their diagnosis. I told them that I will take the computer and I don’t want this to be repaired by them. Then they asked me to pay Rs.500/ otherwise they will not allow me to take the computer. Then I had no choice but to pay them Rs.500/ to get back my computer.
                      Then I took the same computer to another HP service centre in BE block, Saltlake. They told me that this is a OS related problem and a reinstallation will solve the problem.
                      I would like to draw attention of HP about my ordeal in one of their authorized outlet. We respect the brand HP. If we get such treatment in a shop flaunting HP logo and HP World name in front of it, this will be a very disappointing experience from company like HP.

                        Being aggrieved and severe disappointed with qualified dishearten, I Sri Partha Sarathi Patra, would like to disclose my discontentment regarding purchase of a defective Printer ( HP Photosmart C4688, Serial No.- CN05PH91WW, Product No.- Q8418D, which is under warranty, when I visit your authorized Service Centre, Redington India Ltd, P-89, CIT Road, Entally, Paddapukur , Kolkata – 700 014. Dated 25/10/2011, Equipment Service Request No. ININ[protected] and slavery like behavior of staff engaged in Kolkata service Centre Redington India Ltd, your authorized service provider.
                        When I facing the problem ( a error code C4EB8802 shown on the control panel when I power on the printer). I contacted your specialist technician Mr. S. Samuel through online ( whose activate ID[protected] dated 21/10/2011. He heard my problem and says it is a hardware problem. He checked the serial no. of that printer and he told me to visit the nearest Service Centre as because it is in warranty.

                        After that the dated 25/10/2011 I visit your service centre at Kolkata. When I visit your Service Centre there are a Security Guard who enlisted my name and where from I visit the Centre in his Register Book ( which serial No. is 29) and give me a token No. -8. After 1 hour a man look like a cheater in that printer. He receive my printer and entered the service room for checking the problem and he told me to wait in the waiting room for a few times. After 5 minutes he called me again and says its warranty is void. I ask him what and why the warranty is void. He says “You try to repair it by some one look like a technician).”
                        I told him, assure him that I did not try to repair the printer by some one as because it is in warranty.
                        Sir, I visit your service Centre and seen that they already busy to repair that printer which is out of warranty because they get a huge money to repair the printer. I think that when he checked my printer he pull out a parts from my printer and replace it that printer which is out of warranty and wherefrom he get huge money.

                        I the valued customer ( a world no. 1 famous company HP) serviced by your service provider with a nasty manner.
                        I visited your service Centre at Kolkata for swallow cold reception, like convict and I returned to my home with a view and come into a conclusion that HP Printer either a bad product or your Service Provider is a witch or Wizard.
                        I also known that a reputed product pasted a sticker “Warranty void if seal is broken”, but it was unknown to me when he received that printer why he not checked that seal in front of me. Do you assure me it is cheating Case or not ? Do you assure me your Service provider is not a Cheater ? Do you assure me a customer whose product is in warrany can checked and try to repair by some one ?

                        Painfully I write to inform you that I became astonished, such a reputed and with a great expectation of owing a world famous trouble free product did not satisfy at all. My choice of purchase any printer in future will shift from another branded Company and I shall have to inform my friend circles not to purchase HP product in henceforth.

                        However my experience in brief disclosed. Don’t mind and awaiting your early or prompt initiation in this regard.

                          I have been facing a lot of problems with my HP laptop. I got this high configuration HP pavilion DV6 3123 TX system in January 2011. It has been giving me a lot of problems since June itself. I have made 100s of calls to HP. But i have got no solution to my problems. After spending Rs 52,000 I have got this laptop which does not work fine at all.
                          To name a few,it has problems with-
                          1. The wi-fi card.
                          2. the HP webcam
                          3. the optical Drive
                          4. The USB ports
                          5. The blacking out of the screen
                          6. over-heating of the laptop
                          7. hanging of the system

                          Whenever I try and contact a personwho is handling my case, I am not able to reach him at all. the excuses i get every time are either they are on lunch, or on a leave or busy on some other call. When i tell the customer care representative to please tell the superior whi is handling my call me back, i everytime get an assurance that he would b ut he never does.
                          Attached is the email I sent to hp just a few minutes ago after again trying to contact Mr. Rajiv Singh who is handling my case and was yet again unable to reach him.
                          please address to my grievance and help me find a solution to the problem as soon as possible.

                          I got a laptop of HP Pavilion DV6, 3123 TX on the 26th of January 2011. For 3 months, the laptop worked fine without any problems.
                          However, come June, I started to experience an issue with the speakers of my laptop. The speakers did not give any external sound. I complained, and within 3 days, my speakers were replaced. But unfortunately, the problem was not sorted out then. For 2 months, I kept calling HP. Everytime, I used to get the same response that my speakers would be replaced. They were replaced about 4 times when it became clear the second time itself that the speakers not working was not an issue regarding the speakers themselves and something else. Then my case was escalated. Mr. Sarabjeet Singh first handled the case. During that time, issues with the wi-fi card, the web-cam, overheating of the laptop, High quality videos not playing fine, the screen blacking out, the optical drive of the laptop, 2 USB ports, softwares crashing also sprung up. After speaking with him once, I never spoke to him again. Because he was always busy on other calls or on a leave or having lunch.Then Mr. Sapthagiri handled the case. Same problem happened with him. Now after having made at least 15 calls to HP and convincing at least 5 customer care representatives and Mr. Vijay Kumar(head of HP service center, Okhla, Delhi), that the issue was not with speakers but with something else, finally my motherboard was replaced.
                          It solved the problems with the speakers, but not with anything else.
                          After again calling, an engineer was sent to my place to reinstall the OS. however, The OS would not reinstall. 3 CDs of the OS were sent by HP. None worked. Again a fourth CD was being sent, when I requested for the umpteenth time that the issue would not be with the CD.
                          Finally, a request was made to me by Mr. Vijay Kumar to send the laptop to the service center, which would be sent back after 2 days. The laptop was sent after 2 weeks. The same problems however persisted. Again, the case was escalated.
                          Now, there is an issue with nearly each and every part of the laptop and forget anything else, ever normal internet usage is not possible. While typing this email itself, and no other application was open and external device was connected, the CPU usage was nearly 70% and the fan was working at top speed.
                          Now, when I was looking for a solution, I came to hear that a new case has been generated.
                          I am a student of B.Tech fourth year. I have to make my projects and presentations. This laptop has made it nearly impossible for me to do my work and it could not be explained how much my work has suffered because of it.
                          Now sir, I am not going to deal with HP anymore. If you can please return me my money back of this laptop, Please do so. If not, I would be left with no option but to go to the consumer court.
                          When i try to speak with you as well, the same, you are busy as well and " not able to receive the call".
                          I hope I do receive a call from you with some viable solution today itself. If I do, fine. If not, Tomorrow itself I am filing a case against HP.

                            i have purchase hp pavillion dv6-6154tx having registration no 4635653 on 27 mar 2012.at that time there was an offer of 2 -year extended warranty in which the demand draft of 1133/-has to be sent to hp centre.the name of offer was 'peace of mind'.
                            i have sent the demand draft along with document required but i have not get any information about the warrwnty .

                            i therefore request u to please sent me mail about the warranty of my laptop .

                                  I need your help. I had recently purchased an HP Pavilion notebook.Within 6 months from its purchase date, the laptop stopped functioning and it turned out to be a hard disk error. I was told the hard disk and the fan will be replaced and that I will be sent some recovery DVD's to install the operating system. The hard disk and the fan got replaced alright, but after 7 days of wait, i received wrong recovery DVDs. Then again the order had to be placed for the correct versions, causing further delinquency. And yet again after 20 days of total delay I again received the wrong DVDs'. This case was then transfered to Intarvo HP service center Gurgaon. After much wait and delay they did send their engineers who tried to install the operating system using the second set of DVDs' but failed in doing so, which they then themselves confirmed were the wrong set of recovery DVDs'. (One of the engineer's also agreed that a lot of time has been wasted on this case, and that they should have taken care of it earlier)They then took my laptop to their service center for further investigation. I'm surprised that in spite of having the laptop ( that gives you all the info that an engineer needs) ,they were not able to find out the exact reason as to why they are not able to install the operating system!

                                  Not just this they again placed the order for the third time and after more 7 days of delay, their engineer finally took out the time to install the software, but was not able to do so again, due to some error. It turned out, they sent the wrong recovery DVDs' again! (for the 3rd time, total time span - its been over a month)

                                  Then this specific engineer took the effort to reach out to their bangalore service center and give them the feedback. He said that "They have now decided to elevate the case, This will take maximum 4 days, and we will be able to solve your problem". Today i.e on 13th Oct 2011, I called up the manager of this Intarvo branch and he asked for some cutomer ID when i tried to express my anguish,( I was obviously not provided with any consumer ID) when I said i dont have a consumer ID, he bluntly quoted "Then I can't help u , sorry"! and disconnected the call!

                                  This is the way how HP treats its customers inspite of being under the warranty period. I regret the day I bought this HP product. I have gone through so much of trouble because of their unprofessionalism.They are least bothered to hear you out, they have a very bad way of handling cases , they have no respect for consumer's time and money, they impart wrong information most of the time. They like to procrastinate, and are not concerned about the customer. They behave in a rash, disrespectful, and in a very rude manner which is simply unacceptable! I had to write in constant e-mails and had to personally follow up with their service center in banagalore, cause otherwise they were leased bothered.

                                  The delay, imparting of wrong information, not imparting the entire information all as been caused from their end and I'm bearing the brunt. I have been very patient until now.... but that has just not helped me at all.. There has been procrastination and my case has not been handled well. I have an exam for which I need my laptop to study, and here I am with a laptop that does not have an operating system!

                                    i am feeling very bad in informing you that you are the biggest CHEATER in laptops manufacturer.i bought my laptop 11 months ago.it is continously giving problems due to manufacturing error.after one month of purchase its hing got break due to internal defect.then 2 months ago its speaker got fail.then i submit my laptop at INTARVO TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED,PATIALA.after 4th day of speaker claim it again got fail.then i submit a complaint on www.consumercomplaints.in .then i recived phone calls twice and they promise me to solve my problem but they didnt take any action.today,when i go to intarvo limited,patiala they said 'sorry!we cant change your speaker under warranty as VLC player is installed'.i want to know is it a right way to deal with customer????this is not the way .i want your immedieate response i=on my this complaint.i hope i will recieve a call very soon otherwise it would not be good for hp laptop repotation as i have to submit a case against HP LAPTOPS for this kind of customer care.

                                      I wish to complain about HP-Maruthi Gas Agency, HSR Layout, Sector-7, Opp. Lawrence School, Bangalore.

                                      My consumer no. is 624960. I have booked a refill cylinder on 24th sep 2011. till today i have not received the cylinder. they tell all reasons. sometimes they told load problem, sometimes they told they had closed office for one week for some software installation, and latest when i called yesterday, they said me nowadays we will receive cylinder only after 22-24 days of the booking date.

                                      I have registered a complaint in HP website, but no use and the problem is not solved.

                                      My earlier reference no. was 11041030, wherein the issue was not solved, and i have lodged a complain again, wherein my reference no. is 11043891. these both reference numbers are given from HP website.

                                      Very desparate customer of HP.

                                      NOTHING IS GETTING SOLVED. DAY BY DAY PROBLEMS ARE INCREASING AND INCREASING, THERE IS NO USE OF COMPLAINING TO ANYBODY.
