I have purchased an HP Pavilion dm4-1009TU laptop on[protected] and it's window (Window 7 Home Basic OA India) got curruptted within 3 days, now I want a recovery disc from HP side to recove the same.

I had raised a complaint on[protected], CASE ID - [protected], but even after regular followups of 45 days, still I have not got any resolution from their side. Every time I am getting answer that disk is not in stock and...

I have logged a complaint having Case ID [protected] at "Maha Electronics Pvt. Ltd Bangalore" (an authorized HP service centre at Bangalore) for the battery related issue of my laptop "HP-DV6-1337TX" having serial number "CNF9456J87" . Although my laptop is under warranty as per my invoicee, they are saying that the battery cannot be replaced, as there is no CT Number available on my battery....
