[Resolved]  Hp — HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR BY HP SERVICE CENTER

I bought an HP Pavilion tx1218au Notebook PC on the first week of November 2007 from Mega Computers, Noida, India and started facing problems soon enough.

It occasionally used to hang in the initial days. Later, it started hanging and getting re-started on its own a midst of my work.
The problem kept on aggravating until one day when it finally crashed. I ran the recovery cd that I got with the package but in vain. I realized it was some hardware problem and gave it to the official HP repair center in Noida. i.e. Elite Business Machine Pvt. Ltd., D-43, 1st floor, Sector - 2, Noida. (Phone no.[protected]. They diagnosed it and told me that it had a faulty mother board and that they are replacing it.
A week later I got my laptop back from the service center. But within the first week of recovery, all the problems re-occurred and that too severely.
1. The very second day, its touch-pad stopped working.
2. Next day, it started producing frequent hangs and system restarts.
3. Finally it crashed.
4. I ran the recovery disk again, but the system crashed again.

I again went to the same service station and elucidated the problem.

Their engineer Mr. Amit Sharma and Ms. Shehnaaz, after 3 weeks of diagnosis, replaced the mother board again. When I asked them to explain me the problem, they simply refused!! However Mr. Sharma assured me that I won't face the problem again. But the very next morning, my laptop crashed again. I again had a talk with Mr. Sharma and Ms. Shehnaaz but they are not even aware of the issue. They don't exactly know about the problem. They want me to carry my laptop again to them.

I'm highly dissatisfied with the product and the service center quality. My business work has taken a serious blow because of the in-efficient machine. Past two months brought completely traumatizing experiences for me only because of HP.

I would request you to replace it with a new laptop so that I can start enjoying my work without any crash. I believe that HP will take the issue on priority and will provide me the satisfying solution.

HP — Transfer of Gas connection

Respected sir, I am on recent transfer from mumbai to vadodara on 6 May 2011. I had transferred my HP LPG GAS connection from mumbai to vadodara on 5 may 2011. I had reported to dealer in Gujarat in area of sama, in vadodara named sachin . He troubled me every day saying you' ll get two days after and on 26 May 2011 he said i will not give you supply connection because you are not authorised here . I had visited many HP centres but nobody is ready to help me saying you are entitled only at sama dealer in vadodara area . Please be kind enough to help me in this regard

HP — Not provided with Restore DVD and Driver CD

Dear Sir,

1. I had purchased a Notebook (HP ProBook 4520s) on 07 Jul 11 with Product Serial 2CE1130VHM and Product ID XT988UT#ABA.

2. I Was not been provide with the Restore DVD and Driver CD by the retailer. On insisting for the same the retailer told me that HP does not provide the Restore DVD and Driver CD for any of the Notebook.

3. After that I called up HP Customer Care on 08 Jul 11 on[protected] and was provided with a case ID i.e. [protected] asking me to send the scanned copy of the invoice on the following email id's. On verification of the invoice we'll send the DVD and CD pack to your home address.

6. After getting these types of response I again contacted Retailer and again I was told that HP does not provide the Restore DVD and Driver CD along with the Notebook.

7. Now my question here is : -

(a) How the Notebook was sold in Mumbai when it was shipped out of country (according to HP Customer Care)?

(b) In this story who is the actual loser, The retailer, HP or The customer?

(c) I request you please kindly investigate the matter and ask HP to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I am mentally and physically upset and harassed after buying this product. I have also spent a lot of time on Telephone calls with resulted in heavy telephone charges, because the call was set on hold for as long as 15 to 20 minutes.

why r u taking 50rs for cheking gas cylinder and pipe. if we are ur customer then u should to check in free of cost. if we are using other company gas pipe then ajents says use only hp company pipe other wise gas delivery will stopped. and my gas delivery has been stoped one time due to this..

HP — Adapter of Different specification was issued causing motherboard failure

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I bought the laptop from HP Pro4410s Notebook & S/No(CNU9213WG3).
I faced several problems

Adapter was non functional so i got it replaced from HP authorized service center
Lap top was dead , mother board was replaced in warranty period
Lap was again dead , mother board was replaced again this time outside warranty period

Further I found that the adapter issued to me by HP authorized service center was of different specification. Which was the main cause of Lap top failure and mother board failure.

I posses all the receipts of service center(of all three problems).


Kindly look into the matter or instruct the concerned person to do the needful.

As my Lap top is dead for the negligence on the part of Engineers that they issued me adapter of different specification which is the cause of mother board failure.

HP — Non delivery of refill cylinder

Sir,
I am having HP gas connection with Gopal Hariwan Hubli my consumer No. is 618999. I have booked my refill on[protected] with waiting list No. 555 but till date the dealer is not in a position to supply one refill cylinder. What is the use of holding such gas connections when you dont get them when you require.

I regularly fill petrol at HP petrol pump at hinjewadi and last week i found that the petrol contains almost 60% of kerosene.

HP — not detecting

i had bought a HP 8 GB pendrive on 27 of may 2012.
but now it is not detecting in computer and laptop.
i hope u solve my problen as fast as u can.
My laptop's screen was flickering so I took it to the hp centre @ noida sector 27 (Intarvo). There they kept it for 5 days and told me that it wud cost 13, 000 to change the whole screen. I paid them Rs. 300 as service charge and took my laptop back. Then I took it to Nehru place, there the service engineer told me that only a wire needs to be changed and the screen is totally fine. I paid Rs. 1100 in total and got it fixed. This gave me a clear indication that HP doesn't bother how their third party service centres are fooling the customers.
