HP Compaq — Laptop unusable after less than 3 years of limited use

I purchased my Compaq CQ60 Laptop less than 3 year ago. I have had many problems with this laptop from day 1. Having never owned a laptop, I was not aware that this computer had many issues. 1) it has always gotten extremely hot. Therefore I am believing the fan is installed improperly. 2) it has blue screened several times in this past year and I have had a technician look at it more than once.
we removed all unnecessary programs, left it at almost bare bones. It is well cared for an certainly not overused or manhandled. It rarely leaves my home. I am a writer and special education advocate. I have an autistic son. I use the laptop to send and receive emails regarding help for my son, plus research programs for him. I also am involved and run online advocacy groups. It is a necessary item in the care of my child. Today, my laptop had a black screen. For no reason. it is also sluggish. I am NOT on gaming websites or any other than would cause excess viruses etc. I also screen reguarly. This computer is way too young to be crashing and not starting properly. I would very much like compaq to address this situation. Thank You

The day i bought the compaq presario laptop c4q3 often giving me trouble and operating system always fails and uninstalling automatically. so please i would like to get free service as soon as possible.
