I have purchased a HP DV-5 series Model number is TU-1104 on december 08. Then i have made a DD of rs 1499 to the favour of HP redemtion cell payable at delhi as per HP company's rules and regulations. And i have sent the DD with all required documents as HP Redemtion cell said.on 28th december
But, HP redemption cell have not sent me the phillips home theatere

More over when i called HP Redemption cell Delhi they have not answered properly.
In this i would like to consider my problem favorably and take this issue to HP Head office in abroad.

Good afternoon,I have been trying to get in touch with the customer care dept for the past few days now. This is in refernece to my order number 0GB[protected] pertaining to a Kodak camera 10.2 megapixel along with free gift vouchers for a holiday trip, a round trip air ticket and a diamond voucher. I was assured that i would recieve this within 10 working days by Swati Arora when i confirmed my orrder for the same. Its been a few days beyond that and I have not recieved the same. Am a little annoyed since my husband and I bought this as an anniversary gift for ourselves and were planning to use the dame for out holiday trip starting the day after diwali. The contact number 41502424 is esay to get through, however no one comes on the line. Would apprec an early response about the whereabouts of the same as I only have 2 days left for my trip to begin.

i have given my laptop case no.8333 to hp service centre near madhok complex on 8 august,2009.i was having some problem in charging and deposited my laptop to the service station but still there was no response from the service station despite of our countless visits to service station.everytime i visit them they keep on saying that we have filled the matter to the headquarters and they are looking into it.they everytime promise us that your matter will be resolved this monday but everytime the next monday comes the same story repeats.first of all they have lost the bill.this shows mere irresponsibility on the part of workers of hp.even then we have deposited the bill again but still there is no response till date.i hardly condemn the after sales services of hp and request you to look into the matter as early as possible and try to resolve itcompaq presario 301-tu — notebook damage

HP F 735 — IMPROPER SERVICES AND USE OF ABUSIVE LANGUAGE
I have purchased a HP printer all in one ( scanner, photocopier & printer ) from Geonet Computers Panel Branch Near HDFC Bank on 24th Sept 2009. During the purchase it was promised that the printer will be made operational within couple of days either by Panvel Branch or most likely by Kharghar Branch. After regular follow-up with the Dealer by my daughters both at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai out lets as well as Panvel Outlet of Geonet both the branches did not bothered neither attended the complaint. After that I had to intervene to make the Printer Operational. I had to raise the complaint to one of the Director Bimal Kumar Singh. However he intervened to solve the issue which was futile as the product ( Ink cassete) was dry. When I enquired with Mr Sanjiv and raised my voice for this abnormal delay and question their attitude to my surpise he started absusing in most filty abuse language.The Company should take drastic/severe action for this type of inhuman behaviour, the Dealership has no right to use abusive languague with any customer for a product of high value from a reputed company. Mr Bimal Singh has informed me that he is initiating action, however I would like to know what action has been taken, in absence of termination or atlest stop of increment will give Mr Sanjiv a lesson that he has no right to use abusive languague with any prospective and customer on Board.
