i yogesh kumar sharma declared that i have taken a new printer name Hp Deskject F4288 Date 3/10/2008 and this printer now showing the red light where we check our printer cartridges when the printer cartridges is already ful. and is not print any matter sir a am facing many problems and i think if a famous company like HP will provide these types of product then any body will not buy your company product i finally want to know that what is reason of this problems i want result quickly otherwise i will file a case in consumer court due to this problems because i am facing many problems like mentally and physically, thanking you sir,

I understand the trauma that you are going through, i would suggest before getting more panicky..do the following

Refer the printer manual..and try to solve the problem, if thats doesnt help..
Contact the dealer you purchsed the printer from, if thats doesnt help..
Call toll free number of Hp support [protected] from BSNL Phone, if thats doesnt help..

mail your concern at www.hp.com/support/india, if thats doesnt help..


and while you communicate with them, make sure that you act like a gentleman, you do not have to threaten anyone..

Going to the court should always be the last resort..

sir, I have brought F4288 all-in-one printer on September 20th the black ink in catridge has become empty, then i have refilled it, but there was a problem in getting print.Only half of the letter on top is gting printed and print comming for 2 or 3 pages.
PLZ suggest me the remedy for it...

i bought printer F4288 on 2nd of September 2009 and on 7th September i am facing a problem of empty Black cartdige. ok i will refill it but always my paper is stuking in the printer. why such kind of problem arises to a reputed company's product. please suggest.

I had purchased one HP computer from the HP dealer at Lucknow and also got registered in now or never offer through payment of Rs. 1000. Recently I received the printer from that offer and found that it is damaged. can you please send someone to my address.

I also went to HP service center at Lucknow and their report is enclosed. They say that it can be replaced from your company by contacting you again. Please do something so that the damaged printer can be changed asap. I am sorry that I could not contact you within 15 days as i was away from my home for a long time. This seems to be an ever never ending problem like Egg and Chicken solution. I am advised not to refill cartridges instead Bye new one costing Rs.750.for Black and Rs.950 for Colour.O.K fine I adhered but it cost a lot for the budgeted month.But my question is if others getting the same services with other printer with refilling cartridges then what the hell with this F4288 Hp model not accepting refilled cartridges? Yours etc.
