[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

Hp Additional Cylinder Complaint.

I trying to get additional cylinder for family use, i have submitted the application two months back. still destributer saying that the new cylinder destribution not ye t started. and it was informed while submitting the application that u wl get within 1 month & pay Rs. 1750. if i ask any staff in office they say u meet manager. manager always outside. since from two months i visited more than 25 times to the office still im not getting any reply.
can anyone suggest me what to do ? is really so much time required to provide additional cylinder?

I booked gas for home delivery on 06.10.08 but till today 11.10.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. Its shame thing that you say peoples to you will deliver Gas Cylender within 24 hrs. after day of booking. I think after 5 days also HP peoples 24 hrs. not yet completed.

I booked gas for home delivery on 24.09.08 but till today 13.10.00 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered and says that we are getting less supply from HP company . he takes about one month for delivery on sylender . therefore i am getting one gas sylender after 55 days.I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor IS SEN GAS AGENCY NASIR KA FATAK GHAZIABAD. also I resitered complaint with hp new deldi on phone [protected]. her talking way is very rude.

HP Gas — Delivery of Refill Gas Cylinder

Sir,

I do not know whether it is a practice of HP Gas to take booking of home delivery after 21 days from the date of previous delivery and arrange next delivery after 30 days from the date of previous delivery. Although this is their practice, but delivery of refilled gas cylinder is got delayed more than their assured delivery period. It is OK. How one person will survive without gas for cooking for more than 30 days or so. If there is any standard practice of HP Gas for delivery of refilled cylinders, please mail the same to me. My consumer code is 626242.

I booked gas for home delivery on 08.09.2008 but till today on 15.10.2008 not deliver. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I also Contact HP Customer Service and Talk to Mr. Bhagwan Shaye (Contact No[protected] of Service Center) but no response at this side I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening.

HP Gas — Non-delivery even after one month

My cosumer No is 630586 with Manrath Agency Domlur. I booked gas for home delivery on23.09.07 but till today 25.10.07, gas is not delivered. Whenever i make phone call to their representatives, The telephone is not picked up. I have their right telephone nos as 25352033, 25355515, 41152085, None of the phone is picked up after 12 hours continuous trying. Gas is not delivered yet. Their boys with cylinder pass through my area and deliver to non-subscribers on payment of additional 10 or 20 rupees. The delivery boys are corrupt, they take money from others and deliver cylinder, do not deliver to booked subsribers like me even after 25 days. I am frustrated, sad and blame the fate. I have two cyluinders, both are exhauseted. Registered complaint with 12665 on line, my no. today says that it is 142. Can you please please please help. If this complaint is known to Manrath he purposely does not deliver gas and delay without reason. Kindly see my fate and help. I will complain to police and minister next. with evidences. Or go to cousumer court. Pl dont force me to do that . I shall be grateful if you take action to deliver gas to my house by the agency within a reasonable time. Current situation is pure harrasment. You are requested to take necessary action please, please, please.

I booked gas cylinder on 30/09/2008(booking No.41175). But till date 15/10/08, I have not received the cylinder.

More over the Soham Gas Service at Thane is the worst of its kind giving always a reply "You will get gas cylinder in 15-days", and after expiry of 15-days they say "Another 3-4 days". We really are fed up with the service & HP-distributors

Also to mention all the Telephone Nos of the Agency : 25475154/8227/0638/3224/3225/3226 were out-of-service on 15/10/2008 and some of these are not even working for months.

This is really pathetic on part of poor service from HP-distributors.

I booked gas for home delivery on 8.09.07 he gave me on 24/09/08 after request. But in this month Ibooked gas on 13/10/08 and told him to deliver the gas as urgently but he told me that this will give after 15 days.
Why its occuring?

In privious month I booked gas for home delivery on24.08.08 Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. Then he deliverd the gas on 24/09/08. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening from the beginning(when it changed from Smruti gas to Lingaraj Gas).
In this month i booked a gas on 13/10/08 and told him to quick delivery, he said me that the gas will reach you after 15 days. Sir, i have single cylinder, told him for availing another cylinder but he says no more cylinder gives to you and his behaviour is not good with coustomer.

I am useing since Oct. 2004 HP gas that time i have given all dacuments, that time service was proper(oct 2004 to[protected]July 2006 to jun 2007) and (9july 2008 to till Date ) on this add.Distuber taken two times more dacuments but he told you re-submet all dacuments which Presentaly his delevery after one or two weeks . and delevery man wants extra money .
