[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

I booked gas for home delivery on 22-11-08 but till today 30-11-08 not deliver and I have only one Cylinder. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

After calling to my dealer PRIYA GAS AGENCY GARH ROAD HAPUR. he says that come & collect otherwise there is no gas available.MY customer Reg. No is 601927.
His attitude is very bad. i have also visited the dealer but no results.

With Reference to above that I have a hpcl gas connection of m/s K.S. ENTERPRISES Upkaar Shopping center MALVIA Nagar Jaipur Rajasthan
My gas consumer no 703563 from last four-five year this agency was situated in mansarover Jaipur Rajasthan But after 2-3 years this agency had shifted to malvia nagar which is 10 km from my house. The telephone no of gas agency is[protected]', [protected],[protected] This telephone number is always engaged every time this creates problems for booking the gas . always I had to go malviya nagar which is 10 km from my house to book the gas. But then also they don’t give any booking number to me, and their behavior is worse. I have much time complaint your local office and Rajasthan Government department rasad vibhag Jaipur but don’t take any action against gas agency. They don’t want to hear any thing against gas agency. I had made many telephone calls to your local Tel Bhawan Sahkar Marg Jaipur office personally meet relating officers.
I told them that this agency is selling gas in black but they said that India is a democratize country, every thin will happen in this country and he cont do anything about this Because of no satisfactory answer from Jaipur gas agency and your local office, I had to forcely make complaint to Jago grahak Jago helpline no[protected] after this only they send gas to my home.
Please transfer this gas agency connection from malvia nagar to Mansarover Jaipur with in 5 days. I hope you will take action against gas agency, not only me but all the consumer make complaint against this.

Hindustan Gas co. delear :- Aundh Gas Co. deler: Mrs. Kotbagi. Very serious gos reffling problem. They take 20 to 30 days for Gas cyl. Home delivery. It is very serious problem. We have to make so many calls on phone some time they do not attend calls uses very bad language. There area is very big i.e. area for 4 to 5 dealer is given for one Aundh Gas Co.

They spoil the name of HP Gas Co. So it is request to take serious action and give other good person the agency of HP.

H.P. gas cylinder delivery — non delivery in time specified by them

Dear sir,
On booking of gas cylinder they tale that 21 days are not over. Is there any rule that after receivng new cylinder of gas one should not book gas for 21 days?
I booked the gas after 21 days ie.on 22-11-08 they told me with in 4 days it will be delivered till to day i.e.1-12-08 it has not been delivered.
Last month we were having guest at our end so naturally consumption will be more so as soon as one cylinder exshausted i want to book for gas they told you shall have to wait for 21 days, Hence i booked the gas after 21 days but till now it has not been delivered why?

HP GAS EQYIPMENTS — DOCUMENTATION

Dear Sir,
My friend was residing with me for some period with your HP gas equipments alloted to him. After his job done hear he left this place giving all equipments along with the SV Note at our disposal to use the same.
Now he is no more in this World! His legal hair has consented and want that we keep the equipments and use the same. However the legal heir wants to change the documents in our name. I therefore request you to give the exact procedure step by step to get it done.

I am ur gas consumer in kashmir name of agency is "srinagar gas agency". When ever i book gas through this agency, i do not get gas under ur home delivery system. Therefore i am forced to purchase it in black. hence it is advisable to take seroius note of it and an appropariate action is needed to be taken against the same agency. In future if they repeat same thing then i am bound to take some legal action in the court of law.

HP Gas — Transfer

Sir,
I have shifted my house from Ballygunge (R S Sharma) to Kasba everything was fine at Ballygunj, but your Gariahat distributir Dhar & Co. is useless, everyday they are telling that the SERVER IS DOWN- (Surprised HP Server is Down for so many days) so I am unable to Transfer it, Moreover they work only during 11AM to 3PM. only- I don't know the working hour.

It is very difficult to take leave everyday to attend their office for transfer-Consumer No.611179.

HP Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylender in time

Dear Sir,
I have booked gas cylender for home delivery before 15 days, but till today i have not received the delivery of cylender, We are daily calling with our Gas Agency, their representative says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service from gas agency and it is regular & every time happening with me. They always avoid for door delivery though the distance of my residence is only 3km. Sometimes we got answer that cylender is in stock & you can come & collect the same. We have no manpower for door delivery. It will take 2-3 days for door delivery.

HP Gas _dealer — Undue delivery of HP gas Cylinder

I am consumer of HP gas and my consumer no. is614177. Mydistributor is M/s Nandhniee Gas agency, 41, ECR, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai- 600041.
I had booked acylinder on 06.12.2008. But till today i have not delivered with the cylinder.I had made numerous phone calls and the answer would be " we will deliver today". But at the end of the day they do not supply.
After much frustration, i had approched them in person and they answered in a inresponsible manner. Even they had told to approach any higher authoriteis and they dont bother.

iam a customer of hpcl from 1998 onwards . presently i am residing at type iv/13, new bsnl colony pocket d ganganagar meerut.my consumer no 601872.the connection provided to me by m/s raman gas service metro plaza meerut.on dated 02.12.08 my wife booked the number by telephone(after 21 days of the previously deliverd cylinder). on one week after booking when i enquired for delivery, i got the message that your no is not booked, when i told them that booking has already done on 02 dec.the person replied that o.k tomorrow your delivery(10 or 11dec)has been made, but after continuous conversation from 12decto 16dec(with continue phone at given no i.e 2527025, 2527335from my mob. from12:02 hr to 12:59 hr on 15 dec no body answered the phone)till today i.e16 dec at 11:30 hr delivery has not been made. kindly look in to the matter so that no further problems can take place in near future.
