[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

Dear Sir,
I booked gas for home delivery before 1 month but till today 11.11.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call or go to your office their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service with HP. My Gas Agency Hapur branch Ghaziabad.

My consumer no is 612094. Consumer's name : Biswajit Das. I have been trying to book a cylinder since 30 Oct 2008. Your telephone number 22274438, 1716 is busy and service not available respectively. I am compelled to bring food from hotel daily. This may continue for an indefinite period till the gas cylinder is delivered.



Please try to book the cylinder at the earliest for a relief to me and my family for which I shall remain ever grateful to you.

i have booked a gas cylender 20 day before and i have made calss but no one is picking the phones cylender not yet delevered.kindly do the needfull ASAP.

HP GAS (SAVITHA GAS AGENCIES) — Non delivery of Gas

Sir I am residing at Adambakkam Chennai 600 088. I have booked 15 days back so far delivery has been not done. Also this Savitha Gas Agencies given 3 land line telephone Nos.[protected], 22445656 &[protected] only one phone is working,
when we try, it is going on ringing nobody is ready to pick up the phone. This is not the first time every time I am facing the same problem kindly look in to it.Please make arrangement for delivery gas cylinder.

HP Gas — how much time its takes

Hi,

I have registered one domestic HP gas connection on Sep14th 08, when can i expect my gas delivery date.

HP Gas — not providing DBC

I ramawtar kedia residence of marwaripara, sambalpur, orissa: i am using hp domestic gas since 1970:
My consumer no is 611197; i had applied for DBC connection through Maa Tarini Gas Enterprises(G.M College road Sambalpur)since 4 months:
Till date there is no response from my Distributor

We moved from Mysore to Bangalore. We went to Manrath Enterprise with the transfer form to avail the gas connection.
I am sad to say that the state of affairs there is pathetic and attitude of personnel is awful. They made us wait for 1 hour when it just takes 10 minutes to finish our work. Also there were no other customers. No one bothered about us that we were just sitting for that long. It is pity that a renowned company like HP has this kind of Distributors who treat people in this disrespectful manner. I went to them twice and had to walk out both the time without having my gas connection. It was a disgusting experience

I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. There is endless list we can prepare on HP gas distributors, but can anyone take action on this.I am resident of bangalore and the distributors are selling the gas in black instead it to the customers.The gas delivery is never on time can anyone help us on this issue.If we go and ask any questions to the distributor they just speak in a wrong manner.

Kanishka HP Gas Distributor — not pick up the phone

I am facing the same problem - I am trying to book the gas for the last couple of days and they are not picking up any of the phones.

It appears to me that going there and shouting at them is the only option. It is really disturbing situation for us.

SAVITHA GAS AGENCIES — Poor service

In our location we always face problem of delay in delivery of cylinders, not only me but all people staying here are fade up with delay in cylinder delivery.they are not lifting the telephone also, after reaching there for booking of a cylinder dealer doesn't take our bookings for next 10 days. After next 10 days when we book our gas it normally takes 15 days or more to receive a gas. I don't think in metropolitan city like Chennai where there is very good infrastructure and transport facilities such problem should arise.

When calling to HP GAS helpline no. from there also not taking any action. Very poor service!
