Sir,
we had booked for supply of gas on 11.10.2008, but your agent (kondapuram kalathil gas agency, palipuram, palakkad) is not giving the gas till this date(21.10.2008). So i request you to kindly verify with the above agent. and also i heard that he is selling the domestic gas outside party for high rate. i request you to verify this also.

Description Dear Sir,

I have last delivery of refill on 5th Oct 2008. There after I have booked refills during the month of November & December but the agency has failed to deliver me the refills. Every time enquiring on phone, they answered that there is short supply of refills from the company. On my personal visit at agency and enquiring the records, I shocked to know that they have posted delivery of refill in my account in the month of November. Whereas I have never been delivered any refill cylinder after 5th October 2008.

It clearly seems that the gas agency is selling the refill cylinder in black market and minting money. On my protest, the owner of agency misbehaved and abused me. His version was, " do whatever you can. We are not afraid of anyone. We have spent & invested money to get this agency, why we would not mint money? Does Hindustan Petroleum suggest their dealers to mint money by selling refills in black?

You are hereby requested to look into the matter and take appropriate action in the interest of consumers. Otherwise consumer has to be forced to knock the door of law.

It is deeply regretted that no satisfactory action has been taken on my complaint. It seems that there are many more peoples who have hands in glove with the dealer who is selling gas in black market. The court of law ia lways a best option to treat these type of persons

Complaint is for Arun gas mangalore .I booked to refill gas on 15th Dec 08. Stiil, the gas has not been delivered (29/12/2008). Whats the rule?

I am T.Venkatachalam, 111, south st, bahour, Puducherry, I have booked gas on 1.12.08 they told to take delivery on 28.12.08, when I went to take delivery he given only for ten members remaining he get 500 rupees and giving the cylinder to every body and also the representative of hp gas agences in bahour, Puducherry did not opening the store he open weekly once, and also he given the cyclinder to the hotels by getting more money.The representative today given the cyliner those who are having the delivery date on 05.01.2008 by getting 500 rupees


he says to come me later . I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency No is 612292, agencies is Kumaran gas agencies, Puducherry.

So Kindly take necessary action against the Representative of Hp gas in Bahour, Puducherry.

Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking
I booked gas for home delivery on16.12.2008 but till today 01.01.2009 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. When I contacted again on 24.12.2008 then it was told that delivery was sent on 22.12.2008 and came back undelivered whereas My House was not lockced on that day as some always remains at my house. Then it was again booked on 24.12.2008 and persuid many times till date but all is vain. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. you are requested to look into the matter immediately so that long awaited delivery of Gas Cylinder can be made.The detail of My Gas Agency Distributor is as under:-

when I go to agency to book the cylinder they will not respond properly, I'm the comsumer of HP gas having consumer number with this agency,

Please do the enquiry and take necessary action against this gas agency.

Consumer face lot of problem with this agency.

I booked gas for home delivery on 24.12.08 but till today 11.01.09 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with this HP Dealer. HP Gas — Applied for a connection 5 months Back but have not got it yet.

I also have applied for a new HP gas connection on 02 August 2008...Till date i have not recieved any gas connection...The reason given is that not enough stationery and equipements provided to give the connection.

HP — Non delivery of Gas after booking for 17 days

I have booked for home delivery of HP gas, Con.No.660603, from the agency named Smruti gas, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa since[protected]. Till today dated[protected] they have not delivered the gas. After repeated enquiring, it is revealed that the delivery of gas would be late because the customer is asking for measurement of weight on delivery! If it is the case then when shall I get a cylinder of gas after booking for 17 days? Or shall I be get ready to receive the refil of gas cylinder having less weight than 14.2Kg if I would not ask for cheking for its weight? Kindly suggest me what shall I do or do the needful so that other customers like me would not suffer.

I M.shaikh residing at kurla is very upset with the hp gas branch kurla (w).my gas service agency name is LAXMI GAS SERVICE as they had fail deliver the cylinder on time.As my first booking is on 06.01.08, (15.45) booking no.53, second booking 13.01.09 (18.20) booking no.52, third booking 15.01.09 (6.00) booking no.68.till date there is no response from them and they continue to take the booking when it is already done.so i request you to do the needful and help us as we are facing a lot of problem. thanking you INANTICIPATION. I have only one Cylinder at home have booked for refill since last 3 days, after 3 months People from HP GAS Sec 14 are making Excuses and have npt delivered the same till date.

Today when i called they are still not in position to send at my place, rather asking me to come and collect next day.

Service of the dealer is gone down like anything, and HP is not issuing second cylinder for stop gap arrangement.
