i am resident of nagpur and want to make complaint against the dealer of hp gas, the name of the deaaler is jai hind gas agency.the dealer has three telephone connection on which we book our gas cylinder. but somehow the person seems to be sleeping all the time for there is no answer from other side after continuos bells. the behaviour of the dealer is rude .please help I booked HP Gas on[protected] for refill at M/s Pitambra Gas Agency, Sadar Bazar Jhansi but not received till today I contact 4 & 5 times on phone to Agency every time say next day send your cylender and sunday on dated[protected] I contact personally but no proper response given by the Agency. Please refill by Gas Cylender as early as possible.

I booked gas for home delivery on05/01/09 refill order no-140 and my consumer no is-606485, but till today 23/01/09 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call or go to there office, he says today evening or tomorrow must be delivered. I am very harrassed and sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP GAS here. My Gas Agency Distributor name is "M/S Priya Gas Sales and Services" and distributor code is 19642700.

Our cylinder Booking 10 jan 09 but not delivery cylinder. M/s Vijay Gas is not phone received & not responsibility in present person. I am Personally Three days visit in your agencies but present person daily commitment. Your agencies services are bed. Regularly.I am received one (1) cylinder but billing two (2) cylinders. We have request one (1) cylinder release this number 14592.

I have booked gas on 17.01.2009, but I feel sorry to inform you till today I have not received cylinder. We always facing problem in delay in delivery of cylinders, but here they are supplying HP Cylinders on black, when we need we are getting HP Cylinder on black basis after paying Rs.500/- . How it is possible, if there is shortage of cylinder for booking peoples, how we are getting on black basis. So you are requested to take earliest action & oblige

I am presently at Goa and the hp gas agent is not all intrested in giving service to any of its CUSTOMER, we have to personaly go and collect the gas from the godown. i simply do not understand when the agency has its own delivery tempo why are they lying to us that ther is no gas.
i think that the agent in goa is not able to work according to your companys name in the market, in fact the agent is not capable to work for hp gas.
please come over to goa check his gas office and his godown. there is no proper records and staff.
i am thinking to switch over to b p gas.

dear sir, i have booked my cylinder on[protected] and delivery is due after two days as they say. but they did not mention the date or register on the gas copy. i have yet not received my refilled cylinder. we pay full credit on home delivery i.e. Rs. 350/- but we never got it on our door. we have to go after to take the refilled cylinder. we request you to ensure the gas cylinder delivery at the right time at our door. secondly they book our cylinder after 22 days instead of giving delivery of first cylinder after 10-12 days. please take a quick action to my request. i have given my full particulars below ...

Please let us know the latest rules regarding booking of refilling of gas cylinder.
Laxmi gas services. — Laxmi gas services not on time and black markating
My cylinder service is twice in a month, I am always giving the request for cylinder on time.Inspite of this I am not getting cylinder within stipulated time, however I am always listening that they are providing cylinder to Hotels illegally and getting more money from them.
I used to call them 10 times for a single cylinder. Also they are not entertaining our request and giving false commitment.
Please do something for this kind of negligence.
HP Gas — Not delivered right time every time

My Consumer Number is 616772, This is to inform you that I am not getting my Cylinder timely, when I booked my Gas they are delivered that after after 8 or 10day.This month I have booked my Gas on 23/01/2009 but I have not getting the Gas till day. The Delivery man also desturbing all the people, when they are coming to door delivery they are demanding money too much and also they are selling the Gas Cylinder to other person or any other places.
So, this is request please take neccessary action as early as possible.
