[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

I have transferred my connection from maharastra to HP gas agency in gudur town, nellore district, A.P.state 3 months back.They given old regulator which is leaking.Till date they have not supplied new regulator to me. please do the needful.

Dear sir,
we have submited all document according to dealer.
because i was not taking services from dealer because dealer office replaceement.
at present more than 15 days have passed but dealer not responding.
at present he is not picking my phone & he is not present on office.
pl help me.

AT THE TIME OF ARAIVLE CYLYNDERS A BOOKING PERSON TRAVEL BY CAR & CONSUMERS ARE JOJING BEHIND A CAR, EVERY BODY FEEL LIKE BAGGERS. SIR THEY ARE TAKING 15RUPEES EXTRA PER CYLYNDER FOR TRAVEL EXPENSIS.

PLEASE DO SOMTHING FOR US.

I think distribution system of HP Gas is totally out of control. I ordered Gas Cylinder on 26th jan 2009 and till now i have not received it inspite of calling them atleast 15 times. My consumer number is 624427. Please if anybody is alive in HP administration, do something for god sake.

Sir you are requested to visit this agency once see how it is working.

I have left for my sons place for about 1.5 month, when I have returned, to my surprice, I have come to know that my HP gas connection(consumer id 606890) was deactivated.I have submitted my complaint to HP GAS and request to reactivate my connection to local gas agency, It has been 3 months but to no avial.nothing happened.I have again given on line complaint(no[protected]in the month of jan 1st week, nothing happened so far.I dont know whom to approach and whom to contact.I have become helpless.I requested local agency (hindupur branch, AP) to give the mobile no of Local sales officer, he is pretending ignorance.

Gopal Rao Enterprises / HP Gas Dealer — Delay in Delivery of Gas Cylinder

Delay in Receiving Gas Cylinder.

I am a consumer of HP Gas.

Gopal Rao Enterprises, I.S.Dasan, Hyderabad is the HP Dealer.

Last time I have receiverd refilled gas cylinder dt 19 Dec. 2008. I have booked for gas reffilling on 21st Jan. 2009. Even after 16 days of time period the refilled gas cylinder is not delivered. For the past 10 days we have to wait in the house for the receipt of the cylinder.

I had similar problem earlier and made similar complaints some months back. Please do needful.

the services by hp gas agencies is totally disappointing and not satisfying at all.the call operators talk very rudely and do not give proper attention.the operators even donot book the gas or give away the booked gas cylinder on personal visit also and use abusive langauage.

sir my mothers consumer number was 15342 at goldengas coimbatore it was transfered 2 rj gas agency at saibabacolony coimbatore that agency not providing gas supply telling that only for 1 rationcard 1 cylinder .we have have anthore connection from indaine that 2 on my fathers name we dont have any addition cylinders in that also .pls tell me regarding this

We are regularly taking delivery of gas cylinder by checking leakage through neckring, valve seat etc. many times we found minor lekage observed. But delivery man insisting to take delivery and we are also need of gas . hence we are forced to take leakage cylinders. My cosumer No. 610244.

IS 602406, I HAVE BOOKED THE GAS ON 2ND JANUARY 2009, BUT, I HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED THE SAME. I APPROACHED TO THE AGENCY ON 6TH FEBRUARY, THE PERSON SITTING ON THE COUNTER NOTED MY REMINDER AND ASSURED THE DELIVERY NEXT DAY, BUT, NOTHING SO FAR. ON MY REPEATED REQUEST THEY TOLD ME IF YOU NEED URGENTLY, GO TO OUR GODOWN ON NATIONAL HIGHWAY ABOUT 3 K.M. AWAY FROM THE CITY AND TAKE THE GAS, BUT, THE TIME IS BEFORE 6 A.M.(BEFORE 6.00 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY WHILE SUN IS SHINING AT 6.50 A.M.).

HP Gas — Delivery not even in 15 days after booking

Every time i book the Gas at HP gas agency in mira road, they say it will be delivered in 10 days and thereafter everyday they commit that it will be delivered tomorrow and that tommorow never comes unless u keep calling and reminding the

I think they even sale it to some other people becs it has happend to me that i have not been delivered for two month but in there system it was showing that it has been delivered.

I booked gas on29.01.2009 but till today 13.02.2009 not deliver. Whenever i go to agency to take delivery, he says tomorrow you must be take gascylender. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. I personaly go to agency to take delivery from last three days at 6 am to collect my delivery but, at 9.30 am manager says the truck of clenders not come and you take delivery next day. I am not the single person there is lot of peoples are suffering sane problem fronm last six months. My Gas Agency Distributor Name Is Majitha Gas Verka

Note :- They are taking full pament including home delivery charges but we take delivery our self there is no delivery man provided by agency.

HP Gas — black marketing

i live in small villege called as manmad near nasik, and we are facing big problem .There is one dealer who has the agency of hp gas in manmad he used to give 70% of the cylender to those who pay him 500 to 600 bugs for one cylender n those who are not able to pay him such big amount will get remaining 30% of the cylenders if we take them on our own . we have to wait in long queue from early morning, the office opens at 10 whereas we have to stand in the queue from 6 in the morning and even standaing in the queue for such long time dosent give any assuarance that today we will be getting a cylender or not.

HP Gas — Not able to get new connection pathetic service

I have asked for a gas booking with Omkar gas Thane ( Gorebunder Road)in the month of December for a new line connection nder the customer name : Jairaj Nair.However it seems that your dealers are so busy that they cant call us and give us a new connection.
The phone lines are always busy bcoz the phones are kept off the hook and the lady sitting in the shop could care least for a customer's problem.
Address the issue urgently to avooid further complaint to consumer courts.

i am staying at mira road, thana district. HP gas distributor is ekvira Gas service.
They are forcing us to buy a Stove with a new HPgas connection and saying that it is mandatary from HP.
but i think hp petrolium deals only in lpg's not stove.and the funniest thing is that your one distributer is saying price with stove is 4500, second 7500 third one 5700.
i also work with a company and i also know that what the customer mean for us.
I have all the required papers for a new connection.

My consumer number is 605554 with Maruthi Gas agency, Kasaragod.I have booked refilling online on 16.1.2009.Internet booking number is 103524.But I have not received the refilled HP Gas cyllinder yet. They are taking time for supplying the gas more than 50 or 55 days after the booking.Necessary action may be taken to prompt the supply.
