I booked gas for home delivery on12.02.09 but till today 19.02.09 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency...

Our Gas Agency code no 618090. We booked gas for home delivery 6 Days ago but till today not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. Every time we are facing the same problem from last many months . Every time with the new excuse, This time short of gas we will able to deliver after 15 days ... ..

HP Gas - Safty Precousion. — Gas was blocked due to not using regularly ,

I have taken connection in january 2008 but i dont book the gas upto December. Agency told me if 1 one year not using it will block by Safty precousions or March to March fainacilal year they will count. But it is not even 1year till now.
And i filled the application 1 month back Till i dont get any information.( in the starting he told charge will be 350/ -, i ask ask at him why i want to pay then he told that first we will come for enqiry if not present lighter, regulator- which they have given in the starting. ( all r with me only) when i ask him details he has given 1 ph . No. it has been not lifting by any one ( he told for equiry 40 rs charge.)

HP Gas — Non Delivery of Refill

My previous compalint number is 08020700.

This time again i have the same complaint. I have booked a refill on 29th January. They said it will take 15 days to delivers the same. But till now we haven't recieved the same.

I think everytime i need to submit a complaint once i book my refill because they never deliver the same on time.
This is really frustrating. If it is going to happen like this only then i have to change my vendor from HP to some other available.

ya really they are never responded our queries at allinfact by knowingly they are falsi statement like nobody was present in my address.though last 10days we are inside room.Most of the times they are not rregisterd our complaint also.not properly deliverd our product too.no calls received by them.taking morethan 5-6days of delivery

I am the consumer of HP Gas. My complaint regarding late home delivery of LPG Gas Cylinders.I am resident of rural area which name is Radaur Dist-Yamunanagar(Haryana). In my village only one gas agency named Prem Gas Agency of HP. I booked home delivery cylinders on 10/02/2009 but the dealer of HP Gas doesn't supply cylinder till date. When I talked to him about this then he said who r u to teach me rules of delivery of Gas.He said to me that he will supply the Gas after a month. He is also charging extra cost of non home delivery cylinders. He also sells many cylinders in black. He is giving lots of connection everyday at Rs.4000 which is the main reason of shortage.

So it's my humble request to u that u will definately attend my complain and take a punishable step about Gas Dealer.

HP Gas — Not issuing me new gas connection

Hi,

I want to buy new gas connection, There are two gas agencies near to my house, One is Indian(Vasant Kunj) and other is HP Gas(Sultan Pur). Indian gas person are saying they can't issue me new gas coneection since my house is quit far, they are saying take gas connection from HP gas, But HP gas (sultan pur) are saying they are in gas cylender shortage so they can't provide me new gas connetion, I am regularly talking to these person but no one is helping since last two month.

When i spoke to gas agent they are saying they can provide me gas cylinder in 1 hour in just Rs 2800/-

Please let me know how i can complaint for this and which authorty.

HP Gas — non avilability of gas

HP gas local dealer (hyderabad, santoshnagar) is not accepting second cylinder application onth epretext of non-availability, but the workers in dealers office are offering second cylinder at higher price unofficialy.
For single cylinder customers, i think, th eproblaem of shortage is exiting due to this parallel connection existing.

HP Gas — Inordinate delay in the supply

I am a customer of Ravi Prasad Agencies, Nacharam, Hyderabad. My Consumer No. is 610410. I have booked for a refill of the above gas on the 18th Feb., 2009 and I have been given the number with an assurance that the gas would be delivered after four days. However, till date the refill has not been delivered. When I reminded the persons in charge of the gas agency, they had advised that the gas has been billed on 19th Feb., 2009. When I informed them that the refill has not been delivered they promised delivery within a couple of days. Although nearly 10 days have lost there is no trace of delivery of gas. Now the agency is not lifting the phones either.

I solicit an immediate action.

I was asked to transfer the gas connection to LPG Workers Co-op. Credits Society Ltd. Rastapeth.
I booked the cylinder on 7th February 2009. As on date I have not received my refilled cylinder. The phone keeps on ringing or is kept off the hook. Every alternate day I have to go all the way to Rasta-peth stand in the queue and remind them off the delivery. My consumer number is 620484.
There are many people who are suffering with the similar problems. My Last delivery of cylinder was on 23rd December 2008. Please tell me what to do. Is there anyone who would listen to the plight.

In my area thats k.b d/shala sir this problem has arissed from last two months and the honours of gas agency are selling cylinders in black at high prices .i have also complain against them infood supply but they are also taking this matter very lightly .So plztake strick action against .And my cutomer no. is 513772

Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says Your cylinder will be deliver after 12.03.2009.
