I LIVED IN KASGANJ KANSHIRAMNAGAR UP MY HP GAS CONSUMER NO.648344 AND DEALAR NAME IS KASGANJ GAS COMPAYNY AND DEALAR CODE NO. 244568 THERE IS BIG PROBLEM TO BOOK GAS AFTER 21 DAYS AND FILLED CYLLENDER DELIVERED AFTER 25 DAYS AFTER BOOKING MEANS I RECIEVED FILLED CYLL. AFTER 46 DAYS PLEASE SOLVED MY PROBLEM

With reference to my Card Serial Number HPC 173222 issued in the name of Baljit Singh S/o S. Harbhajan Singh R/o Village -Nadhu Bhani, Post –Kumkalan District Ldhiana.

The Service Agency of above mentioned connection is Sahnewal Gas Service (Agency Code: 600280) Near Railway Crossing, VPO – Sahnewal, Ludhiana, Punjab.

As per record, every booking of gas cylinder has received after one month (on average) and the last booking on 16/02/2009 is still pending and during the follow-up said gas agency persons is not taking seriously and misbehave with us and not proper guiding to the customer how much time it will take to supply the same.

Thus, I request you to kindly instruct to aforesaid Service Agency for mentioned problems to maintain the smooth service & valuable relationship.

HP Gas — cylinder not delivered after 20 days

i have a gas conection on my wife named .my concumer number is 517277 and distributer code is 965510 amar gas service mohali.
i am facing very big problem from my HP GAS Distributor.Every time they delay to replace full cylinder. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.I book the gas in feb 09 and after 20 days our gas cylinder not deliverd to me . when i contect to amar gas phone number 2226618 and 50979395 on 4 march they said ur home is loked on 1 march . then i requesed that i was at home i dont know when ur suply camed. pls sent my gas .on phone compnys lady said tommorow ur gas come again .but gas deliverd to me . next day they said today come but no. gas deliverd to me till date . company person not give me the contect number of any senior or the owner. so many people face this type problums daily . please tell me what to do in this situation and solve my problum which i face every months.

Dear sir,
we have a poor service of HP gas in our town.
your service branch is named with "priya gas agency" in hapur distt ghaziabad up.
refil is soled mostlly to the blackist and the customers are not getting reffil only but also getting so many problume from the service.
Now the distributorship is given to some other person on contract basis they are not working properly.
they book the refill after the 30 days of the previous delivery and then they say that at list come after 4 or 5 days to get a refill delivery.
A customer has to himself go to the agency to get d delivery of the refill.we cn see o ong row during the booking time and then at the time of delivery.

Sir you are requested to visit this agency once see how it is working.

I have booked cylinder on 16 feb 09 but till now i don't recieved cylinder when i visit to distributors office there was no responce but they will shouted (Misbehaved) on us & said no cylinder was giving to you go any where

HP Gas — HP Gas connection.

I want a gas connection of HP but without a stove. I approached Balaji Gas Agency at Airoli Sec-16, Navimumbai.But I was told that to get a connection witout a stove they need some bribe . Is this the Legal procedure which HP company has prepared to get a connection? Cant a consumer demand only for a Cylinder without a stove? Is anyone bound to purchase a stove? Pls I need the replies to the above mentioned questions.Kindly mail me.

I booked gas over phone for home delivery on 24.02.2009 (Booking no 2830, Consumer No 615209) but till today 09.03.2009 GAS is not delivering. Since Last four days I do not have GAS in my House. I have DBC Connection, Both are empty. Last two days I am visiting to Jai Gas Services, CHANDA MARKET, BULAKI ADDA, Talkatora Road, Lucknow and I am not getting my Refill, Yesterday (08th March 2009), I Visited to JAI GAS SERVICE[protected] he says tomorrow you come at 07 AM in morning you will get the GAS. Today I Visited at 7 AM in Morning and I found that there was NO Gas at the JAI GAS SERVICE[protected].Person at the desk told me to come tomorrow (10.02.2009) at 6:00 AM in the morning. I have doubt that I will get my GAS tomorrow.
Now I Have some query or Complain for you: ---HP GAS and JAI GAS SERVICE[protected].
1) Is there really shortage of supply or there is malfunction in distribution at GAS at JAI GAS SERVICE[protected].
2) There is no computerized booking at JAI GAS SERVICE[protected]. Person at the desk notes the consumer no on register and gives us booking no based on manual process.
3) Is this a correct way to distribute Refill at 6:00 AM in the morning, where as the normal working Hrs starts from 08:00 AM in the morning?
4) If I want my refill I have the wait in queue for whole night in front of JAI GAS SERVICE[protected] along with other customs.


. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

Now it’s up to you how quick you are going to solve my problem that how a person can survive with his family including little children’s also without gas.

If I will face similar problem I will be forced to change or transferred my connection to other company.

Personal — Non Delivery/Supply of Defective Gas Refills-reg

Sir,
I am a Indane Gas Consumer and get Gas from Sri Balaji Gas Agency, Ambattur. My Customer No. 32290 and my address is 197, thulukanam st, ambattur, chennai. Following is my complaint to your goodself. I also submit that I could not find any Greivance Redressal.Unit of Indane Area office!

a. Generally, there is cooked-up nondelivery of Gas Refills. Earlier, they said that cylinders will be booked after 01 month of delivery and after booking used to take another 3 weeks for II delivery. As bookings will be unacknowledged, besides cooking up of all reasons for nondelivery, I used to book only by post under acknowledgement.
Now, since there is ease of delivery, I booked a cylinder on 28.2.09 by telephone (telephone will always be busy or unattended) after last delivery of 17.01.09. They falsely say that cylinder was returned on 07.03.09 due to nonavailability of persons (my mother was there whole day in house on 06, 07, 09, 10 and I was there whole day on 08Mar09; don't we have other jobs!? if we were to made to sit in the house whole day, then they should compensate us @ 500Rs/day due to loss of earnings).

b. Besides two times, defective cylinders with gas leaks were delivered. I don't know why this occurs as I have not seen ever in my life such things. (probably defective cylinders are due to adulterations/removal of gas but refilled with pressured air?) . These defects are dangerous since, in Ambattur area itself, one lady died due to gas leak. And who will compensate life?

I booked the LPG cylinder on Saturday 6-Feb-2009 with Laxmi Gas Agency, Vikash puri, New delhi.
Despite 3 reminders the same has not been delivered till date.

I request this to be expedited at the earliest.

lokemata enterprise of Rahara(Patulia) khardah is intentionelly delay the delivery of gas after booking, 1 cylender in our family last only 25 day and they say that they can book cylender after 7 day and delivery is to be made after 26 days,
my quistion is how can we deal with this problem, means where to complain or what to do we dont understand.

HP Gas — Price not yet reduced

Hello Sir,
I'm the consumer of HP Gas. My consumer # is 606489. The gas is being supplied by Manju Distributors in Bangalore ( address: No. 3, Sheshadri Road, Bangalore - 09). The price cut announced by the Govt twice Rs. 25 each time has not been passed on to the consumer in time. Though the First price cut of Rs. 25 was announced long time back, the distributor until last month was collecting Rs. 348.80 per cylinder. Now ths Distributor is still collecting Rs. 323.80 and has not passed on Rs. 25 cut in price by the Govt to the consumer. Request you to take some action so that the benefit is passed on to the consumer in time.
