[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

Dear Sir,

I am regular consumer of HP LPG at faridabad, Consumer Number 623206, SV No 1010582, dated 22/06/08.

Recently i have been shifted my residence at local same city. Requested for the transfer of consumer dealership for gas delivery to my new address.

Past address, House No - 2216, sector - 16, Faridabad Haryana.
Present address is House No - 2218, Sector - 9,

Already transfered from your agency of sector 16 M/S Sikka Enterprises and ref Code is CFNUYBYO, system generated code thru SMS and hard copy thru M/S Sikka Enterprises.

Now i went to M/S Sumit Enterprises Sector 7, Faridabad for the further execution of docets and issuing of new consumer booklet for gases in future.

But the representatives their was misbehaving with us giving harrasment to submit the address proof, and adament for purchase of assesories from their. saying that this must as per the policy of HP Gas,

Kindly let me know about your policy for the transfer case in local city and the required docket is to be submitted.

I have so many complaints about Gas Cylinder delivery boys. I know noboday has take an action against them because all are corrupted. But my only request is kindly look into this matter and be strict on this issue. Awaiting my gas cylinder my no is 606873 name - Suresh Balkrishna Parkar

But from 9.00am onwards they are continueously engaged and I am unble to contact. Kindly look into the matter and help me to book the gas.

Last Four days I am facing badly due to unavailing of LPG. I have only one Cylinder. I booked it on 113/04/09 till now no one came to my place for delivery. I am not getting any Service from the Badal Gas Agency. Kindly do needful.

Behavior of Rup Gas Agecy, HP Gas Sector 20 is no different. No elderly person can walk up the stairs to meet them. Their telephone is always busy/no reply.One has to continously try from two or three phones simultaneously with all the patience to be able to talk to them.Why cannot SMS or Online booking be resorted to.

I booked gas for home delivery on march 2009 but till today 16-04-09 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. On 13-04-09 I went to HP Dealer he prepared some document on computer and told me next day you will receive deliver. Today also I phone and I got same reply that tomorrow . HP Gas — HP Gas - loss of one empty cylinder

I am from Puen (India) . I have lost one empty HP Gas cyllinder. What's the process of regaining one new Gas cyllinder? I'm ready to pay the fine if any. HP Gas employees haven't answered my query satisfactorily. Please help.

Self has booked gas in BP Gas agency in Coimbatore.Booked on 07/04/09. Initially they told One week and now, For the last 5 days thy are telling you will get the cylinder Today. Like this 5 days has gone and we are waiting in the house from Morning to Evening, without going any where expecting the gas will come .

HP Gas — Non Delivery of New Gas Connection and Rude Behaviour

Sir,
I applied for new domestic gas cylinder connection in December 2008 at HP Gas supplier in Jharsuguda, Orissa. It was told by the representative that Stove is essential to take the connection and he also told that connection is not available but will be available within 1 month. After continuous follow up also I couldnot get any result till March 2009. From local sources it was confirmed that connections has been given to others those who applied after me. While asked the HP Gas representative named Sudarshan to show the register he behaved very rudely and said if you have to enquire this much then come with auditors. Thus refused to show the register. Moreover he also asked to write a letter to cancel the request. His rude behaviour had irritated in such a way that I cancel the request for connection. Please take neccessary action against the supplier.

I am Mohammad Rehan, residing in Karond, Bhopal (M.P.). I am a customer of Rupa Gas Agency, (Distrubutor code 960970) New Sindhi Colony, Bhopal, My Customer NO. 6211294, I had got HP gas connection almost years back, but still no provided. While booking the cylinder i asked for same at the time they assurance me that after 2-3 weeks you get additional cylinder but still yet to receive.

Whenever I ask, they will tell after 2-3 months. The same answer is given after that also, now the given number also not reachable... When we book a cylinder, it will be delivered after 13 or 14 days. Why it is pending... No control over it

HP Gas — Not delivered after booking

I have booked my LPG gas from Noble Traders, Rajaouri Garden. I was promised that it would be delivered after 3 days. Its now more than 10 days and the cylinder is not yet delivered. Noble traders are not bothered to pick the phone as well.

I am resident of Harkesh Nagar and want to make complaint against the dealer of bharat Gas in Govindpuri Kalkaji. the dealer has two telephone connection on which we book our gas cylinder. but somehow the person seems to be sleeping all the time for there is no answer from other side after continuos bells. the behaviour of the dealer is rude . I booked gas for home delivery on 15.04.2009 but till today 27.04.2009 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. Ask to you question on above subject the your agent should be sales a local sales purchase activity for his extra benefit and consumer loosed his money due to not worried by HPCL customer care representative.
