I booked cylendre for home delivery on 18-20 days ago but not deliver.to cylendre Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP Gas Agency...

HP Gas — rash and delay in gas supply

We would like to complain on Hp Gas of Shakthi Enterprises at Jayanagar where we have the problem contineously the supply is always delay and they do not provide in time We have to atleast call twice or three times for the supply. And also when I enquired same thing with my friends and sisters house also the supply is delay. Today they are wrongly giving the information that we have locked the doors while they came to my residence. we were very much there in the house not even 5secs we have locked the door. Even we had called the complaint cell 2 months back and got the feed back that the supply will be in time. The driver and Delivery boys coming and shouting at ladies at home this is not we expect from your esteem company. We cannot take any arrogant and rash reply from your employees . We want easy going from your side. This is request from me and all other customers also. Even the people at Telephone who takes the booking talk very rudely. If you want we can provide the addresses and consumer nos. who are facing this problem.
kindly take this for the consideration. and we want peaceful gas delivery from your side.

HP Gas — Forced sale of Gas Stove, Overcharging, No receipt issued

My consumer numbr is - 605695. I have a new connection now. However, I was compelled to buy Gas Stove & dealer was arrogant on the same. Documents were not issue on time. When issued, I have been a given a receipt for Rs 2600/- only whereas I have paid Rs.5300/- No recepit or document has been issued for the differential amount. When asked, dealer was very adamant & said "its a company policy".
Respective Sales RM didn't answer any call. His number was written on the board in the agency office. His name however, isn't mentioned but the number is [protected]. Tried this number many times, but no response at all...
Is this called a Customer Service which is given by a Gas agency?? Petroleum business is given a subsidy from the money which we pay as Taxes... A business which run out of our own money & we are the victim of ill practices of the same business by paying money on both the sides!!!
I booked gas for home delivery on near about one mth before but till today there is no deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 516190.

sir, before also i had complainted regarding the late delivery of gas cylinders & also about the irresponse feedback of the hp gas agency (Cookwell Agency in Vapi city of Gujarat State). This time the cookwell ppl had given us leakaged cylinder when m mama said that it is leakaged one pls change it, the agency person said that its ok u can use it & didn't changed the cylinder. When m mama started using the cylinder it started leaking more, i immediately complainted this matter to cookwell customer complaint, they came after an hour & did some changes in the cylinder ring & took charges of Rs.40/-. We paid it. But i want to know that it was the cookwell agencies mistake than y the hell we are compelled to paid money for it. As i said u that before also i had complained regarding the agency, the same matter was covered up by the local news channel (Vapi Today News Channel) but still there is no change in their begaviour. If this things goes than then the people of vapi will be compelled to take GSPC Gas Company (Gas Lines). People don't say that its cookwell agency mistake, they say that HP Gas People service is not proper. Many of our neighbours has removed cookwell & started reliance cylinder & some r planning to take gas lines.

Unfortunately i am the customer of your HP Gas (LPG), I have already booked a cylinder for refilling on 15/05/2009 & the same i am follow - up with your nearest service frenchise BS enterprises Jublee Hill (, There is one of your executive Mr. Srinivasa nither he respone & the same answer i am getting from after repeted follow-up "we will send next day " but till date no response, also they dont know how to speak customers he is talking very rudly.

I) If you are taking so much in on-line booking then why are ADD 24 hour online booking.
2) Teach your peoples how to talk customers .
3) How many days you take after booked the cylinder On Line.

HP Gas — Always delay in delivery

HP GAS - HSR Layout:

This branch is the worlds's worstest in service to the customers.
They never deliver in right time (Minimum 7 days), we need to call 20 times atleast to get the gas.
In last five years 40 out of 50 times i have gone there and took the gas. they will not deliver it.
Keeping the delay to the customers and selling the gas in high value and they will adjust in delay.
Please take proper action against these guys, they are tortering the customers like any thing.

Company sold lots of gallon petrol on the name of HP baisakhi dhamaka offer period 16/mar/2009 to 15/apr/2009.BUt company not declared any draw for this period.Whic they guarnted through coupons of fill petrol & get rewards.Company is the good example of fraud compnay.

HP Gas — No Cylender Has been Issued After New Booking Request

Hi,
Sir/Madam
My Parents lived in azamgarh. And i live in noida. i have applied for new connection for your HP gas.
in last year. but till now no cylender has been issued. for my parents. it is impossible to go to your booking center again and again. and as i tell you i live in noida so it is also not possible for me.
so please tell me any idea so that i can receive a cylender with in one month. i have all required document. and presently i am in U.P.(Azamgarh), for one month only for holydays.

so that i can give convenience for my parents.please do not neglect this complain. tell me right steps to resolve my problem. as soon as possible.

HP Gas — not received at time

I booking 29 April 2009 the distributer give on 27 May 2009.That means after 29 day how this is possible.
regarding to my bill not received, pls send to my mail id only.
