[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

gas cylinder — Cylinder Delivery not received after booking. Very bad service pl closed the agency.

I have booked the cylinder for delivery on dtd. 12th April, 2009.

Till date I didn't get the delivery from NIRMALA GAS AGENCY, RANIP, AHMEDABAD.

Before said above booking, previous delivery had made after 45days before booking date.

I am totaly disturbed & my routine life also.

NIRMALA GAS AGENCY supply of cylinder is very poor & bad & distributor will not entertained the customer if you visited his shop.

Kindly do the needuful asap.

on 4/6/2009 while changing my gas cylinder i noticed that there was leakage, i telephoned my gas agency dubros gas tel no 26163000 which is situited about 200 meters from my house thereafter on 5/6/2009 i telephoned them on numerous ocassions, i was told lies that person would be attending within 5 minutes, however as nobody attended i looked up the website of hindustan petroleum and found the emergency complaint no, of BK enterprises [protected], as there was no response i tried signing their online complaints service 'jihan' this service was not working.hindustan petroleum, its complaints center, emergency service, and dealer are a sick joke which is being played on the unsuspecting public, now i want to know whom to complaint to against all these nonfunctioning white elephants thrust on the public.

Guys Let me know is your given complaint are being solved, is the government taking any action on your complaint. i don't think so, if they are taking action then fine else don't write anything

HP — Non Delivery on Time

As per the booking it should have been delivered on 9th of June, 09.

10th June, 09 - they said they have delivery problem, this problem and that problem - did not deliver.
10th June, 09 - they agreed to keep a cylinder, for us to come and collect. By the time we arrange for someone to go collect, they've given it to someone else. They manage to tell us that we should have given them timeline as to when we can collect - How on earth am I suppose to know that I am suppose to give timelines.

worst - they do this each time for the last three times.

HSR Layout, Bangalore Agency is the one in the discussion. They are moving to the BDA complex in HSR in a day or two. God save us from this bureaucracy.

i booked gas for home delevery on 21.05.09 but till today it has not delivered.Whenever i call to their
representative, he says it will take another 15 to 20 days to deliver. Last cylender delivered to me on 31.03.2009. I am very sorry to say that the company like HP Gas is taking more then 45 days to deliver a gas cylender to the costumer. Please expidate the metter and take sutable action against the defaltor and arrange to deliver gas cylender as early as possable. The address of the distributer is as below.:-

we are fed of this problem that is existing from years now.even after booking on time not once but thrice 4-5 times on time they r not delivering gas my customer number is 605782 we are staying in ghatkopar west & camalane office is the place were we place the order.this is not only my complaint but other people in our locality r also suffering from same. we are said that i[censored] r in hurry u can bring cylinder on your own by paying directly to supplier.people r buying directly from them which is y our number is not coming & besides y would we take pain of placing an order in the office if we have to buy it directly. please do the needful really fast things are getting worst.

i am living in mumbai and the story is pretty much the same here as well. it's ridiculous that despite the SC verdict against the mandatory stove retailers are still forcing it down the cosumer's throat.

cylinder is not provided by shiva gas services, agra.
so we have to face the problems.

HP Gas — Lazy and Ruthless staff

We were at the HP Pump in Margaon named Kundey Service Station at 20:54 this evening, and requested our vehicle to be topped up with TurboJet.

The guy in office told us to speak to the attendant at the fuel pumping machine, and he pushed us back to the office. Ultimately, they tell us that the fuel station is closed, and they cannot fill in fuel. Right at that time, there was another vehicle, and the boy promptly filled in fuel for that vehicle. When I asked for fuel, they said that they can give me petrol, because they closed the pump for Turbojet.

We asked them for their timing, and they said it is closed and the do not have a need to display the timings. We asked for a complaint book - the boys kept laughing and refused giving the complaint book by saying that their office was closed and they cannot give it. I finished my dinner at the Cafe Coffee Day at the same pump, and they were still around in the office but refused to give me fuel!

Is that how HP treats their consumers? For me, fuel is an essential service, and you cannot have such irresponsible people manning essential services.I also work for a service industry, and would never let a customer get treated that way. I have been filling Turbojet in my vehicle for years, and generally this is the preferred fuel for my vehicle. I am touring Goa, and this is how customers are treated. Most of your pumps in Goa do not offer TurboJet - to my dismay.

This pump did not even display contacts of company Sales Manager - which is the norm for pumps. They refused to give contacts, when asked for the contacts.

How do we handle such situations? Why do you give franchises to people who do not deserve or do not service customers?

we booked 10 days back my cylinder to sri manjunatha enterprises, bangalore. after one week we telephoned to agency, they told your connection has been transfered to SLV ENTERPRISE, bangalore.
we telephoned to SLV also but they told we will deliver the cylinder towmarrow, but till today we are not received my cylinder. SRI MANJUNATHA not informed us in time that connection has been transfered to other agency. our old consumer no- 637093 now new no. 604217

HP Gas / LPG — Non Delivery of Gas Cylender

I booked gas for home delivery on25.05.09 but till today 24.06.09 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered and when asked for the reason he missbehaved and said he is not supposed to give the reasons.. After this i personally went to agency and found that all the booked cylinder were delivered before and after my booking except mine.The delivery person allways ask for extra money but i didnot entertain that request, also i complained the same to distributor but he had not taken any action.i think this may be the reason.I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. HP Gas — HP Gas Agency not willing to provide refill cylinder

We have been getting cylinder refills on the same gas connection which was bought from the same gas agency in our town. But my residential address on the connection book was for my village. Now the Dasya HP Gas Agency is refusing to give gas because theey want me to buy a new connection because according to them i cannot take gas from them because the address is for a different place regardless of the fact that for the last several years i had been getting gas from them

HP Gas — irregular service

i am a customer of hp gas service, but very sorry to inform you that here, in RISHRA(WEST BENGAL) the service provider is very irregular.most of the time the counter is found to be closed, if by any chance it is opened then also after12.30 o clock at the noon.it is then not possible to book a gas or to wait until then.
sir we are really jeopardized.please take some quick step.

I have booked a gas on 24/6/2009 and was told that it will be deliverd in a week but I did not receive till date.I get cylinder from M/S Ganga Enterprises, Delhi . I call up everyday and they told me that they have come thrice and the door is locked where as my wife is always at home. The delivery boy come to deliver at the building near my home but never at my place. This is becoming a regular feature and I simply have no idea what is going on. I am really very disappointed with the service.

I am also agree with that they make fool us. we are foolish people why we procure the petrol from them?
ask other friend circle that HP Petrolium cheat us middle class people. they cheat in the name of HP baisakhi dhamaka. the draw is still awaited.
