Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking.

I booked gas for home delivery on 4.8.2009 but till today 10.08.2009 not deliver. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regulary happening with H.P.. My Gas name Sahni Gas Agency, Delhi-110051 Telephone No. 22501615 and 22433585

My Consumer No. is - 605417 in favour of saroj devi, and HP Gas agency is situated in AMIT GAS AGENCY, 3, L-2, DDA Shopping Center, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019 for last 12-13 years.
I booked gas for on 03.08.09 but till 12.08.09 not delivered. When I called there, firstly there was no response and they told us that you have to buy a "Pipe(Nali)" of the gas then only the gas will be delivered to you. Then on 12th August, 2009 I called again to agency, there is Miss Anita who told me gas will deliver again after one week. I told her why then she is shouting on me. Miss anita dont have manners to talk with any customers. she is telling jo karna hai kar lo gas nahi aayegi. or itna chilla kar usne phone kaat diya..

I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type service and it is regular happening with HP.We have to buy sometimes the cylinder in "black" because they don't send the cylinders. One can think that how a family can survive without it.

If we ask the employees who bring the gas cylinder to measure the weight of the cylinder, then they refuse and say that it is in our rickshaw and we can't bring it. they refuse to take our complaints.

They should think that how a person can survive with his family including little children also without gas.

Mr. Vijay nai meri gas book ki thi. Maine 3-4 baar phone or kiya to mujhe Miss Anita jo vaha shayad employee hai ne ye kaha ki gas 2-3 din mai aa jayegi. par meri gas nahi aayi.
Or aaj maine dobara phone kiya tho Miss anita kahti hai aapki gas book hi nahi hai. maine booking no. maanga to phone anita nai kaat diya. maine phir dobara phone kiya or unse booking no maanga to unhone mujhe bahut ulta sidha kaha ki gas aa jayegi na, booking no lekar kya karogi, tumara dimag kharab hai kya, gas jab aayegi tab bhej denge etc. Mera kahne ka matlab hai ki unhone itna batmiji se baat ki kya bataun. Ek ladki hokar vo ehsa behave karti hai customer ke sath. Maine Propriter se baat karvane ke liye kaha to anita nai kaha ki propriter sabse baat karne ke liye nahi hai. hamse baat karo or phone kaat diya. Mujhe Propriter ka Phone number tak nahi diya. Aakhir kya ho gaya hai kya gas ki itni shortage hai ki ek customer ko 8 din gas nahi mil sakti. plz do something hamesha se aise hi ye log meri gas late bhejte hai. or aaj to batmiji ki had ho gayi isliye mai aapko mail kar raha hu. plz meri gas kal lagva dijiye mere ghar mai gas khatam ho gayi hai.

HP Gas — Non delivery of cylinder after booking

We have booked our gas with HP Gas Dealer Krishnan Gas Agency, BDA Shopping Complex, Vijaynagar, Bangalore on 08.08.09. Today is 13th and gas is still not delivered. Everyday whenever called they promise to supply in the next 1 hour but it never happens. We understand that our neighbiours who use HP gas are getting supplies within 1 day. I fail to understand why do I specially suffer in this case.

Dear sir,
My customer number is 622139, we get gas from MCD Enterprises (Dealer code : 957926), there is no proper supply of gas there is always delay in supplying and due to this i am facing problems.
Before this also i made a complaint but there was no use. Hope this time the issued is solved.
Please take strict action against the dealer so that there is no such problem for any of the customers in future.

HP Gas — Hindustan Petroleum petrol pump cheating

This incident occured when i went to fill petrol at the HP Petrol bunk at Brigade Road, Bangalore, 560025.

I told the attendant there that i need to fill fuel worth Rs 200. He filled fuel worth Rs 50 and then when i told him i wanted to fill fuel worth Rs 200 he said he will fill the rest. At this very time the guy from the other side told me to if i wanted the bill and when i looked around after telling him no the other guy had already started filling the fuel without letting me check if the fuel meter has been reset.

This is the second time this has happened to me at this very pump and my roommate too has told me this incident has happened to him multiple times at the Brigade road petrol pump.

I am holding double cylinders. Agency Danish Enterprises says they can supply only one cylinder for every 30 days, but they are not supplyling even one cylinder every 30 days. Everymonth they are troubling me too much. Kindly take action against the agencyand the employers of the agency are very rude to the customer. They are miss using some customers

HP Gas — Delivery charges

I am a customer of HP gas. Consumer number 637034. Every time during delivery, they are bargaining and increasing the delivery charges. Tips. I am unsatisfied with the HP delivery persons. They charge 5Rs at the start and now it is 15 Rs. It should be of customers choice, not of delivery persons...
Can i get the remedy next time!

I booked gas for home delivery on14.09.07 but till today 03.10.07 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. Too Much Late Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

I booked gas for home delivery on 13.07.09 but it delivered on 12.08.09 Exactly after a month . Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. MCD Enterprises HP Gas — Non delivery of Gas cylinder

Hi,
this is Y.V.Venkatesh complaining you for the second time that
MCD Eneterprises HP Gas are very poor in providing costumer service.
Your people never provide gas cylinders on time,
it's been 10 days since i' ve booked my gas n still i' ve not received
each day when i call they reply that it'll be delivered today.
I had complained the same problem last month but no response from your side
Hope you people will take some initiative in solving this problem permanently
or otherwise I' ve to go to your higher authorities.

This is to inform you about non delivery of gas since i' ve booked 10days ago
and each day when i call your representative tells that he'll deliver it today.
I' ve already complaint this last month in the complaint box and looks like even
you people aren't interested.
I'm really sorry to tell you that your's service is very poor
I' ve been facing this problem from past 2 yrs.

HP Gas — Refill supply of Domestic cyl not made after 18 days of booking

Dear Sir
I am a Consumer of HP Gas of Hindustan Petroleum Corpn. Ltd. with their agency M/s Kota Gas Company, Nayapura, Kota Rajastan. My consumer No. is 505682. I have booked for refill supply of Domestic cylender (14.2 kg) on[protected]. But till date[protected]. no supply made to me. I also remind the so called distributor several time for deliver the cylender but his answer is " We have a back log" and your booking number is in waiting". He also not clear the possible date of delivery.

His behavier to the consumer is not good.I request you kindly advise the company/distributor to deliver supply timely to delight the consumer

I was also a consumer of the aforsaid gas agency. his behavier to the consumer is not as required in this type of bussiness. Deley in supply is normal practice of this agency. the agency gives mostly cylenders from godown and not give rebate in home delivery commission. Action should be taken against such type of distributors.
