I booked cylendre for home delivery on 18-20 days ago but not deliver.to cylendre Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP Gas Agency...

i book my cylinder on date 19.8.2009 but agency did not deliever my cylinder please hear on my complaint .
Dear Sir,

I am not satisfied with our local agency of HP Gas. Because the agency holder is not deliver the gas after the booking. I booked gas for home delivery on dated – 19/08/2009 but the gas cylinder is still not received to me. Whenever I go to the agency, the sale representative is not giving us response. He always says that we are not able to give you home delivery, he says if you come here before 11.00 AM then we give you the cylinder else not.

I am facing this type of problem from many times and it is regularly happening with HP.
We hope that we’ll get the respective solution soon.

My name is Sunil Tiwari, Consumer of Sur Suman gas hp gas services, pooth kalan delhi-41.
This distributor always delay for delivery my gas cylinder. that way i m so much frustrated from the supply of this agency. They always delay upto 7 to 10 days for delivering the gas cylinder. And a delivery man called Vijay always asked 300/- rupees. If i protest for this he didn't delivered my gas cylinder. Kindly look at this matter to solve my problem.
plz take action against the delivery man (Vijay) who charged always 300/- for delivery a cylinder.

HP Gas — Additional Connection - Reg

Dear Sir,

I'm residing Hyderabad since 18 months. We are two (wife and husband) from 01.02.08 to 31.07.08 and later my parents were joined with me due bad health of them (both are senior citizens) and recently my wife delivered a child also, with this we were 5 numbers and having single cylinder. Due to this we were unable to manage with single cylinder. Further, I have applied for the additional during my tranfer to Hyderabad with M/s Sandeepthi Gas Agency - Hyderabad but so far I'm not received any positive reply from them.

Now, I request you to kindly provide additional cylinder.

Danish Gas Agency in Bangalore — Delay in delivery of Gas cylinder

Danish Gas Agency is consistently delaying the delivery of Gas cyclinders.
They promise 3 days but take around 15 days to deliver.
From Day 3 till 15 days, they need many follow ups.
Every time, they give some lame excuses.
We are fed up and want to change over to some other Gas Agency.
Let us know if HP Gas allows us to move to other Gas agents of HP within Bangalore.
Or they have to mend these Danish Gas Agency

I have a gas connection and the consumer no is 603124. I have tried calling Danish enterprices and booking. But everytime i call they never take booking.. And always want us to wait for 15 days. I have 2 cylinder and both are empty.. Can anyone take an action... Ramzan is going on and we wont like to have a cylinder at the earliest.

It is also true with other HP Gas agencies. Last 15 days we are tried calling Danish Gas Agency on Outer Ring Road near HBR Layout. There phones are busy all the time. When they pick up they do false promises. It was originally promised to deliver within 3 days now dragging for the last 15 days. Every time they have a different reasons and falst promises like the following examples:
"No Load", "will be delivered within next 3 hours", "delivery boy has already left", "on the way"...
We are sick and tired of this Gas Agency. All other Gas agencies in around Bangalore seem to be very prompt unlike Danish Gas Agency. Somebody from HP Gas should find out what is going on here.

I have informed him my problem that my wife and myself both are working in Defence and very difficult to take leave for this cause every time. My old mother with our very small children were alwayas atmy home but Our Area Agent is supplying the cylinder after 2 months(from the date of booking) but here they are supplying HP Cylinders on black, when we need we are getting HP Cylinder on black basis after paying Rs.500/- . How it is possible, if there is shortage of cylinder for booking peoples, how we are getting on black basis. So you are requested to take earliest action & oblige

I have personally gone and seen that they keep the receiver of the phone on the desk (due to which we get the message - this phone no. does not exist or get an engaged tone). I have fought with these people but of no use. Everytime same problem. I dont know how HP is tolerating with these type of agencies even after so many complaints on them. I am surprised to see somany compalints on the net on this agency. Infact I had called up HP also once and complained.
I hve booked my refill 15 days back and still not received it. everytime (whenever u get the line) they say they will send it today or tomorrow. but so far it has not come. sometimes they will erase the earlier booking and book it fresh when you ask why cylinder has not come. Next time when you call they will tell that you have booked 2 days back only and when you expalin they will tell that there is some computer problem.

Does anybody have a solution to this. Poor hapless office goers.

HP Gas — They keep the phones busy to wave off the customers

Respected Sir,

These days we are facing a lot of problems with your agencies. I have been trying to call up your agency IDEAL enterprises, Check post, Kormangala, Bangalore, to book the cylinder and i always get the line busy. The ramzan is on and we face a lot of difficulty to go straight to the boking office and book the cylinder. This is not the first we have been facing this since past three months. There are total of 5 phone number provided on the billing reciept but none of them work out. Please take some action try to resolve teg issue to the earliest before we take an extreme step of getting intouch with consumer court.

My self Sandip Kumar Bhagat resident of Munger, Bihar and I am ur customer, number is 601855 since 14.11.2000 under the dealer M/S.KHEMKA ENTERPRISES, I am sorry to say your agency persons are not upto mark. I had booked for LPG cylinder on29.07.2007 sr.no 7759 and sorry to say the cylinder was delivered to us on 27.08.2009 after making several personal request.
I shall be thankful if you people let me know the time for delivery and booking time after delivery. How a person can wait for booking & delivery time. Your dealer is doing is own style.
