HP GAS(AUNDH GAS COMPANY) — ignoring customer calls and making fool of them

I had been calling the two numbers given by the GAS distributor named AUNDH GAS COMPANY MODEL COLONY since 7 days the 1st of all both the numbers are always engage and whenever they pick up the receiver the put in aside and never talk.If this is the way they are going to treat the customer who will take services from such irresponsible people i want strict action taken against those employees working there.

Ya even i face the same problem they never recieve you have to call atleast 100 times to book a gas once.PATHETIC SERVICE

HP Gas — Gas delay

I Pushpa Neelima, booked gas on 17th Aug 09. It is on my fathers name A.Venkata Ramana with consumer no:556132.
Still the gas is not delivered. its almost one month now. i've been calling them daily. and they are talking like they really dont care. please take action as soon as possible and deliver the cylinder with in a quick time.

gas cylinder — Cylinder pin problem

We had three complaints on the gas cylinder pin in this year alone. When we call the repairman he comes and sets out the leak and goes off. Please take this as an urgent issue to tag each and every clinder which Indane gives out to its dealers. The computerized coded tag should contain the cylinder ID, exact pressure/ weight and code to which the cylinder is sent or given in the code. Each cylinder should be IDed and fed to a centralized computer. Thank you.

I booked gas for home delivery (through HP online gas booking)on 27/08/2009 but till today 30/08/2009 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow will be delivered. I m making call daily and I get same answer "next day you will receive Cylinder ". Today also I phone and I got reply due to online server complaint they haven’t got my booking number [225967]. If it is true how can I believe your HP ONLINE BOOKING?

HP Gas — non-adhere to the schedule

Sir,
My HP GAS consumer No.614472. I am purchasing HP GAS from M/S. DANISH GAS ENTERPRISES.
I have booked GAS Cylinder on 25-9-09, till now I have not received.
The Dealer takes minimum 10 days to supply the GAS after booking date. While booking they say GAS will be sent in four or a week, but they don't adhere to it. We have to remind them four or five times after the given time.
I am having 2 cylinders. Because of their attitude of supplying gas not in time. both GAS cylinders is empty. I am facing lot of problem since I am entirely depending on the GAS for cooking.
At the beginning I was getting the GAS from RAM Agencies, Rajajinagar. I never felt any problem. The supply was very prompt. After shifting my residence I am facing this problem. I am a retired person, aged 63 years.
May I get relief? Please.

HP Gas Company — Non availability of phone numbers and delay of gas

i am customer of Hp Gas Agency my gas agency is in lajpat nagar new delhi last time last month when i have booked the gas they assured me that they will send the cylinder with two three days as they have short of delevery boys but inspite of several reminders they have send me gas after 15 days again this time when i am booking the gas today i am continue giving them calls since from today morning they are not picking any phone the three phone number that i have are[protected], 29830615, 29878484 and our consumer number is 546285. Sir my grandfather is hospitalised from last twenty days and our house is full of guest and we have no other option you can understand our difficulty. Sir this time your interviation is required in this matter now .

HP Gas — Too much of delay in delivery in spite of close monitoring.

I had booked gas cylider on 26 Sept 2009 but until 3 Oct 2009 I havent got the delivery. Every time I enquire the status from the agency and delivery person, they say that they have not got the supply but I saw with my own eyes that he was selling to some other person in black. I am facing this problem from last three to four months every time I book the cylinder and there is a considerable delay in each delivery.
Other excuse they make when we talk to them face to face that the door was locked without the Door-Locked sticker on the door. The problem is more painfull since I have a single cylinder and it has been 2 years since I requested for an extra cylinder. I want you to take stringent action against the miscreants

I have been repeatedly facing the problem of nondelivery of gas saying that the house is locked but in fact, our house is not locked at all. This incident happened with me in the month of Sept 2009, I booked on Sept 01st and gas was not delivered yet after multiple calls with dealers. Currently also the same is repeated. I have booked in Sept 30th and I do not have a cylinder till date.

I think the authorities have to take some serious action with respect to this reluctant behaviours of the gas dealers.

We will be forced to enter the consumer court on failure of any reaction from the authorities with respect to this.

Hello I am Rahul Mudgal my gas no is 644956, namely Krishna Devi . when i booked my gas in Hp Gas agency i always got phone no not available and if by mistake they pick phone then they don't send gas. I had no any spare time to meet on that agency personally.

So, I request you to please improve your service and send gas cylinder on my home within two days.
