[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

I too have issues in getting cyclinder delivery. when ever I want to book the cylinder on phone, phone is either busy or no one picks up.
However some day when you are REALLY lucky, they will pick up the phone and assure you delievery in 7 days.. But it never happen. After 7 days.again i have to start follow up ... after 100 times try, if they picks up.. they give standard answer..you will get it today... but this today neven comes until you follow up atleast 4/5 times.

This is pathetic because just to get filled cylinder .. i have to waste lot of time and gets frustration.


My HP gas agency is:SWAMY ENTERPRISE (adhoc- SHANTI NAGAR, VIJAS NAGAR COLONY, HYDERABAD)

we have trying to book on phone gas refill since two weeks but there is no response from hp gas kamala enterprises i.e., they are not attending on this no.'s[protected],[protected]so i request you to kindly look into this matter my consumer no. is 609472

i have booked a gas on 19/12/09 and again booked 25/12/2009
reqest no-221850, 223789 . my consumer no- 700753 and was told that it will be deliverd in a week but I did not receive till date.I get cylinder from M/S nobal traders, rajouri garden new delhi, I call up everyday and they told me that they have come thrice and the door is locked where as my wife is always at home. The delivery boy come to deliver at the building near my home but n This is becoming a regular feature and I simply have no idea what is going on. I am really very disappointed with
the service.

I am a customer of Hp gas but I am very sorry to say that your agent swastik handmade is providing very poor services. sir due to winter and increase in consumption my sylinder ends in 20 days and my family is facing a lot of problem from last one week. But your agent refused to give sylinder on 5.01.2010 after 25 days from last delivery,even he refused from booking .I am asking him for bookin from last one week but he says that as per direction of company booking will be made after 30 days from last delivery and sylinder will be given after 12 days from booking .He says that supply is not coming from plant .Sir,when he is giving suply to a normal consumer from 40 to 45 days from last delivery ,then what he is doing with surplus suply . please make enquiry about it .Not only this the behaviour of the employees working in the agency is rediculious and disgusting.Please take some action against your agent to improve the services.

I have HP Gas Connection consumer number 613830, shadnagar branch mahabubnagar dist andhrapradesh. somany consumers facing a lot of problems in this zone . here this distributor doesn't supply door delivery. He will supply only for recommended candidate, VIP's remaining people are waiting at office counter early morning 7'O clock to take the tokens then at godown again we have to wait one more hour to take the cilinder. very bad response from this workers. they put one chart there and they mentioned that please dont bring your cilinders here we will supply cilinders to your home. but they won't follow the rules and regulations and they will put one complaint number there i.e [protected]. this phone number is not working. i want to raise a complaint on this distributor so i need phone number of higher authorities who is the higher official for this distributors i need phone numbers of them. revert me as soon as possible. HP Gas — Delay in LPG refill delivery

This refers to Hindistan Petroleum LPG distributor `Parnaam Gas Service, Sector 37 D Chandigarh' with distributor code 7.
The delivery of refill is awaited since 21 days. There is no response on the telephones and status of the delivery. The visit indicated to contact another distributor in sector 17, whose phones are always busy.
There has always been an apathetic attitude of the Parnaam Gas Service towards the customer.
Can HP look into the performance of the distributor and put in place some corrective actions.

HP Gas — My Gas Paper sell in black market

I Purchase tha gas Connection two years Ago. I pay all charges but he said to me that collect you paper
after some days but I can not recieve the paper till now. he sold my paper in black market.

HP Gas — Poor performance

I am a Veterinary Doctor posted at Hazaribag, Jharkhand.
Here HP Domestic LPG cylinder sold by local Shopkeepers after extracting 4 to 5 kg of gas, which they fill in small cylinders .
Agency is defunct and always telling lie about home delivery.

iam a custumer of hpcl in koilkuntla gas agencies which has under bethamcharla GOKULGAS AGENCIES. they are answering towards custermers very rashly mainly to ladies they not giving respect to them they are selling cylinders in block market.they are not delivering cylinders at correct time they delivering after two months all the koilkuntla(mandal) custemers facing problems please take the action for koilkuntla gas agency
