[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

i am manikandan from thanjavur district, this site s under the control of government r private becos complaint is important, it takes action quickly and solve the problem i never realise to find out from this site i[censored] find out the problem mean pls mention that and give me evidence otherwise its waste

Shiv Shiva Gas Service, Patiala Road, Patran, Distt. Patiala (Punjab) . I have booked gas on[protected] but I feel sorry to inform you till today I have not received cylinder. In our location, we always facing problem in delay in delivery of cylinders not only me all people staying here and fed up with delay in cylinder delivery. but here they are supplying HP Cylinders to mostly blacklist and sifarish peoples. The sifarish peoples are take cylinder without any problem at any time . but other people face several problems. when we ask something then the supplymen take rude behaviour . So you are requested to take earliest action & oblige

HP Gas — Inordinate delay in supply of refill

Dear Sir, I booked my refill on 29.12.2009. Till date it has not been supplied. The HP Gas site is not working. The area customer service cell telephone provided on the company's site, does not exists( Jind tel no [protected]). The dealer is not answering to my calls. Kindly suggest me the best possible solution to get the refill in time under present conditions.

I have booked a gas on 11/1/2009 and was told that it will be deliverd in a Two Days but I did not receive till date. when I call in Distributor office they told me u r gas has been allready deliverd...but i dont got my gas cylinder...

Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

I booked gas for home delivery 43 days back but till today 15.01.2010 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says it will be delivered today. Even, i made personel visit to them. they say it will be delivered today. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Consumer No. is 616522 with Devi Dayal Enterprises (Tel:27940639,[protected], Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi.
I have booked gas on 4th Jan 10 thru Anytime No.[protected], but till date I have not received cylinder. I have personally visited to Devidayal Enterprises 5 times since 4 jan10, but they just told me that they have not delivered the gas to consumer who booked on 1st jan 10 even.
Devi Dayal Enterprises never pick up their landline phones, On asking, They also told they will not pickup their landline No..

I booked gas for home delivery on dated 03.01.10 but till today 16.01.10 not delivered. Whenever I make phone call to their representative on dated 14.01.10, he says your gas are given to another person on dated:08.01.10 and he say tomorrow must be delivered.

hpcl gas cylinder is never supplied on time in gandhidham gujarat by m/s navneet gas agency.
Also the delivary person is asking for extra money . or otherwise delaying the service

With much disgust I would like to bring to your notice that Iam a consumer of HP GAS at Ambala City. My consumer No.506817.That I have booked for refilling of my gas on dt.31.12.09. After waiting up to 16th Jan 10. Repeatedly I am reminding the dealer to deliver the Gas. Every time the dealer is assuring me to deliver the gas next day and the next day is never coming. Till date I have not yet been received the delivery of gas for which I am suffering a lot and incurring monetary loses. Each and every time when I am booking for refilling of gas the dealer always advise me to come to the shop and take the gas and after much persuasion and five to six telephone calls every day the dealer deliver the gas after much delay. This time the lady sitting on the booking counter informed me that they have already issued the delivery slip and the gas will be deliver tomorrow. But When this morning my Mrs reminded to deliver the gas the lady sitting on the booking counter advise my wife to book the gas refilling afresh and subsequently she did not response to the phone calls. The persons who are sitting on the counter deals with us as if they are doing some mercy to the customers by selling gas. This is a regular experience for getting refilling of gas with them.With much hope and expectation I am putting my problem and if that will be sorted out definitely all the customers of that dealership will be benefited.
