I booked cylendre for home delivery on 18-20 days ago but not deliver.to cylendre Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP Gas Agency...

I have a Gas connection with HP GAS Consumer No. 800915 of M/s Anand Gas Agencies (Ph.No.[protected]
I have booked my Gas on DT: 20.11.09. Our Gas Booking No.229435.
I have call today on Gas booking phone no. [protected], but on this number given the reply that Gas already delivered. But we have not recd till date.

Please check & confirm the same.

Mera naam Manju Devi hai. Mera Gas Connection no-604740 (Vaishno Gas Service, Binoli Road Baraut, UP). Mera Pichle 1 Saal se is gas agency se pareshan hu. Maine bahut baar agency jakar gas complaint ki hai par meri gas kabhi bhi 25-30 din se pahle nahi aati. Ab to mai bahut dukhi ho chuki hu. Is mahine bhi maine 19/11/09 ko gas book karayi hai jiska booking no-4892 hai. Ye gas bhi abhi tak nahi aayi. Padosiyo se Udhar cylinder maang kar chala rahe the vo bhi khatam ho gaya. Padosi bhi apna cylinder maang raha hai. Par ye Vaishno gas wale kabhi bhi gas time par nahi bhejte. Aapse nivedun hai ki jald se jald koi action le or meri is problem ko solve karain.

I AM YOUR CUSTOMER FOR LPG AT MY RESIDENCE IN Moradabad, U.P.. . I HAVE A KID OF LESS THAN 5 YEARS AND 2 OF 6 AND 8 YEARS RESPECTIVELY WHO GO TO SCHOLL. THERE ARE ISSUES IN DELIVERY OF CYLINDER BY THE BRISTO GAS AGENCY LOCATED IN LAJPAT NAGAR,MORADABAD,U.P.. THEY SIMPLY DONT PICK UP THE PHONE OR THE PHONES ARE ENGAGED FOR LONG TIME. BUT THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT IN THE AVAILABILITY. ITS BEEN ALMOST MORE THAN 20 DAYS THAT AFTER GETTING A COMMITTMENT OF DELIVERY WITHIN 2 DAYS, WE ARE STILL CHASING THE AGENCY FOR DELIVERY. THEY HAVE A VERY CASUAL APPROACH AND EVERY TIME I CALL THEM, THEY SAY - YOU WILL GET IT TOMORROW. I AM HEARING THIS SINCE LAST 16 DAYS.
I HOPE EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS THE DIFFICULTY WHEN THERE IS A SMALL KID IN THE HOUSE, HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO MANAGE.
REQUEST YOUR GOODSELF TO KINDLY PUSH THE AGENCIES TO BE MORE RESPONSIBLE IN COMMITTMENTS AND NOT TO GIVE FALSE PROMISES WHERE THE CUSTOMER FEELS CHEATED FOR SOME REASON.

which includes stove+regulator+one cylinder+pipe. could you please let me know what is the exact cost for new gas connection. in internet i was the cost is about Rs.3050/-. i am confused now.

my complaint is ye log hamari 21 din me booking karte hai, or uske baad humko 1 month tak cylendar nahi mil pa raha hai. and ye log 600 hundred r.s me black me sale karte hai. isliye customer ka number nahi aa pata hai. or ye baat hum unko bolte hai to vo kahte ki jis se kah sako us se hamari complaint kar do.

I have a HPGAS connection with Consumer No 609932 under HG GAS DISTRIBUTOR, RMC COMPUOND, RAYAGADA, ORISSA. Today I have encountered a peculiar problem while booking for refill cylinder. They refused to book under the pretext of not purchasing GAS PIPE.I have told them recently I have purchased the same and I dont need it now.But they refused to budge.. This is simply nonsense on their part. Purchasing the a gas pipe is not an obligation on the part of consumer for booking for refill cylinder. This is really a unnecessary tussle between the consumer and the dealer which shouldnt exist at all. I understand that good gas pipe is necessary but that shouldnt be enforced on the customer. If consumer wants, he can go for purchase of the same. But in my case, I have told him that I have new one so you shouldnt insist me to purchase the same. So I would request you to pliz take necessary action at the earliest and book my refill cylinder ASAP.

I would like inform with you I am a single cylinder consumer near to 40 daysANANTHA GAS AGENCIES[protected] not supply my booked refilled cylinder for me. When I call to this distributor she is giving arrogant reply. Yesterday I was begging with this distributor representative but he not understand my problems. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with this distributor. You can hold a fair inquiry in this regard and take appropriate actions against this gas agency so that the credibility of your company can prevail. This agency is having very very poor service. As I am an INDIAN CITIZEN my fundamental and my civil rights where infringed and I had been defamed. As it was my duty to inform you. You please take some steps regarding the distributor. Otherwise I will be compelled to knock the door of the Court. Waiting for your response.

Mere gharpe home delivery nahi milte, dealer se bar bar phone per baat karke bhi kuch phayda nahi, Mera ghar Natepute gaon me hain Aaur Dealer Walchandnagar mein hai. Bar Bar phone karke bhi delivery dene gaon aate nahi, aur phone per kahte hai ki khud Cylinder lene aa jao. sir i want to know whether is it a rule that i cant book gas cylinder for 15 days after delivery of last cylinder...i hav 2 cylinders and was denied boking on the same ground..please reply..

I have booked the cylender on 19-11-09, but till today i.e. 05-12-09, I have not recieved the cylender, whenever I call the representaitives, they said today you will get your cylender, but everyday I couldnt get it. It was also happened last month, and when delivered, no authorised recieving slip and customer copy was given to us, only a rough page on which the booking date and delivery date were 19-10-09 to 24-10-09 mentioned but we got the cylender on 02-11-09. Sir this is very disgusting, as we are not getting the proper services. Kindly look after the matter and take necessary action.

Our service provider is SOHAM gas service. We have booked for a cylinder and that too I had personally gone for the booking taking an off from my office. The lady there had said that she shall deliver the cylinder the v.next day and today when called up not only was the lady rude, she just banged the receiver when we were in conversation.
This kind of a service is pathetic. She is asking us to get the cylinder in the morning prior to 9.30 so that we shall get the cylinder delivered there. Is this the kind of customer service you grant as on today.
Why do they delay so much...there are other gas agencies who deliver the v.next day.
What is their problem...Every month we face so much of problem from this service provider, when we go there they say something and when we call them over their phone, they give us some other kind of response.
It is getting bad to worse. Request you to sort the matter quickly and make ur service a pleasant service as the co is getting a bad name due to these service providers.
Our consumer no is 643189 and request you to assist in getting the delivery at the earliest as my wife is also unwell and can't travel to get the cylinder. Kindly sort the matter for us at the earliest.
