HP GAS Delivery — non delivery

this is to convey that i had booked my gas on 23.12.2009,but i have bot been delivered the gas up till today(18.1.2010).Officials keep delaying by saying that it would be delivered tomorrow or they say that its due to shortage of gas. Due to this we are facing lot of problems and it is now difficult to take out the household chores.
p.s- solve the problem as soon as possible.

This is brings to your kind notice and prompt attention that I have booked for home delivery of LPG cyllinder on 05.01.2010 but till the date they are unable to supply. As per statement of agency gas is not availavle.Secondly when I reach to the above agency for connection of 2nd Cyllinder they demand Rs.2200/- for additional bottle but issue receipt voucher onlr Rs.875/- plus refilling charge.
Irequest your goodself please take the suitable action in this regard otherwise you tell us that HP authirity is incapable to provide customer service properly which they display every where.

My self and My aged parents (only two members) having separate ration cards. They are residing in a village near Udumalpet and My self and spouse and 2 kids residing near Erode. I have my own Gas connection. Now I decided to get a new connection to my parents in favour of my father's name or mother's name. But gas agency replied that there is no provision to issue new connection to senior citizens who are attaining the age of 60 years. I don't know either it is in a legal procedure or their (gas agencies) own code.
Please let me know how to get the new connection for aged parents who are going to cross their retirement life.

MY PROBLEM is as below
the above connection is in my name. i transfered it from JAMMU (2008 CONNECTION) to MATHUTA UP, it got transfered on dated 16/07/2009. Whenever I booked cylinder by telephone but they never supply gas to me without going to agency 3-4 times even they took more than a month time after booking. i requested for additional cylinder and applied for it in Nov. 2009. they say that we cannot give additional cylinder untill six month old connection. is there such rule exit? later when six month passed they say another form is required but they donot tell name of form to me.

My complaint is that they not provide gas in time (even months) and donot give additional cylinder.
what should i do now??? Last time i booked cylinder on 13.12.2009 but yet to get cylinder today on 20.01.2010. Even more surprizingly HP gas cylinder is available in market local shop in Rs 600-700 in black for domastic use.

I am a HP Gas cosumer bearing the consumer no. 622196 registered with Devidayal enterprises, no-17, CSC-1, Pocket-15, Sector-E, Rohini, Delhi-85. I booked a refill on 6-1-2010. But till today I have not received the refill cylinder although sixteen days have passed since then. Now a days, the HP Gas agency has made it a reguler habit to deliver refill very late or to be precise, to deliver at their will. It is therefore requested that the refill cylinder should be deliverd within two to three days so that the consumers are not subjected to any inconveniences

I have booked a gas on 30.12.2009 and was told that it will be deliverd in a week but I did not receive till date.I get cylinder from M/S Sri dadu gas agency, pilibhit. I call up today. The delivery boy come to deliver at the building near my apartment on booking dtd. 07.01.2010 but my refill booking not deliver at my place. This is becoming a regular feature and I simply have no idea what is going on. I am senior citizen aged about 90 yrs. really very disappointed with the service.

This refers to Hindistan Petroleum LPG distributor `BHAGVATI GAS AGENCY, Rane nagar, Bombay -Agra Highway Nashik (maharashtra) & distributor code 1038.
The delivery of refill is awaited and not given after waiting of 21 days. My waiting no.is 8833 lodge on 15.01.2010 but till I have not getting refilled cylinder after 28 days. As and when I contact to distributor he always given false statement like that today or tomarrow you will getting refill and not given me the updated waiting list no.which were compited.
There has always been an apathetic attitude of the Bhagwati Gas Agency towards the customer.
Can HP look into the performance of the distributor and put in place some corrective actions.

We booked a cylinder on 31 Dec, it is not delivered yet. (However agency said to get it delivered by 14 Jan). I get my cylinder from SEN GAS SERVICE (distributor id[protected] Ghaziabad. When trying to phone them, it is continuously engaged or switched off.
My customer number is 600161.
When we complaint on the HP official site regarding this, they said that they have confirmend with the agency that gas has ben delivered.
This is a regular feature. I would really like you to visit the distributor and look in to the same.

HP Gas — Phone always busy

Dear all,

My consumer number is 529312, and the address is Heera Agencies, New Malakpet, Hyderabad-500036. and phone numbers of the gas agency are[protected] and[protected].

Although Malakpet branch has two numbers they are always busy. In fact the phones just appear busy but they are not. Once I tried the phone in the agency itself, but the phone were ringing busy tone, when I complain, they apologize and said next time they will not repeat this act.

Since last 4 years I am facing the same, I had to try for almost 3-4 days or visit their office to book the gas.

Please take the necessary action against this agency.
