Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking V.S.M. GAS AGENCY, BIJNOR-246701 WESTERN U.P.
I booked gas for home delivery on15.10.09 but till today 11.12.09 not deliver. Today, when i registering my complaint to agency the owner has kept my booked slip and do rebooking why?. Several times i make phone call/personaly to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas consumer no. is 3154

My connection no. is 686836 and i booked my gas on 30.11.09 and my booking no is 225883. I regular use of hp gas till date none cylinder delivered by your delivery boy. Please take necessary action against delivery boy. I also sent comment on 09.12.09

HP Gas — registration for new connection

When I tried to book for a new connection at the HP retail outlet at Kille Dharur Dist - Beed. I was told that over and above the charges for the cylinder, regulator and the tube I will have to pay and obtain a gas stove being sold by the retailer. Moreover They are forcefulle giving me 1 Kg of tea leaf packet.

HP Gas — Non delivery on time

Booked the gas on 21st Nov through phone at the Agency.Not recived the gas.
Booked the gas again on 5th through Auto booking.Still not recieved.
Reason given by the Agency that the booking (according to their Computer says) is already done on 21st and next can be done only a month later.
I have not recd the delivry.What guarantee there is that the delivery man has not sold to somebody else and reported as delivered to me.

Every time there is a delay of 10-15 days- reason given is that the Door was locked where as we hve 24hrs somebody at home! As a result the Agency has bought time and I end up with two empty Cylinders!
Also need to know Whether I am supposed to pay the Delivery man 20-30 Rs as Tip.as what he asks? Seeing HP advertisement I assumed I'm not supposed to, though I give off Rs 5/- extra just for leaving the cylinder at the Door and not bringing inside the house.
So is this harrasment due to non payment of the Tip?

The consumers are at the Agency's mercy as the Customer care Telephone never works.And I'm not sure if this Mail will have any Response.

I have applied for a second cylinder at malviya nagar with distributer code 7 named K.S Enterprises.
Its beem almost 6 months but i have not received the second cylinder till date. Persons who have applied later have received it. I am facing a lot of problems due to it. I request you to kindly look into the matter .

I have booked my gas on 08 th December of 2009. After lapsing 6 days i have asked the agency, they informed that no booking this consumer no.g. Eventhough i am contacting several times by phone to online No. but he told us about my first time status . My consumer No. 618881 .my booking No is -232436 Dt.[protected]

HP Gas — delivery not proper time also not deliver actual quantity

I am consumer HP GAS with his agency Tyagi Gas Agency TIN No [protected]. Every time when I booked my gas they are deliver atleast 15 days delayed also every time the delevery boy delivered not full cylinder

Adding to what Diya has mentioned, I too have been experiencing the same treatment by "Danish Gas Agency". They are totally unprofessional because they keep promising about the delivery date and time, but no one will ever turn up. The irony is, the delivery person turns up when no one is at home and 2 days before the agreed promised date of delivery. I strongly believe that HP should re-consider their tie-up with Danish Gas agency, revoke it and hand it over to better service providers... (I know they are non existent).

I registered my gas on 30.11.09 and my consumer no. is 686836, and Gas Holder Name Mrs. Phoolwati.
Till date i have no receive gas. My gas agency name is Emerson Gas Agency and it is situated at Kashmiri gate.
I also go to his office and register my complaint on 15.12.09 and she say your gas will be delivered on 15.12.09 but till date no delivered by his delivery boy. so it is most requested to you please take necessary action against gas agency and delivery boy. i also registered my complaint two times but no result came.

i this web site i saw the charges are 3050/-.one of my friend took connection by paying 4, 000/-.he him self went & pay the amount, on spot they give the stove only .than he went for godown taken the cilender.the people are not given the receipt to him.kindly guide & follow as per your instructions .d.code is 515650.they told there is no home delivery if we want i can take another one week & i went for a connection they told it i'll take ten more days .on spot they are not providing. that's the matter.thank u. have a great day.

HP Gas — Late delivery of domestic gas

I booked gas for home delivery on 07.12.09 but till to day 22.12.90 not delivered.On 19.12.09 when i phoned to the agent, their representatives said that my bill has been written and already delivered . but till date i have not received my cylinder. On inquiring in person on 22.12.09 they said that it will be delivered to day. Sir I think there is some Mal practice going on in the office violating the order of registration . Their response to the customer on phone and in person also dosent look nice .I am sorry to say we are facing lot of problem regarding this.

Panihati Gas Service(Dealer:-Tarak Saha):-I have booked for refill gas cylinder through online facility i.e. 1716 on 17-11-09 and replied "your booking has completed and no is 11" but gas cylinder not supplied till 17-12-09 and again made a phone to 1716 and booking accepted against booking no 8 but gas was not supplied as on 22-12-09.
On 22-12-09 physically met with the official of panihati gas office and they told "you have booked online! so you will book through this phone no[protected] which is busy in every time)" and again booked manually.
Till 23-12-09 I have not received any gas cylinder.Last gas supplied me on 22-10-09. Please solve my problem.

Respected Sir,
I had booked DBC as booking no.1719 on month of October. But still not yet receive DBC.I asked him and she/he told that for DBC deliver on November. But till date I have no DBC that’s why we suffer lot of problem.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
