Dear Sir,

I Mr.N.N.Raju bearing consumer ID 639723 at Gudur,Nellore district from Sai Gas Agency.
I am facing a regular problem with door delivery after booking the gas to collect the gas we had to wait on roads and beg the delivery boy for full cylinder. But they will be demanding price and giving the cylinder. We are employs and it will not be possible every time to collect. As you are taking delivery charges also pls. give your service.

Service at Gudur is worst which is no where in India, spoiling your company good name. Pls take necessary action and see that door delivery takes place.

HP Gas — Irresponsible behaviour

Hi,

I went to apply for a new gas connection from HP. The time was 11:45 AM and was asked to come the next day around same time. When asked to provide atleast the form to fill up, was asked to do the same the next day as well. When when the next day, was told that the concern person has went to the BSNL office and hence I need to come the next day. I insisted to get the work done and as a result the form was provided which I duly filled and provided the required doucments. Then was told to come by 6PM in the evening. I arrived around 5:30 PM. To my surprise again I was asked to come the next day by 11:30 AM. It was told to me that the concern person is again not there and hence I cannot be provided the gas connection even though I have provided the required documents.

I booked gas for home delivery on22.09.09 but till today 15.10.09 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 95763-0

HP Gas / LPG Connection — Connection has been transfered without request.

Dear sir,
I have taken LPG gas connection from HP, on dated 15.12.2006. Consumer No. 604046 and dealer code is 628190. My connection has been transfered from Allahabad to Jaunpur from my Dealer. I have not given any application for transferring the connection. All the document i.e. service voucher and domestic gas consumer card is available with me.
At present I am not getting LPG Gas filled cylinder. I am facing lot of problem for cooking food. My family is suffering alot. Kindly extend your help.

i have booked gas on 03.10.2009 but till today gas is not delivered, i make no. of call in diffferent times but always their represntative replied sir gas will be deliverd tomorrow, i m facing lots of problem in gas services,

I have booked for a cylinder 20 days ago on jhilmil colony agency. I personally visit two times, they reply me to deliver the cylinder next day. But till today we not recieved the cylinder. Secondly, We make a lot of calls daily but either the phones lying busy or if the line does free than no one can recieve it.I request you to take the hard action against this agency.

HP Gas — Delay in delivering the cylinder, delay in booking, From HP gas

Hello Sir/Madam,

My name is Ankushrao Ramchandra Gote. Residing At Wadala (E) Mumbai. We are facing problem in getting the HP GAS cylinder on time. Whenever we go to book the cylinder, they will act like entering something in their database, but actually They are not taking any interest to book the order for refilling the cylinder. As a result we are not getting the cylinder even after 2 weeks of booking. Only if we go twice, thrice, they will take booking. And, finally they will deliver the cylinder after waiting for 2-3 weeks. Also, the way they are responding to customers is not at all professional. By doing so , I suspect that their intention is of making some extra money by deliberately delaying the delivery, and then black marketing the cylinders. if so, it would certainly malign the brand name HP. In this regard I am giving one example that this month I had booked refilling order on 10/10/2009.on phone. But they only pretended to book the order. On 16th, 20th , 21st of October I enquired again but to no success. Only verbal promises were made to deliver the cylinder on each day. till date (22/10/2009 6.30pm) I haven’t received my delivery. Please take immediate action as many people are facing this issue here. I am providing my HP GAS account number and address of the agency:

HP Gas — Person didnot deliver the cylinder

My consumer no 619165,cylider booked on 12-10-09,booking no 13.person visited with cylinder on 22-10-09.cheated the available person in my absence ,showed his attidude and did not deliver the cylinder.also refuse to tell his name.the same person has delivered the cylider in previous time.he has delivered 3 kg less gas.also refused to weigh the cylinder.shabbir,E-201,dmrc qtr,shastripark,delhi-53, phone-[protected].

I am a costumer of your gas company. My consumer number is 611726 . My authorised distributer namely Shiv Shanti Gas Agency Dhanakwadi Pune.
This distributer is not suppling gas cylinder regularly . This is our five years experience . After enqiry on telephone and also personal visit to shop . He is not giving proper answer about supply of gas . Now, we are booked for gas cylinder on dated[protected] and booking number is 5161. Till a date, he is not suppling gas . There is no source to cook in my home .
Therefore, we are requesting you to help imidiate supply for gas and regular supply in future through distributer. Waiting for reply.

HP Gas — gas booked overphone 15 days back. the agency told that i have not booked for gas refill

i am having two cylinder connection.my consumer No. is 607780. the gas agency- Rejani gas DPI Jn Tvpm. when one cylinder is fully exhausted/used up i book for refilled cylinder. recently i used to avail the 24 hrs booking facility over my mob. No.[protected].. till now i had been receiving the refilled cylinder without much delay. hen i booked for a new cylinder it was informed from the automatic booking centre that the cylinders up to 15th of Sept is being distributed. Unfortunately i did not manage to write down the booking number. plese let me know what has actually happened.

HP Gas Hyderabad — Non delivery of refill

I have booked cyllender 20 days back on phone, and confirmed the booking by visiting the dealer office.



whenever I called the dealer he says that today he will deliver the reffil, but its not done till now.



I visited the your office twice in this due course and last on saturday 24th Oct and he promissed to deliver on same day.

Today I called he says he will deliver it on tomorrow (He always says that)

Gaytri Gas Services — Phone not working/not received by the rep.

i had a problem,when we will try to booking the on telephonic than rings on but representiv not attand the phone all the time.
please provide me solution.

I booked cooking Gas Cylinder with your Dealer Ramakrishna Enterprises Budge-Budge, Station Road
Dist- South 24 - Praganas(s), W.B. on 12.09.2009 vide booking No. 2985. Regret despite repeated reminders, the Gas Cylinder has not been delivered. I may inform that late delivery is a regular feature with your Agent who takes a minimum of 2 months to deliver cooking Gas Cylinder.

Request please take up the matter with your dealer and arrange immediately delivery. Please also let me know after booking, how long a dealer should take to deliver cooking Gas Cylinder.
