HP Gas — non delivery after repeated phones/phones engaged

dear sir my consumer no. is T 5497 inspite of repated phones and since last one month non delivery of gas , and repeated phones are engaged, pleases help...

I am completely agree with the statment. Even i have been facing the same problem from HP agency M/S Todankar (Parel, opp. Retail Shopping store)

The behavious is very rude of the two girls sitting on front desk, the behavious of supervisor is almost the same. I noticed those girls simply giving rude answers to poopr people who are coming with high hopes of their first connection Not only this they take time for delivery the cylinder and whenever call they confirmed that it will come today.

I highly upset with these front office girls and this would malign the Brand Name of HP

I suggest to take some action to have better customer satisfaction

I would take apportunity on this forum to express my anger.

and if no action takne then i would defenitely escate to HP managemnet

HP LPG (Domestic Gas Cylinder) — Supply of expiry date LPG filled domestic cylinder.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that, today i.e, 04/11/2009 we have received a filled LPG domestic cylinder from your (HP) company, Mondal Gas Agency, Bankura , WB. On receiving the cylinder we found out that on the side stems of the cylinder it is printed D-09. As per our knowledge the cylinder has already crossd its expiry date. In this regard, we have also approached the said agency for the replacement, but no action has been taken by them so far. Please take all necessary action in this regard at the earliest so solve this problem.

I booked (booking no. 176349) gas for home delivery on 13.10.09 by internet. But till today not deliver. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he did not receive the calls. I am facing this problem per 2 month. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is priya gas service 19656000.

lot of complaints are there regarding thoses lpg distributors.
i also faced problems .i am constantly asking my hp gas distributor regarding the double bottle connection from last 2 years, but they were saying that the new connection has not been started by the company . and now after 2 years on day 5the november 2009, they told me that the new dbc connection has started, come and collect. they charged me rs. 2500/- when asked about this, they told me that company is selling some household products with it and you have to take it. that is compulsory. but sir actual deposit of 1 cylinder is rs.1250.00 and refilled cylinder rs. 350.00 and some other administrative charges upto rs.200, it comes to around rs. 1800.00 approximately, then why to pay rs.2500.00. they should not force the consumer to purchase, if they don't need. as a consumer we don't have a right to protest against them . people of low and middle income group has to face financial problems . will they affor to pay rs. 1000/- approximately extra against some useless items. please let me know? tell me about where can be a complaint lodge against such distributors and what are the actions taken against our greivances.

My consumer nos:601933, He never deliver the gas cylinder on time. We need to take our cylinder by ourselves.He always saya that there is shortage of the gas.Often it use to be 20 days time gap between order placed nad delivery.
Kindly take severe action or I need to move to Consumer Court.

I have booked gas cylinder on 6th Oct but after 31 days your vender M/S Mohan Gas Services ,Garh Road ,MEERUT didt supply,this is regular practice of this guy & he always says "Complaint kar do" ya 'jo karna hai kar lo'', he also displayed a complaint no i.e [protected] ,but the owner of the said no is not related with the GAS company,means this no also fake..Request to pls solve this issue on high priority.

I am staying in Mohamed bunder village, Thiruvaiyaru taluk, Thanjavur district, Tamil nadu. Our gas distributor is MRK gas agency, Karugudi, Thiruvaiyaru. We have a gas connection in my mother's name. Few weeks before my mother died. And myself have seperate family card and my mothers name with my brother's family card. I would like to transfer the gas connection to my name from my mother's. What are the papers to be produced to get the transfer? We have the death certificate of my mother's and my brother have no problem to chage the connection to my name. I like your good reply aboyt this matter as soon as possible.

i want 2 buy a new gas connection. for that i have gone to hp gas agency in aurangabad. he told me that it will cost Rs.4500/- with stove. but i am already having a gas stove in good running condition of good brand. so i want new connecion without stove. but they refused.

then i online submitted my complaint, but no reply has yet come.

indane gas is having customer care phone service [protected], there i confirmed about this they are telling that taking stove is not mandatory.

main apni gas 03/11/2009 ko book karvayi thi but aaj tak 19/11/2009 tak gas delivered nahi hui. jab bhi phone kro apke phone ya to switch off hote hain ya fir milte nahi agar kabhi mil bhi jaye to aapki madam kahti hai ki kal delivered ho jayega. HP — incorrect delivery

I placed an order for a hp's 4gb super slim pendrive vide order no.[protected] dated 18th Nov.,3009 instead I received flash drive which is disgusting and incompatiable with my system replace with the correct product immediately.

I agree with the compain.as i m also facing the same problem.I want to add more point he has been very rude careless about the consumer
