[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

Iam the regular customer of hp gas.Iam booking the gas through phone booking.my gas agency code 2521354(sasi krishna gas agency manappullikavu)my consumer number is 601989.Now i got a problem for booking gas i have used our two land line number for booking the gas now we are disconneted the land line and useing the mobile number.but we have already registered the land number for gas booking so we can't booking the gas through mobile they asking the land number .we give the number they telling that there is no booking through this number it is the reason that we can't get gas.
Sir we have to change our number for gas booking these two number [protected]& [protected] for gas booking
kindly register our new number for mobile gas booking hope you are giving a good response to our problems

Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking
I booked gas for home delivery on 8.1.2010 but till today 27.1.2010 not deliver.whenever i make phone call to their are no respond, the phone always get engaged. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

I have booked my gas today consumer number 650786 but I was surprised when the computer records were saying that I had booked my cylinder on 12-01-10
I had booked my cylinder around 1-01-10 and I have also received a message from HP that your cylinder will be delivered soon. Still that message is in my mobile.Kindlly look into the matter.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the negligence and unfair dealing of the gas agent for delivery of the filled gas cylinder,
1. After booking for delivery of refilled gas cylinder, the agent takes at least 15-18 days for delivery. this is his regular practice.
2. On phone, asking regarding delivery of the gas, the agent office replies, " if you have an urgent need, take the gas cylinder from godown". It is very painful while staf[censored]tter crisis of gas due to supply in picnic.
3. At the time of delivery the agent delivery man takes Rs. 290 per refilled cylinder.
4. Generally there is a communication problem on the phone due to switch off.
5. Previously i received the filled gas cylinder on 02/12/09 and booking on 05/01/10, but received the same on 23rd Jan 2010.
6. While complaint regarding the monopoly of supply of gas to the concerning higher official, the proprietor threatens me for harassment.
This for your information and necessary action and oblige the consumer.

I am facing a lot of problem in my hpcl gas booking and the services which has to provided by gas vendor is much disgusting, i have booked my gas on 18 jan but i didn't get it till now (31 jan 2010), Ravi Gas Service asking for 750 Rs agaist each calender but it's a black marketing of Government services. Please take care about it, they are not providing any satisfactory services. they always sold most of the calender in black ( may be the worth of black is 600 Rs or 700 Rs or more than it ). It's my humble request to resolve our problem.

My consumer no. is 511143. I am costumer of Kasuli Gas Service (HP GAS)near Jaat dharamshala, Sirsa (HARYANA). I received last gas cylender on 10 January 2010. Now agency owner not booking and says that they book cylender after 4 to 5 days later. After booking, agency deliver the cylender 10 to 15 days. So, Pls. help me.

HP Gas — Over charging

Dear Sir,

I am HP gas consumer (Matunga Circle Branch). HP gas delivery boys don't give reciepts even after asking and take extra money from the consumers. Like cylinder costs Rs. 314/- and they charge Rs. 320/- or more. It is requested to the concerned authorities to look into and stop this loot at the earliest.

The company is harrassmenting me throngh not sending bill to me at due time. When I am asking for the same they do not resposing me. One more thing when we requesting them for converting my number in prepaid from postpaid then they are saying that your roaming will be off till one month.
