Mera naam Amit salwan hai. Mera Gas Connection no-500871 (majitha Gas Service unit II Verka[protected], Amritsar PB). Mera Pichle 1 Saal se is gas agency se pareshan hu. Maine bahut baar agency jakar gas complaint ki hai par meri gas kabhi bhi 35-40 din se pahle nahi aati. Ab to mai bahut dukhi ho chuka hu. Is mahine bhi maine 6/02/10 ko gas book karayi hai jiska booking no- 84 hai. Ye gas 19/02/2010 ko aayi gaya jo ki last cylinder[protected] ko mela tha
I would like inform with you I am a single cylinder consumer near to 40 days
Aapse nivedun hai ki jald se jald koi action le or meri is problem ko solve karain.

I booked gas for home delivery on 28.01.2010 but till today 01.02.2010 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 16143900

appka delar gas ko black me bechta hai agar phone lagao to busy batayega booking k bad bhi gas nahi deta hai krpya karke apna koi imandar sales officer bhej kar gupt roop se cheking karvaiye or nahi kisi ko home dilevery ki koi suvidha hai magar koi sunta nahi hai agar delar ke staff ko 500 rs do to tatkal gas mil jati hai . krapya karke janch karaye.

I have booked gas on phone delivery on dtd. 29.01.10 vide refill no.233162 but till today 08.02.10 the cylinder has not been delivered. Whenever I make a phone call to our gas agency which is GUJRAT GAS HOUSE, Kamla Nagar their phone is engagged alwayas, if once in a blue moon they get concted the representative says we can't say when will your cylinder delivered better you booked this thru telephone. I booked gas for home delivery on 19.01.2010 but till today 08.02.2010 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. Yes I am Agree .This is general complaint of this Agency .

I am the resident of Charbhuja, Rawat Bhata, District Chittorgarh. my booking no. 584 & 1259 dated 05.01.2010 & 07.01.2010 is still due for delivery. Regarding delivery I asked to Mr. Vijay Nima HP gas Official, He told many time tomarrow but tomarrow never come. His godown man Mr. Hari Krishan Mishra told me spend more + gas cyl charge (Total 500 Rs.I will sent immediately. We are the customer why we give more money to him. Request to check his home, how many connection he has and how many cylinder available in is home. Vijay Nima is also key man of HP gases. They both blacking cylinder, For blacking cylinders they are having big group of gundas gujars of NTC colony such name are Sawar Gujar, Mahavir Gujar. Please do need full action. This time they are mafia of cylinders. For confirmation you visit charbhu, rawat bhat how people are suffer of gas cylinder.

I am Customer of HP gas at lucknow .My Consumer no 610882. i booked my gas on 4-02-10 in vijay gas service which is located in aish bagh (NR D.A.V COLLEGE) at lucknow..whenever i ask for gas delievery nobody is respond there .till today there is no gas delievery (14 feb 2010). this is my mobile [protected]..
sir kindly, take an urgent action from your side and the instruct the dealer to supply the gas cylinder on priority bases.

HP Gas — Phone always engaged and delay in delivery

The HP Dealer in our area in Hyderabad - Ajit Enterprises, Mehdipatanam has very poor service. They have not given us a second cylinder while all other agencies issued a second cylinder at the time of booking for a new connection. It has been 5 years and we still do not have one. It takes us atleast 10 tries over a period of 3 days to get to their phone to make a booking. After the booking it takes about 2 weeks for delivery. Upon enquiring about other agencies, my friends and relatives say that they get their gas refills within 2 - 3 days. Why does this agency have trouble filling orders? I request the concerned department in HP to investigate.

I live at kasganj ( KASIRAM NAGAR) UP 207123, sir, i m facing a lot of problem because the gas cylinder are delivered so late, the real problem is that the gas cylibders' no. are taken 2 months later by the HP agency staff and after that the cylinder delivery takes 2 months more, so at the end i am getting the cylinder after 4 months.

Apart from this late delivery, the cylinders are sold in open maerket at about Rs.1000/- or more.

I kindly request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

I am a resident of Kasganj, U.P. Sir, i want to register a complaint about late delivery of gas cylinders. The fact is that Cylinder delivery takes more than 4 months time to reach at my home. Due to this, you can imagine what trouble it makes to me and my family. More than this the cylinders are sold openly in the market at Rs. 1000/-.

Sir, i kindly request you to consider the matter at your end and take some necessary steps against the HP agency staff of kasganj.

we have a poor service of hp gas in our town. your service branch is named is Manas gas agency in kanpur k block kidwai nagar distt kanpur.refil is soled mostly to the blackist and the customers are not getting refill
