[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

No one pickup the phone for booking my gas and whenever I call to No.1716 for booking, I am given my booking number but gas will not be delevered. So, again I have to book but this time I have to go to booking office.

We have booked the coupan dated20/02/2010 my booking numbar is 1287, consumar no.600881, consumar name Tara Prasad, consumar add., 284/3 b.p.c.kidwai nagar kanpur-208011.After 26 days we can`t get fill cylandar, so please get my complaint and taking necessary step to solve the problem.

I have booked gas on 10.10.2010, but I feel sorry to inform you till today I have not received cylinder. We always facing problem in delay in delivery of cylinders, but here they are supplying HP Cylinders on black, when we need we are getting HP Cylinder on black basis after paying Rs.500/- . How it is possible, if there is shortage of cylinder for booking peoples, how we are getting on black basis. So you are requested to take earliest action

hi i am mrugesh hatker i live in vapi gujarat dist valsad 396191 as if i am an consumer of HP gas in domestic cylinders as if the ajent of vapi in our side he charges extra Rs ten whict does not include in the bill and as we ask them why they do it . they tell that u r house is out of vapi and thus they charge us extra and if my uncle is an consumer of Bharat gas and thus he leave next to me and the dealer of Bharat gas does not charge extra thus how come one dealer in our are charxes extra and other charges us thus our dealer name is vapi gas company thus u take an action or i will complain the same in consumer foram regarding charging extra rs 10 (ten )

H P Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Bottle

I have one HP Gas connection 655538, agency name Ganga Enterprises situated at Navin Sahhara Delhi 110032. Every time we book a Gas Bottle the agency people dont deliver it for 15 days, & we need to re book the bottle once again. It might be the reason they use to sell the bottle out in market. Pathetic services we are getting from this service. Can some one take action on this agency or do we have right to change our gas service from HP to Indane.

Hi,

I think distribution system of HP Gas is totally out of control. I ordered Gas Cylinder on 30th jan 2010 and till now i have not received it inspite of calling them atleast 15 times. My consumer number is 1884136 and booking number is 64824 . Please if anybody is alive in HP administration, do something for god sake.

Today is 19 feb and there is no response from either our gas provider that is paschim gas agency shop number 27 A-5 DDA market paschim vihar new delhi-63 or from Hp headoffice.
This is not expected from such a big brand name.
in this era where customer service should be excellent.Hp is showing there incompetence.
Is there anybody in Hp who has some power to do something about it.

Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking from 1st Jan.2010 till today.

sir, my consumer gas no. is 200147 . I recevied last cylinder at 9th Jan.2010 and till today we have received no cylender and as they dont responde to any phone as always, we reminded three times by going at the service center, still we have not received any Cylender today.

I have been trying to get through to 12665, but it just keeps ringing and there is no response.I have tried Kiran Agency in Pune their telephones do no respond either. I have tried online booking but the e-mail to Kiran Agencies has come back undelivered. The Pune town shows only two adresses but in you list of Sub brokers Kiran Agency is shown. Can you advise me how I should contact them.

HP Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder on Home Address

Dear Sir,

I have many times approached the Agency- M/S Jagat Ram & Sons, Near Guest House, Talab Tilloo, Jammu(J&K) for the delivery of Gas Cylinder. Today (dated=19/02/2010) I again approached the agency for the delivery of Gas Cylinder at my Home Address. They refused to deliver the same and told me that my area is not in muncipality Limits.
This is for your Information that The same Agency is delivering the Gas Cyinders in my Adjoining/ Near by colonies. The same colonies are Just very -very close to my colony, Our Colonyand these colonis fall in Muncipality Limits. The distance from the Gas Ageny to our Home is Just 04 Km only.
Why they are refusing for the home delivery. It is very serious concern. We are facing the Problem. Please take neccessary action

HP Gas — non dilevery of cylinder

on 12th feb booked a gas cyl.refill through i.no.221240.After one week of waiting,i made complaint no[protected] at hp gas complaint.Today is 23 feb still i am waiting & helpless to buy in black.

HP — not proper distribution of cylinder by there distributors

hi i m living in sangli n i have to put complaint regarding distribution of gas cylinder. matter is firstly we have to book cylinder by calling them then they give it in 7 days here there but here that is in sangli our distributor is Kheradkar gas agency and he is delaying too much in distributing we have to call him 4-5 times to remind him. and news is dat he is giving cylinder in black ba taking extra money so creating false shortage of cylinder please do enquire in this regards thank you.
