[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

Last three month I am very dipreshed for gas supply after booking minimum Ten time Remind but dealer was not respond for supply of my gas reffiling. My gas Agecydealar adderess.. Khullar Enterprises State bak collonyPaschim puri new delhi -110063 tel no. [protected]

I am a customer of HP Gas, based at Sangam vihar. My consumer number is “700862”

I wish to express my strong dissatisfaction with HP’s dealer/distributor, “HP Gas Standard Store” 12, Defence Colony Market, Defence Colony, Delhi-24 pone no. 65652606 / Service Area Sangam Vihar (Contact Name – Mr. Dayal ([protected]) and lodge a complaint against them.

While this dealer promises delivery of gas cylinders within 10-15 days from the booking date, they never deliver cylinders before 25-30 days or more, counting from the date when the booking is made.

Often, nobody picks up the phone and we have to go to the dealership to book gas. And then, one has to visit the dealership repeatedly – at least 3-4 times – before they actually give the cylinder.

To cite the latest case, I made my last booking on the 30th Jan & 15th of Feb, 2010 (booking number is 260134) & Cash Memo No.[protected].02.2010) and the gas cylinder has not been delivered to this date, despite repeated reminders and visits to HP Gas Service Area Sangam Vihar. This causes a lot of inconvenience.

I will be grateful if someone at HP Gas can please look into the matter and take necessary action.

To be noted that Gas Agency/Dealer just 1 kms away from my home.

In fact I dont know to whom or where to complain/request to get a LPG cylinder.

Please help me with a positive response.

sir, i am facing a lots of problem for gas delivery, 10 time i am gasless as ur distributor has not delivered the gas after20 days. earlier i have made the sqame complain that ur booking procedure is totally wrong. ur distributors are too hash to their customers. but u have ignored the problems faced by customers. where should we go

HP Petrol Bunk Old Madras Raod — looting a huge % of fuel

I filled fuel on the 28th of Feb in the HP petrol bunk on the old Madras road near the Ulsoor bus stop. When I went there, one person asked me for the amount of fuel I need and at the same time another guy asked me about the mode of payment, by the time I gave him my credit card the other person had started filling fuel and the metre was running with Rs 115 on it (I had asked him to fill fuel for Rs 400), I was actually shocked cuz it had not taken that long for me to turn around.

When I asked him about it, he said the metre gets sets to 0 by default. Though I was not convinced I told him that he was supposed to confirm the zero reading and then start filling petrol, I didn't want to argue with him as I had no proof, so I left. Now I have used up all my fuel in a few days with some long rides and have found that he had started filling fuel with the metre set to Rs100. This is a blunder if someone can cheat as much as 25% of the total amount.

So please guys, I request you all to be careful and not use that petrol bunk unless in the case of emergency. This is not the first time it's happening but this was the first time I was able to confirm it as the quantity was a considerable amount. Those guys have a practice of diverting customers by asking them unwanted questions and always have more than one person at each counter.

I booked gas for home delivery on 02.02.10 but till today 03.03.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative number of times, but they said there is some distribution problem. It will take more time to deliver the cylinder. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. HP Gas — Late delivery of gas cylinder

Always late in delivery of the gas cylinder. On 17/02/2010 I have booked for refill my gas but till date (04/03/2010) no supply has been made from the local HP dealer ( M/S. Paul H.P.Gas Co. of " Paul Bhawan", 26, R.B.C. Road, DumDum, Kolata -700028).
How many (already 15days waiting time completed) days a consumer need to wait for so essential product.

Dear sir,
I have single cylinder.I booked gas for home delivery on 04/01/10(order no-230).Than call to representative after 25 days for my gas but he told me that "you again to be book gas" .Later again booked the gas on 08/02/10 (order no-530) but till day on 05/03/10 not deliver.whenever i make phone call to their representative, but no response. I am very sorry that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and its regular happening.

I booked gas for home delivery on18.02.2010 but till today 5.3.2010 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. HP Gas — still i did not get cylinder
