[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

i booked gas for home delivery on 10.03.10 but till today 22.03.10 not deliver. i am sorry to say we consume a gas cylinder for 3 months. 1 year = 4 cylinders. we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening wihh HP .

I, Aftab Ahmed (Sr.Citizen) consumer no. 604540, booked gas for home delivery on 08.03.10 but till today 28.03.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to dealer representative, he says that your number has not taken in my computer & a fresh number is required .On 26/03/10, a new number has booked. I am very sorry to say I are facing such problem every month. Last time same complain happened with me. According to me gas owner is doing such type of mischief knowingly. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 306480, Sadhbhavna HP gas Agency, Walmi phulwari sharif, Patna. I request you to take necessary action against the defaulter in this case (Why it is repeating every month) and issue strict order to supply the gas in time.

For my domestic gas connection there is a problem for system up dation, I have given a complaint to my local delar and he also given a complaint to hp office at visakhapatnam, three months passed there is no results, what to do.

I will book gas for home delivery but no one pick the phone every time we face this problem.

i have booked cylinder for home delivery since more than 25 days and till date(07/04/10)i have not received it.my consumer no is 800151 and distributor code is 626030.we are facing a lot of problems,whenever called-they always reply that you will get it next day but we have not received it yet.

i have booked the refill 30.03.10, booking no-450, cons. no-15719, name-sunil kr pathak, but the swarna gas agency, dtj(palamau)jharkhand is not providing home delivery even he is not giving rebate for non home delivery.the sells officer mr. p.c. jha.is not entertaining the case properly.
the another cons no-16605, name-ASHOK KR booking no-459, dated 31.03.10 is also not satified by the service as the agency refuse to deliver the cylinder even in 10 to 15 days after booking.such situation is last 4 years.
I therefore request you to take seriously.

Dear sir,
i sudhansu sekhar rout booked my LPG cylinder on 31.03.2010 on navodaya gas agency nidadavolu.west godavari- Dt.Andhra Pradesh Ph no-[protected].So far i have not got my gas.I have single cylinder so i am getting a lot of trouble for that.But these fellows putting me in a great trouble without understanding the problem.And playing with me by saying everyday that we are sending tomorrow.But god knows when their tomorrow will come.It is also not first time.Last year also they provide me after one month of booking.It is nothing but they are spoiling the name of HP Gas service.Such a poor kind of service i never seen in my previous agency with the same HP Gas.So my kind request to look in to the matter and help me to get my gas within time.

but their is no action taken against the agency .plz. take immediate action taken
against the agency otherwise we go to the consumer forum under the consumer protection act 1986.

HP Gas — Not A good Services

I faced a very big problem, I am Booked by Gass 25th March and revert message your gass will be deliverd soon and 3rd april i am received one message that your vide cash memo no.323 and ur gass will be deliverd today
but when gass will not deliverd at my home i am again booked by gass 8th april refill booking no-280973 and when i am call to agency they ur gass will be deliverd today. i am again call when for query not pick up the phone. I am Faced very big problem anybody not action this query so pleas revert this question why are facing this problem,
