[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

I booked gas for home delivery on 27.2.10 but till today 9.3.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 14556100

HP Gas — They compal to buy another

Dear sir Today Iam go to the Kumaran gas company located at K.Pudur Madurai district Tamilnadu. for DBC they compel me our company( HP ) says buy a pigeon product worth Rs 1000 are above. I told him i did not need it but they told if you have purchase this product than we will give the DBC or otherwise you will wait for a long period for this connection.in that situation i was cornered. already iam waiting for three years.The cylinder rate is 1250 and the additional product (cooker) is 1170 finally they added Rs 30 for document charges. they got sign me a letter which is they don't compel me (what a comedy) . what does the HP gas department help me to refund my money. iam serious to say this if you don't solve this problem otherwise iam considered to ask the consumer court .

I have booked a gas on 07/02/2010 booking ref no:35324 gas no:635846 and was told that it will be deliverd in a week but I did not receive till date.I get cylinder from M/S T.T.TRADERS, TIRUPATI, CHITOOR DIST, A.P I call up everyday but they tell us will delever tomarow .still i m not geting cylinder .I am really very disappointed with the service.

I booked my HP Gas on 2/3/10 but not recd. till date 10-3-10 my connection no:

Sir,
The company connection will allowed after 2 months aiswariya agency will given the gas connection and agency for asking 6000 rupees for per gas connection, me didnot given 6000 rupee so the agency will not giving refill gas, me directly given to the complaint to the agency, but agency not receiving the complaint, my mobile receiving re fill conformations details, that agency will misusing 4 times in my refill gas coneection.so kindly take an immediate actions.

I booked gas for home delivery 23 days back on 17-02-10 but till today 11.03.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says it will be delivered today. Even,i made personel visit to them. they say it will be delivered today. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. HP Gas,Bharat Gas,Vidyanagar Pune — New Connection of LPG

I am looking for new LPG Gas connection so I went to Bharat Gas & HP Gas dealer but they said they don't have new connection now.HP Kekan Agencies said no new connection till next 3 year & Bharat Gas Maruti Agencies don't tell anything...........very wrost service.

I booked the LPG cylinder on Tuesday 16-February-2010 with Moti Gas Service, Infront of Ramdarbar, G.T. Road, Etah-207001(U.P.).
I am also complain in date Tuesday 9-March, 2010 but gas cylinder has not been delivered till date.

I request this to be expedited at the earliest.

This complaint is regarding the non-delivery of cylinder after booking.I have booked gas on 19/02/2010 and today is 12/03/2010 and still i am waiting. they even don't pick the phone whenever i called to their representative. whenever i went there, they assured me to deliver gas within 1-2 days. this has happened many times with me.Now you tell me ...what should i do??...

I am from New Delhi regtd with M/s Amit Gas Agency, Alaknanda(Tel. No.[protected]. My consumer no. is 615457. I had booked for refilling of gas cylinder around 20 days before with the centralised booking at mob. no. [protected]. Thereafter, repeatedly after about 10 days I was contacting my gas agency and they were reply that the supply will be made just today. These were the replies on 11th, 12th, 13th March, 2010 and even today when I contacted the agency the same reply was given to me. It is unfortunate that the consumer is unable to talk in the helpline. He only has to feed the various inf. Then everything is on the mercy of the centralised booking or the agency. Please let me know for the undue delay and who are responsible for the same.

I booked gas for home delivery on 23th feb. 2010 on phone. A asked about booking number but i wasn`t given and neither cylinder was reached upto 15 march 2010.i call them everyday but they said gas delivery today. but i donot receive it.
