[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

I booked a gas for home delivery on 10.03.10 but till today 13.04.10 not deliver. Whenever I make phone call to their person, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

After three month of purchasing a laptop its battery stop charging.I went to the dealer but instead of solving my problem they directed me to Service center of hp i.e RT OUTSOURCING, i went there they keep my laptop for 1 day (5/4/2010-6/4/2010) and returned back. without solving my problem...
then i call a person named as HARISH who is a manager he also didn't solve my problem and extend the date that your problem was solved on this date but now on 17/4/2010 he gave me the number that is [protected] and tell me that you talk on this number and get information from them .
i call a person attending me named as tarun who gave me the number of a person named as MR.SANTOKH SINGH his number was [protected] and ask him for my quries. on monday.
as i m a student so it is difficult for me to use my laptop.

I am finding my self helpless.Please look in to matter personally and help me.

I booked gas for home delivery on 9th april 2010, but did not receive till today. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, they says it will be delivered today. Even, i made personel visit to them. they say it will be delivered today. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. I think distribution system of Hp Gas is totally out of control. I Booked a gas on 10.03.2010 and till today 19.04.2010 I have not received it inspite of calling them atleast 10 times and also complain your cell atleast 2 times. But no action found. Kindly Please Check it immediately

HP Gas — Non-delivery

I booked gas cylinder for home delivery on12th April 2010 and this request was recorded in the respective dealer's system. My consumer number is 852492. But gas cylinder was not delivered so far. Whenever I make a phone call to their representative, he/she says that it will be delivered on tomorrow. But they do not deliver on next day. Again I have to make a call to them and same story repeats again. I am unable to go out of my home for any personal works in order not to miss the delivery. This issue has been existing with the dealer from the past one year. I thought that dealer would correct his issue, butit didn't happen. I doubt on dealer whether the dealer is selling the gas cylinders in the black market.

Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he says today delivered. 18 days of delivered. not I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening.
