HP Gas — not booking of gas & extra charges

this complain is regarding the agency of hp gas naming pragati flames which is in civil lines, according to him u cannot book your gas within 21 days of previous booking & also u will not receive your gas after 15 days of booking, so in total after 36 days you will receive your gas & along with this he is also charging rs. 5 extra per cylinder as compare to other agency with all this his behaviour is also pathetic towards the customers.so it is my humble request to look into the matter as this is a very small city & many of the people are also not aware of this procedure so please look into the matter as this is the story of every month & we all are fedup of this.

I booked gas for home delivery on 02.06.2010 but till today 17.06.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call no respons from their end and always busy and they are not picking the phone. Doshi Brothers / HP Gas — Gas Cylinder even if it was booked 1 month before

this is the 4th time the supply has been done on time its been on time even when we have booked legally on telephone but the gas supplies in black to the hotels nearby by the supplies Doshi brothers, this illegal thing is part of their daily routine so what is the use of having these suppliers when they are of no use, PLZ take some legal action this suppliers untill things get vry ugly in these areas

Domestic Supply Of HP Gas — Transfer of service from one distributor to another without intimation

Dear Sir,
I am K. Krishna Murty, with mail ID as- [protected]@rediffmail.com. I have a domestic gast supply with consumer no-M-020539. It was with Samatha shiva Shakti Enterprises, Kothapeta, Saroornagar, Hyderabad. It was later transferred to Aishwarya Gas AgencyMalakpeta, Hyderabad by changing the Con. no to 658193. Now I understand that it has been transferred to another at Karmanghat. In all these instances I was never informed, thus making the consumer to face difficulties in booking a refill.
it became very difficult to get the contact number of the new agency at Karmanghar.
It is not understood why such transfers are being made when the nearest Gas distributor to my residence is near Kothapeta, Saroornagar.
I have tried to book a refill to day[protected], but they have failed to give me a booking serial no.
Pl. help me in this matter

HP Gas — Refill not delivered even after 30 days of booking

I am a HP gas cosumer. My consumer ID is 608672. I booked a refill in May 21, 2010. Till date it has not been delivered. My order no. is 261946.
But, when I contacted local office, they said no booking found on this date, which implies they have delivered this order to another person illigally.
Kindly take necessary action and resolve the problem soon.

Complaint 1 - The dealer insisted on purchasing new oven
Please note I have already a oven ( I was working at Siemens Kalwa and got transferred to Kolkata in 2005. At Mumbai I had HP gas connection which I surrendered when I got transferred).Till date I was staying with my parents and now purchased an apartment where I need new connection.
To avoid conflict, I agreed to dealer's proposal.
The dealer informed that gas will be delivered within 7 days.
Inspite of repeated followup and two visits nothing has happened.
Every time the concerned person tell that "gas along with oven and accessories will be delivered TODAY".
Incidentally please note that my father was an ex employee of HP (employee no. 996584).and our family have a very high regards to HP. In fact on my mother's insistance I had gone for HP connection (instead of IOCL/BPCL).
However such dismal customer service speaks very poor about an esteemed company.
Request for the following
1. Immediate action for delivery
2. Transperancy in dealer network to avoid corruption
3. Improved customer service - COMMIT WHAT YOU CAN DELIVER

Hello my name is Milen Balchandra. The last two times we have ordered a HP Gas, it had come faulty as some gas pops out when you open a cylinder. We have called everytime to the branch representative but they always says, we will come tomorrow but then always appear after 4 to 5 days. THen what and how we cook food till this days. Its been a haorc days when cylinder comes and they himself dont note complaint.
I hope you will do something about itsoon.
