[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

This is complaint regarding SS gas agency, Plot No. 206, district centre Jawahar Nagar kota.
Consumer no. is 506468

1). I booked gas on 25th june 2010, but till now gas not delivered
2). Shop opens after 10 am in spite of 9 am.
3). SMS booking facility not available.
4). They do not respond phone calls.

HP Gas — not received new connection after submitting Documents & Money

I booked gas for home delivery on13.07.2010 but till today 19.0710 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. Yes Sir I had booked my hp cylinder on1st july 2010. they told me cylinder will send in 15 days & now they are not responding my call Iwhen icalled him they after yesterday that you will send cylinder today or not either i will complain to your branch add:- LAXMI GAS SERVICE, H.P. GAS DEALER, NEHRU NAGAR, S.G. BARVE MARG, KURLA(W), MUMBAI-400 024. I had called him several times from that day he/she told me all the time same thing i will send today but i don't get cylinder on time i had told him i[censored] can't give cylinder u can give me a reason, but they never give reason & they told me i[censored] can do some thing than do it. Today also i tried to inquire what happen they will seng cylinder today or not now they told me sir u have not done booking. Sir I had got full harassed frm your service will I told your service employer that i[censored] can't send cylinder u can cancel my cylinder they given me reply that sir bring your cylinder & gas i will cancel when asked him what's your name they disconnected the phone. Sir i had full proof of telepone bill how many times i had called & on what day i had called for my booking. Sir u have to take a legal action against him. i hope u will soon take a legal action against our gas agency & soon u will reply me for my queries. Thank You

HP Gas — Executives who received call talk very harshly and does not listen to customer

When we call for booking gas cylender at liberty gas agency the executive who picks up call talks very harshly and do not allow us to talk and hangs the phone.

Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking
My consumer no to gas is 647920 at Laxmi Gas Agency Kurla, Nehru Nagar Mumbai. booked gas for home delivery on 29.06.10 & my booking no is 1379. But Till date ie 23.07.10 I am not get gas .For this purpose when i am call a phone . His phone is dead.So I am going to the gas office for enquiry.but they say that we send your gas tomorrow. but I am not get my cylinder. I have single cylinder connection.It is HP Gas.I am book gas in Tomo ie 12665 & its no is 7 dt 16.07.10.What do I do.
Please give me suggestion.

HP Gas — Illegal sales

HP Gas dealer at Yelahanka(dealer code-964150) is made a mandate to buy TAWA (Rs 550.00 extra)along with the new connection or transfer. (for e.g if we take an additional Cylender, they charge 2435/- including TAWA)If the customer is not ready to take it then the dealer either delay the process or shouts at the customer. Also the arrogant behaviour of the dealer makes the customers unhappy.

Sir, I have a HP gas connection with PARNAAM gas agency in sector 37, Chandigarh with the consumer no. 807493. Sir i would like to bring to your notice that this agency has completely failed to give proper services to its consumers. Delay of 15 - 20 days in supplying cylinders is its normal practice. This time also i booked my gas on 10th of july and i havnt received my cylinder yet.

This can be rightly mentioned here that few months back also this agency had to face closure due to some similar reasons. But this has not put any impact on their services.

Hope some strict action be taken against them.

Sir,

I ask for HP Gas new connection. The agent says that it is ever compulsory for buy the whole range of Cylinder+stove etc. Otherwise my booking will be canceled.

HP Gas Cylinder — They never pick the call still they are alive?

From last one week i am calling to this stupid fellows to book the cylinder. No one is ready to pick the phone. I regularly have to go there and ask them to book every time. Previously my account was in Girinagar branch... after few days they closed without any intimation funniest thing is still that agency number is working but no one will pick. and they moved my account to some where....right now that number is also ringing but no one picking :)

Non receipt of GAS After 20 days booking…

But till today the[protected], I had not received my GAS and for last three days I have no GAS.

Dear Sir,

I am also facing the problem of non picking the phone and gas is not being delivered after booking the gas of 15 days.

Many reminders and follow up is being required for the gas delivery. I am facing this problem for last 9 months. In the month of Feb'10. I have purchased the gas in black just because of non delivery of gas.

This is vrty chronic desease. If no action will be taken in this regard it will become the cancer.

Please do something in this regard.

HP Gas — harrassment and cheating by dealer

Dinesh Gas service..a representative of HP Gas services has not given me a single refill since connection in february 2010. he is abusive and highly corrupt. I do noy wish to get into a battle with such people and I cant seem to register a complaint against him Dinesh gas is in Sultanpur village, MG road New delhi.someone pl advise me what to do
