[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

I booked gas for home delivery on21.07.10 but till today 22.08.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative ask for Complain ID he says we don, t have any complaint register so I can not give you Cmplain No. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 791380. Sir you are requested to visit this agency once see how it is working

Its been more than a month since i am to get a new gas connection from HP.The dealer who serves my location M/s Renuka Agency keeps on saying week after week that it will take 15 days for new connection to come.The situation is getting extremely pathetic and adding to my woes he is even insisting me to buy a new gas stove after which only a new connection can be offered.Please look into this asi am fed up after following up with the rude staff.

Jai Gas Agency - HP — Not yet New Gas connection even after 2 1/2 months

I have applied for new gas new connection on JUNE 2010. After many inquiry phone call came to know that i got connection id 6986. but no cylinder is delivered yet. past one month agency keep on saying that I will get cylinders in another two days. I called to customer care also and spoke to Mr. kamdev, but no use.

I don't speak hindi well. I don't know whom to contact on this regard.

Please help me getting the connection as soon as possible.

I have a gas connection with Gujarat Gas Agency, Kamla Nagar, Delhi vide connection no 686563 in the name of Narender jha. I have booked my gas on dt. 18/08/2010 and my booking no. is 281527. But I have not received my gas till today.

sir, my name chotaliya mukesh bhikhabhai i am in vapi gujarat with hp gas dealer i join with my consumer no. 610476 your dealer ' addarsh gas service chanod, vapi' is very poor in at time delivery also when we try to book by phone they sir never atain phone and not delivery within time period also demand black money for booking of gas cylinder so please sir take any stape for this.

HP LPG Gas Connection — HARRASMENT AND TORTURE BY THE DELER

Dear Sir

I am lodging this complaint with deep distrase and frustration.I am a very old CUSTOMER OF hp GAS .I am newly transferd to Adityapur and I have submitted my Gas Transfer Docs to your Distributor ADITYA HP GAS AGENCY tele no-[protected]. The deler told me that you submmit all your transfer docs and come tommorrow your new gas book and papers will be ready on my thousand humble requests he didnot prepre my papers that day. On very earnest request form my side he gave me a single cilynder(mine is a double cylinder) with out any paper to atleast continue with cooking . It is 2 month since and after my 20 visits nor i could able to get my second cylinder nor i got my gas book and papers.the dealer is very rude and intentionaly harrassing me every time he talls come tommorrow. I dont understand what is the fun he is getting out of the same harrassing a customer. i never faced such problems in any other place in transfers.your services in other places are very good.

request your good self to atleast help me to get my papers so that i can surrende the connection of yours and take it form other company where atleast customer are treated as customers and not as a animal.Or else i will be forced to go lodge a case in consumer forum for this harrasment

STUPIDS, FIRST OF ALL THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT THE BOOKING FOR 1 MONTH & AFTER BOOKING THEY WILL DELIVER THE GAS FOR ANOTHER 1 MONTH IN BETWEEN WE HAVE TO MAKE 10 - 15 REMINDER CALLS ALONG WITH GAS CHARGE WE HAVE TO SPEND MONEY IN PHONE ALSO.

SUCH A WORST COMPANY IS HP

Paul HP Gas Co — not pick up the phone & delivery problem

I am suffruing mostly in time of booking over phone, nobody pick up the phone in booking period, not only that, after the booking period the same situation have been continued.

I had booked on 30/08/2010 but till now not received any delivery. My booking no. 30, 30/08/2010. nobody receive the phone so that what is the current situation.

So I requiest you, look into to the matter as urgent basis.

I have booked gas on 3/9/2010 vide booking reference no. 712 but I feel sorry to inform you till today on 19/9/2010 I have not received cylinder. In our location, we always facing problem in delay in delivery of cylinders not only me all people staying here and fed up with delay in cylinder delivery. to day when i again contact him for delivery of my booking cylinder he says there is no any booking of your and we take fresh booking and due to shortage of supply you got cylinder by 7 days. how it is possible when i booking once and got booking no. he said there is no booking .

please lookover the matter and solve the problem .

i have booked the cylinder on 13.09.2010 through on line...but after 10 days i have not received the cylinder...on 20.09-2010 i talk our agency i.e. smirti gas agency...jahangirpur New Delhi, their staff said me after 01 day your cylinder is reached your home...but as on date i have not received the cylinder...

they mentioned in HP book on delivery date and another gas booking after 21days when they delivered...if they already late 12 days, then we are what happned

I would like to HP management look into the matter personally and resolve my problem
