[Resolved]  HP Gas - Booking Of Refill — Non-availability of Phone-line

My Name is Brij Mohan, last three days i am trying to book the clyinder but the telephone number[protected] provided by the LPG Gas Distributor and the no. 1716 for the booking of refill of HP Gas remains busy all the time. Sometimes even it rings no answer comes from the opposite side.Therefore, booking of the Refill has become a tedious and time-consuming task.
Please arrange to provide the customer with the facility of booking the Refill of HP Gas through internet or more telephone numbers for easy booking

I have booked gas by online no-1716 on 7thJanuary 2010, but hp gas agent received on 13 th january 2010, how it is possible, when i asking in shop always I have got rude behaviour from this gas agent.alaways they are saying today gas will go, but gas is not coming. please take action on this HP GAS DEALER.

Dear Sir
I am a HP Gas user no. 613764 from last one year in this area. And I am residing (Shanti Vihar) Chipyana Khurd urf Tigri, Near Vijay Nagar ByPass. I am facing problem in refilling of cylender. Your service man is providing refill after 30 days. And give booked slip only two days in week on Tuesday and Friday only. I have been facing from one year very long line at your agency office for taking slip and after collecting refiled cylinder from godown. In this condition sum people lost him cylinder and bicycle/vehicle at the office site. In this condition I want to request you that please book refill order after 21 days and provide any working of the week. It is very difficult to collect only two days in the week.
Today 30th of January 2010 he asking me that refill cylender provide only on Friday. Come on 8 AM in morning and take away. Our family member including 6 kids are 8. Please inform us who we face the daily needs of fooding problems. He is asking "Hum sirf shukarwar ko Gas de payengeN, godam pe parchi kategi, wahiN se gas legana."

After all we get the reply from the other site and booked my refil on 07.02.2010 .
Waiting and waiting, at last i hard that no booking is there.
I am surprised today, can you help inthis regards to delivered the gas withing one or two .

my consumer no.610003. phone no. provided by laxmi gas agency kurla east, is either not reachable or busy. kindly have a look into matter.i always get frustrated when i call for refill. my mobile no. [protected]

I am also facing problem in Kolkata, with Hpcl LPG dealer in Gariahat, they are taking more than 10 days to deliver the gas, how can I use with my single cylinder. They are not accepting appl for 2nd cylinder and saying it will take 7-8 month.

Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

I booked gas for home delivery on 24.09.10 No. 61604 but till today 19.10.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call 15 times to their representative, he every time says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.
