[Resolved]  Hp Gas — delay in delivery of the lpg refill

Iam a consumer of HP gas LPG with consumer number 607419 and the dealers name & tel no is New Sawhney Gas Delhi , tel no is 22526366.I had booked the gas on 27/11/07 on the general booking number 1716 and booking number was 23. I have yet to receive the delivery.
I am not ben able to contact the gas agency on the phone. Even the complaint number of HP 22408306 is also not responding.
Even after introducing very good system of booking the refill on 1716 and through internet, the end result is not satisfactory. We have to struggle in contacting the agency. It may pleas be reviwed and reasons may please be ascertained. Corrrective measues may please be taken to adress the grivances.

Hpcl — DELAY IN DELIVERY

I have booked gas for refilling th cylinder vide no.1454 dtd.[protected] at local office :M/S MANN GAS SERVICE, TANDA BYE PASS CHOWK, HOSHIARPUR-146001, phone no.[protected],
please verify the normal delivery period as the distributor always make delivery after 10 to 25 days. Due to this I always suffer.
As for last booking till date I could not get the cylinder.

H.P.,LPG. — Delay in delivery of Refill Cylinder

I have Connection No. 609045 with HP CL, LPG Dealer Mr Gajjar Brothers, Jahangirpur, Taluka:Olpad (Surat)

The agency is delaying the delivery of Refilled cylinder.My booking on date 15.04.2009 has not been delivered till 30.04.2009.They are not responding on phones since last 4 days.

transact gas supply business with the local agency at pallipuram near kaniyapuram in trivandrum district of kerala. now even after 50 days of booking for a cylinder nothing has happend and equally horribly, the agency guys are misbehaving by not responding to the telephonic queries. however long we may try, the phone no[protected] keeps the posture of extreme busy!! it is insulting & disgusting. what shall i do to make these guys behave properly? what the hp can do to arrest these stupid tendencis?

.My LPG CON no is 604383. I booked for refilling on someday in the first week of october2oo9 by your computer system.On14.io.09 I inquired after delivery.I am told by my gas dealer that my booking had not been done as the computer booking system was discontinued.They made fresh booking.On my repeated request they told I would get my refill only on my turn.For no fault of mine, I am suffering.Though I have double cylinder I am passing last three days without gas.Please ensure refill supply tomorrow.thanks.My dealer is Mohanty Enterprise.Ph No[protected]
hello myself jaspreet singh, i lived in delhi and i m fully disatified from my lpg gas agency for lpg cylinder delivery, company delivery person gave the cylinder other persons like sweets shop and party hall after our gas booking.our lpg agency name in TREHAN GAS MADIPUR DELHI
I having consumer number 615402, have booked for a gas refill vide W/L no 2290 dtd 10.12.2009 with Chirayu Gas Service.

Even after 11 days, the gas is not delivered to me.

Pl look in to this, and take necessary action to ensure I am issued with the refill cylinder.

Hindustan Petroleum — poor delivery of LPG fefill service

My complaint is regarding poor delivery of HP LPG refill and rude behaviour of staff overy the telephone. Sir I am a resident of panchkula and residing here since July 2006. Since the the time we have shifted here, we have been facing issues with delivery of LPG refill. Our dealer is Roop Gas located in sector 20, Panchkula. Whenever you call Roop gas either you will find their number to be busy continuously or they dont pick up the phone. If they pickup the phone they misbehave and dont give the clear picture when you are going to get the delivery. Their delivery serivce is so poor they you have to wait for atleast 1 month for delivery of 1 rfill. We are a family of 5 people and I belive that one does understand that in winter season you can't survive on 1 cylinder for 40 or 45 days. Now your choice is either to put yourself and your family on starving or buy cylinder in black from Roop Gas's own delivery men which is not acceptible to me. I lodged a complaint to HP via reference number 09022444, but, nothing has been done so far. Please tell me what should we do about it.

This is to inform u that im a resident of panchkula(haryana).I m a member of HP gas(consumer no.505747).but i m not satisfied with the service o[censored]r distributor RUP GAS AGENCY. Sec -20 Pkl.
Every time when i call they put the reciever +aside and whenever by chance they pickup the phone they talk very rudely especially the women sitting over there, it seems like that we r begging them for the delievery.this is thier routine practice and for last two years i m facing the same problem.
i booked my gas on 03/01/10 and the last delivery i recieved is on 29/11/09. its approx. 2 months to get next delivery.
I just want to know is this the routine shortage every time in HP, OR the distributor making us fool.
Please look into the matter and take necessary action against the problem.

HP LPG domestic gas cylinder — Excessive delay in each refill

Abiding by the procedure book booking after 15 days of a refill, I am made to wait for over 10 days for an LPG cylinder almost for each refill. This was brought to the notice of the concerned officer in the HP domestic LPG customer care section but to no avail.
I am consumer of hp gas and my consumer no. P00197 and my gas agency is pitambara gas service near jhansi hotel, sadar bazar, jhansi.It is to bring to your kind notice that inspite of earlier booking I am not recieving the gas supply regularly and in time, sometime even after booking I am unable to get the gas supply after two month also, this shows that no consumer rules are followed by the gas agency and unneccessary harashment bieng done to the consumer, if such type of services is carried out by your gas agency I will have to approach the consumer court for the bad services against you and your gas agency for justice and further I will also ask in RTI whether the gas distribution is done as per booking and will also ask the supply made by you to the gas agency and whether the distribution is done as per booking or otherwise because as per consumer right I should get the gas supply regularly and in time.
Your early and neccessary action in the matter is very much solicited.
I am a consumer of HP gas LPG with consumer number P00197 and the dealers name & tel no is Pitambara Gas service Jhansi, tel no is[protected].I had booked the gas on 5/01/10 . I have not yet received the delivery.In this connection so many times contact on phone for immediate delivery of gas but nothing has been heard so far.
Kindly instruct to the dealer for immediate home delivery of gas to avoid the problem.This matter may be treated as most urgent otherwise I will go to the consumer forum.

Iam a consumer of HP gas LPG with consumer number 600109 and the dealers name is ruchita gas pali(marwar) .I had booked the gas on 15.02.2010 but yet i didn't get cylender. i called manny time at ruchita office but they didn't reply properly. so i request to u for delevery of cylender as soon as possible. thanks.

My Cosumer No. is 6247, I booked LPG refil on[protected] over phone no.[protected] to M/s SIKKA ENTERPRISES, Faridabad. delivery man visited on[protected], but due to non-availability of my wife who had gone for shoping in the noon. I requested over phone on next day to redeliver, but I was replied the same shall be delivered after 15 days as there is acute shortage of LPG Suplly. Hence I approached on[protected] and this time I was advised to contact after 4-5 days. on contactacting on[protected], I was again advised to contact after 4-5 days. shocked to hear today i.e. on 19th Feb.'10, the dealing person started to shout over phone your LPG Refil was booked only on 13th Feb.'10 and delivery shall take atleast 15 days. this action not only clearly indicates the malpractice but cimpelled to pay Rs.200/- more for buying the Cylinder.
