[Resolved] Hp Gas — delay in supply

I had booked for replacement of domestic gas (LPG) cylinder on 5th febraury 2008. For your kind information I have only one cylinder (no duplicate cylinder). I am working women who is out of the house from 7 AM to 6 PM on all working days. I have to depend on someone to get my cylinder. A delivery came on 11th febraury 2008, on that day for some reason the door was locked. Will there not be any provision to send the cylinder delivery next following day?. I am surprised!!.
Should there not be any priority when the coustemer has only one cylinder?
Since then I have been calling the agency every day but not received the cylinder till today. What is the solution? How many phone calls should I make in my office hours? How many times should I request the agents to send the cylinder at the ealiest. However they promise that it will be sent today. But when I reach home It is not there. Is it not irritating?
Most of the times I get my cylinder after 10-15 days. But this time it is too much.
