Delay in refill cylinder, phone lines always engaged

The phone lines of the dealer is always engaged and even when it is not most of the time no one picks up. With great difficulty, as usual, I got through and made a refill booking about a month back (in first or second week of February). I haven't got the refill cyclinder yet. In between, after many attempts to get through I have spoken to the dealer twice about the status of the refill cylinder. I am told it will be delivered. But...

Since Bisht HP Gas Agency has been closed at Haldwani, Distt: Nainital, Uttarakhand, We do not know which is the new agency. It is learnt that Ajay Gas agency , Keecha has taken Over. No office has been opened so far in Haldwani. We do not know where to register for refill and how to get refill cylinder. We are completely in dark. difficulties of gas booking

Dear sir,
I am an user of HP Gas. Recently I found difficulty in booking gas cylinder( refilling). There are two no 22274438 and 1716. most of the time both the are engaged and sometimes I hear ring but nobody lift the or no communication. My consumer no

Kukatpally Housing board agency

I own HP gas connection from Kukatpally housing board agency.
Whenver I try to book my cylender on[protected], most of the times busy tone; othertimes nobody list the call.

I do not understand this booking system and I am sure this can be improved. I tried to speak to the agency folks, they were more than rude and inhuman.

I wish I had the power to sack them immediately.
I hope to see better India...

Sir,

I have HP gas connection with C.No. 620550. Our Gas agency is SRI SANGAMESWARA GAS SERVICE, Opp.MRO office, Ramachandrapuram, Medak Dt. Phone No.[protected], 23021517, 23025740.

My problem with the service is whenever we opt for booking the reffil generally after 20 days of period, their personnel are telling that we have to book the reffil after ONE MONTH period. Even if we do the booking after ONE month,...

I residing at Belanagar Govt Colony under poclice station at Bally, Howrah 711 205, W.B. resi phone no[protected] suffering from HP L.P. Gas Supply. It tooks nowadays arround one month to get delivered at home. Recently there are lot of problems while we book the refil, without any reason they cancel our booking and harras us. No delivery/ booking

I am trying for the past 2 weeks to book refill cylinder over phone. There are three landline numbers given by your Kandivali dealer. All the numbers are always busy. If by luck, I will get the connection, there will be no response to the call. I do not understand how come three lines are always busy. Matter is serious. Needs investigation and corrective action on urgent basis.

Non-Delivery Plus Extra Money Demand

My gas connection number is 523227. I have been screwed up for the last 3 years for non delivery of gas in time as per the date and delivery mentioned by the Gas Agency Shreya Enterprises located at Neredmet,Malkajgiri,Hyderabad-India. Gas cylinder delivery delay

My consumer no.is 623370 of HP Gas at mira road east, station road branch. I have made booking for gas cylynder on 9th of Feb-08 and today is 3rd of March-08. I waited for my delivery for 10 days but after that when i call them, they reply that my person has gone for delivery or tomorrow delivery will happen so on.

Dealer forcing us to purchase Suraksha LPG pipe

Dear sir, this is to bring to your notice that my dealer is forcing me to purchase suraksha lpg pipe. They have even refused to supply refill booking unless and until I purchase suraksha. I would like to know whether it is mandatory to purchase suraksha.
Further, I would request you to look into the abominable behaviour that customers face from the dealers. Please note that CONSUMERS PAY FOR EVERY REFILL BOOKING AND WE ARE NOT PROVIDED...
