Subject: Regarding Second Connection

Dear Sir,

I the above mentioned would like apply for Second Connection,
My consumption of gas is 22-25 days, I am having Only One Cylinder & every month I borrow the Cylinder from my neighbours, this is the condition every month., After 22 days or so I book the gas then later it comes to my home after 4-5 days, if in any Condition my Previous gas by Chance is still going on from where should I give the empty Cylinder, Again borrow the same from neighbors

      I Mrs. Nilam Navneet Rane (consumer code ni. 632868, in name of Mr. Balkrishna T Rane) hereby send a reminder on a complaint put up earlier on 21.03.2008 on h p gas service provider, Laxmi Gas Services, S.G. Barve Marg, Kurla (E), Mumbai - 400 024.

      It is very sad to see that our complaint is not even acknowledged from a company having website complaint registration facility for the public. But is it attended by anyone, is there any action taken on this complaints. If not please stop this website complain drama.

      Stop giving gas agencies also if there is proper and timely service provision from your end.

        Respected Sir,
        I am a citizen living in Moh. Chhata, Jalesar; My consumer # is 606584 .
        I am facing a big problem for gas to get the home delivery from begning.
        Sir, please tell me that a consumer who have no own means to carry the 30 kg cylinder.How can gas refill reached to residence .
        He charged at godown Rs. 296.00( home delivery rate) instead of Rs 284.00.
        He never markes bill # on consumer book and never issued a copy of bill to any consumer.
        And he is evasing Income tax & VAT TAX in large scale
        Please refer this matter to INCOME TAX & COMMERCIAL TAX Dept.
        No authorized persons(Hawkers) to make home delivery are appointed by the gas agency.
        The Manager of Jalesar Branch is so corrupted and most of quota of gas has been black marketed at the rate Rs 400.00 or more by him and his agents .
        And ignore the needy consumers.
        No home delivery is made by the RAVI GAS SERVICES, JALESAR, Distributer Code=737450.
        At the time of gas booking he is forcing to take a rubber pipe by charging Rs. 200.00 .
        when consumer say that we have no need to take the rubber pipe then the booking in charge "Say that that there is no booking of GAS until you will not purchase the rubber pipe".
        He has not obeying the guidelines of company, "The booking of gas on telephone"'
        Since last six months he is not provided DBC to me despite of several requests,
        Mr. Prem Chand Sharma and his associates are very misbehaved have no way of talking to older person.
        I hope that you must take strick action against the "RAVI GAS ", Jalesar.
        So please take actions about it and stop the malpractice of gas agency.

          The numbers provided by the distributer is always enganged. In fact, I have tried for more than 3 hrs but have not got thru their number. They purposely keep the phones down since I do not believe that their lines are so busy since most o[censored]s have shifted to piped gas.

          Can someone look into this please?

            Sir,

            I am HP gas consumer ( No. 600573)from Amalapuram, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh trasfered to Gurgaon.
            I have taken a house in Jalvayu Towers in Sector-56, Gurgaon which falles under the jurisdiction of MANJIT Gas, Maheroli Rd, Gurgaon. I have been trying to submit the transfer letter for connection here for the past week days. The agency office phone numbers ( 2561403 & 2353303)are not being answered and the shop was closed for the last four days including monday.

            I need the connection immidiatly, Kindly advise on whom to contact here in Gurgaon as I have already got my family shifted here.

            HP Gas — gas transfer

            Sir,

            I am a resident of Virar(W) Pin 401 303 and my consumer number is 616467.

            I had booked my cylinder 15 days from today, and till date I have not received my cylinder.

            The dealer 'Vasai Bazar Gas' which is located two minutes walk from Virar Station(W) on Vartak Road, keeps informing me that gas will be delivered in 2 days, 3 days etc.. I am 76 year old man and very weak. We have not cooked food since past one week and we are all dining in hotel.
            The two women who sits at the counter talks very rudely and literally starts screaming at the people who enquire about the late delivery of cylinders. They don't even answer to telephone calls as the receiver is always kept on the table.

            Not only this when my son wanted to take a new connection from HP, these women directed him to go to 'Bharat Gas'.

            My son, now receives 'Bharat Gas well in time'. It is rather very sad that at this rate when companies want business, customers are driven away. How can HP Gas improve in this style of working by employing such kind of staffs.

            I need to transfer my HP Gas Connection from hyderabad to chennai, but here in chennai HP dealer asking me to submit ration card.I have already experienced of tranfer of connection from mumbai to hyderbad without a ration card.
            Its difficult to arrange a ration card in a short period, please help me to transfer my connection without a ration card.

            HP Gas — Cylinder Connection Transfer Issue

            Hi,

            I took a new HP connection on 31st Dec 08 and I used it in Jaipur now I've been transfrred to Pune and I want to get it transferred to pune so I went to Gas Agency and they are saying that it's not possibal they can transfer it only after 6 months from registration.

            now problem is I've been moved to Pune and I can't invest the money to take new connection here and it takes 2-3 to provide new connection.

            I am not able to understand why they need 6 months I am ready to submit cylinder there and take here in pune. For HP it's same if I use connection in Jaipur or Pune so there is no diffrence for company.

            You can understand the problem, a family person can't invest to take private Gas connection because it's very costly.

            The service of Hp Gas Agency is not at all good infact very very very bad in comparision to Bharat Gas. It is very true that the employee working there does not know how to talk infact they are illiterate, there behavior is absolutely bad. I stay at Bhayander (E) even there is the same condition they are blacking the cylinder and even they ask us to pay more specially this delivery people they do not give the delivery to proper destination they give our cylinder on black (charging more) to other customer

            This is very serious matter which has to be taken care, even i have complaint many times but there is no feed given from your side, at list teach your people to talk properly and even to respect the customers and really serve customer.

            HP Gas — Imposing unnecessary condition

            Dear Sir/Madam.

            Last month i hv shifted to my Virar Resident,And my wife been to HP gas distributor to get the new consumer number than complain is:-
            1)The first condition is :- They are promoting some tea brand,and on that HP sticker was also there and if you need new consumer number than you have to buy this tea pouch that cost me was over Rs 150/-
            2)The second condition is :-They had sent one gas repairing person at my flat without prior permission from us that time my wife was alone than he forced to checked the gas condition,The tube was fine but than also he said,you have to go for new tube that comes in red colour if you don't go for that than you won't get second cyclinder,He also charged Rs 25/- unncecessary.

            I am surprised for above issue,i am customer of HP last 25 yrs,But i never face such problem earlier.
            I have Gas connection at Coimbatore on my Wife Name, , I want to transfer the same to my name for ID Proof purpose, it is possible or not, if its possible what is the procedure.

            I transferred from Bhayander to Nagaur. I also transferred my HP Gas connection Bhayander to Nagaur. I enquired at nagaur HP Gas Agency.
            They suggest me with transfer one gas cylinder and regulator providing the one cylinder stand, tea and gas pipe.
            They are charging including deposit and gas connection of amt Rs. 1750/-

            I already have the cylinder stand and 2 nos of gas pipe. I don't have required. But agency representative told it is necessary. They told me in comparison of Bhayander, Nagaur have different rule.

            I have only required one gas cylinder and regulator.

            Kind to suggest me.

              on 9Th of this month i booked the cylinder, they said it deliver with in 10 days. i didnt get it on 23rd of this i call to them[protected], they are telling your door is locked, your not their in that address they are telling to change the address, how can i. I am staying in that same house nearly 2 Yrs. yesterday i ask the boy who will give the cylinder, he said i didnt knock your door he knock the other door. when i phone today the guy is telling that

                We had registered the gas on 13/03/2008, and till date 28/03/2008 we haven't recd the gas. Whenever we call to inquire we are informed that it will be delivered today, which has never happened. If we tell them we will be making the complaint on the same they say its regular and till date nothing has happened and in future also nothing will happen.

                My Gas Service is HP Gas - PET. EMP. CO.OP CENT. SER. SOC. LTD. and the Code is 19567800 and Contact person is Jadhav. I Hope something is done on this and people like us do not have to suffer without Gas for 15 days.
                i am wating last 15 days for home dilivery after registered when i call telephone busy or not answerd

                  i have booked for gas cylender on 7.3.2008 and the agency person told that he will deliver the gas with in 4 days . but till to date the gas was not delivered to be . Many times i had a talk with them on phone, simply they will say that they will deliver it tommorrow and ther will not deliver it. i am having only one cylender, i am facing many problems due to the unresponsible behaviour of the agency.please go through the matter and do the need ful to me

                    I had booked for a refill (Maruti Gag, HSR Layout, Bangalore), which was delivered with an empty cylinder with manipulated seal. My wife didn't check the seal becoz the same boy is delivering the gas every time. Only when the running gas cylinder was over, she changed the cylinder only to find the refill given by the HP Gas delivery boy is an empty one. We had enough problem as we have small kids to take care of and there is no gas for more than a day to cook.

                    I really don't know, if people can be fraud to this extent like the HP Gas delivery boy what he did with us.

                    I am also not very sure, what could be the solution. May be privatization of these PSUs could be the answer so that these babus in Customer Service will also learn to behave properly.

                    I am a customer of HPCL LPG since more than 20 years.My consumer number is 603235 which is in Hubli. There are more than 12 members in my house. So it is very Difficult for me to to run the house with one Cylinder. And the bookings are made only after 30days and the Delievery is given after the 10 days i.e after the last dated of booking date, so totally it take 4o days for me to get a cylinder.Because of this i am meeting lots of problems in providing food to my family People.Plese do the needful and Give us the Reply as fast as possible.

                      I have LPG gas connection vide Consumer no.607817 in Nashik.Dealer code is 131320. On 25th March 2008 the cylinder was stolen from my own house.I have lodged a complaint with police and contacted the dealer.They informed me that the process to issue me a new cylinder and regulator will take at least 8 to 10 months. Till then how am I supposed to cook? Or does the Company want to encourage the black marketing of cylinders as no one can survive without gas connection in cities.My wife tried to talk to Company's sales representative Mr.Choudharialso. But he just denied to talk. Please do the needful at the earliest.Thank you.

                          I have booked for refill on 29/02/2008 but till 24/02/2008 I did not get the refill delivered after contacting the distributor i was told that it will take some more time as there is a backlog at the distributor end apart from the 21 days waiting period . Further I have complained this to HP web site jihaan I have received reply from one of the office MR. Nirmal Halder that the distributors statement is correct. So if the resposible officer reply like this without verifying the status the Consumers are facing so many problems.

                          THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT I HAVE BOOKED MY GAS CYLINDER ON DTD. 18.12.2010 WITH ABOVE AGENCY. THIS WAS DONE AFTER COMPLETION OF 21 DAYS OF EARLIER DELIVERY AS PER THE ADVICE OF THE AGENCY, BECAUSE THEY ARE ACCEPTING BOOKING ONLY AFTER 20 DAYS OF EARLIER DELIVERY.
                          THE GAS AGENCY PEOPLE ASSURED ME THAT I WILL GET THE CYLINDER AFTER 15 DAYS BECAUSE DUE TO SHORTAGE OF CYLINDER DELIVERY FROM THE COMPANY. I DON’T KNOW WHETHER THIS IS TRUE OR FAKE. BUT TILL DATE (it’s already 24, 25 days passed) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DELIVERY OF THE REFILL CYLINDER.
                          REGULARLY I AM REQUESTING THE AGENCY AND IN-PERSON MEETINGS, THE PEOPLE INCHARGE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME AND THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOUR IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.                           HPCL - Gas — Delay in Refill delivery

                          I booked a reflll online on Dt- 02-3-11 vide Sr. No- 435968 & delivery made on Dt-18-3-11 after mkg a complaint on dt-17-3-11, vide No[protected]. Than on Dt-22-3-11, I asked frm consumer zone, d reason of a long time delay in delivery. But they not given any response till now. It shows some discrepancy at distribution point & at d end of complaint zone also. plz look into d matter & explain.

                            I am a customer of HP gas since year 2003, located hyderabad . I had placed a request for the second cylinder in the year 2004 after getting married. I haven't got it since then, inspite of my repeated reminders. The dealer Mr.Srinivas (Hp gas, Road No.66, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabd) give us the excuse that they have stopped giving the second cylinder. He even refused to take in the new application.                             HP Gas — Regarding booking of 2nd cylinder

                            Sir,
                            I had registered a complaint regarding booking of 2nd cylinder.The distributor in Burla, Sambalpur M/s Choudhary Gas is charging an amount of Rs 2000/- as service connection charges to apply for a 2nd cylinder.I wanted to know whether this amount which is being charged by M/S Choudhary Gas is genuine or not.Apart from this he is very rude in his behaviour from the very beginning.

                                I am having gas connection with Hindustan Petroleum. I live in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai.

                                I am so upset of seeing the attitude towards the customer in Thiruvanmiyur Branch, Chennai. The Dealer Name is Jayalakshmi. Whenever I go they wont talk to the customer politely. They are not giving proper information about anything. If I ask for that they are answering me back by saying it is not our headache. They are using rubbish words to the customer. My opinion is, its there duty to answer our Questions. Rather they are saying you are not the only customer to us... answering your questions. Actually I asked what are the documents I need to submit to book the cylinder. Its there responsibility to explain us. Rather they were saying that why cant we ask them.

                                Please look into this matter and take some action.
                                With due respect I am the holder of consumer no 612904(Reg. no 9954170 dt[protected] under the Distributor of Tapan Saha(code-965710) of M/s H.P. Gas Centre, B.T.Road, Panihati, North 24Pgs, W.B., resident of Naba Kamar Gati(Naba kumar Garh), P.O.-Jugberia, Via-Sodepur, North 24 Parganas, Kolkata-700 001.Last gas cylinder supplied me on 04-09-08 and I have booked for next cylinder on 27-09-08 physically at Panihati office(no function was working of IVRS for booking).I was making phone form 15-10-08 onwards and several times requested at Panihati and Jugberia(godown-maximum time locked the offfice).Ultimately the cylinder was supplied on 07-11-08.
                                Next time please send me the cylinder in time.

                                Several times made prayer to the distributor for double cylinder but they are not taking any action against this matter.
                                Please make all the necessary action to get me one more cylinder in my name.

                                Mr. Hariharan is my relative and he is the consumer of your LPG service. His consumer No is 606858 and his connection is with Muthu Gas Agencies, Natesan Nagar, Puducherry.
                                He already has another LPG connection with IOC through their dealer M/s Ranga Agencies Puducherry. As per the new rules, those who hold more than one gas connection in their names are asked to surrender one connection. As such, Mr. Hariharan, who has two cylinders with IOC has chosen you surrender your gas connection.

                                Since Mr. Hariharan was professionally engaged and his office timings clashes with the timing of Muthu Agency, requested me to enquire about the procedures of surrendering the gas connection to your agency.
                                As such, today i.e. on 19/11/2009, at around 3.00 PM I went to your agency M/s Muthu Agencies to enquire about the procedures to be followed in surrendering the Connection. The staffs at Muthu Agencies were very rude to say the least. When I asked them to provide me with the information on the steps to be taken for surrendering the connection, they demanded consumer number to me. I told them that I do not remember the consumer number immediately, but since my queries were limited only to the procedure of surrender I told them that the can give the said information even without the number. But, to my shock and surprise, the staffs at Muthu Gas agency refused to even talk to me on the subject, unless I give them the consumer number. I told them that the customer Hariharan is my close relative and I have come only on his behalf. But they treated me very shabbily. I then met the Manager to obtain details of procedure to be followed in surrendering the connection.
                                It is most unfortunate that even the manager refused to divulge the procedure unless I give the consumer number. He was very rude and arrogant and refused to offer me even a seat to sit. He just dismissed me from his presence without giving me any information telling me that he can talk only if his customers come personally and not to third parties like me. When I told him that the information I am seeking is not confidential and he is duty bound to give me the details of surrender procedure, he got wild, picked up quarrel with me and directed me to give a complaint with you. When I asked your address for lodging a complaint, he refused to give me even that.
                                I am shocked and dismayed by the kind of response and treatment I received at the hands of your agency. I am at loss to understand, why the agency could not tell me the procedure of surrender, without the consumer number. I do not understand as to what is so confidential about it. As a relative of the customer, I had every right to demand information even without disclosing the number. Infact, I gave the name and address of my relative Hariharan and asked them to check their computers to find out the number. But they refused to do that and demanded that I furnish the number.
                                M/s Muthu Gas Agency was bound to give the requiste information on surrender of cylinder, when I requested the same on behalf of my relative. They cannot demand that they will talk only to their customers and only if consumer number is furnished to them. I am not aware of any such rules, laws, regulations or notifications which mandates disclosure of information sought by me only to the consumer and only on furnishing the consumer number.
                                You are aware that now it is compulsory for the customer to surrender extra gas connection to have uninterrupted service. Even Ranga Agencies has refused to give Mr. Hariharan the cylinder unless he surrenders the gas connection with Muthu Agencies. Thus Mr. Hariharan is in immediate need to surrender the connection with Muthu Gas Agencies. Your agency is unnecessarily made me and my felative run from pillar to post even for getting the information on procedure of surrender.

                                The staffs at Muthu Gas Agencies has misbehaved with me and has treated me shabbily for no reasons on unreasonable and unacceptable grounds. They have practiced unfair trade practice in making unreasonsable demands for which suitable action is required to be taken at your end.
                                I request you to take up my grievances with Muthu Gas Agencies and take appropriate action against them for disrespecting the customer, denying information which they are bound to disclose on unreasonable pretext and causing mental agony and pain to me.

                                  I am living at Noida Sec - 20. I went to HP Gas for new connection but they were avoiding since two month, finally I write a mail to Agency owner then only they accept my application. They didn't send anybody for verification until I followed up them 4-5 times. I personally went there for verification after verification, they are saying to wait for another 2-3 days.

                                  More over their communication is not good, they never care how to talk with customer.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I am an employee of an International NGO placed at Koraput. I want a HP gas connection for my domestic use. But I do not have the ration card or a house in my name. I have Bank Passbook, PAN Card, Driving License in my name. I have approached to the only Distributor at Koraput (M/s Muttyalama Gas Agency). But he denied of providing me a new connection. I am staying with my family. So I am facing a lot of difficulties in getting the fuel for my food. The distributor is similarly doing lot of harrasment for innocent tribals who are approaching for a connection taking a plea of differewnt documents. As i am a learned person can able to access to the information & internet and register a complaint. But it is almost impossible to file a complaint by such hundreds of people. Similarly my colleague is staying in a rented house at koraput. He has PAN, Voter ID, DL, Bank Passbook, but in the different address than koraput. He is also debarred of getting a connection. So can you pls suggest whether we both are able to get a new connection or not. If yes pls issue a letter to your distributor at Koraput in general not to harras or dissappoint the customers 7 give proper suggestions.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    On 17th March 2008, I stopped at the HP Petrol Pump at Hinjewadi, opposite to the KPIT cummins office. I asked the attendant to fill petrol worth Rs.100/- in my bike. Unfortunately, I remembered that I might not have change in my wallet and removed my wallet and started checking the contents. My attention would have been diverted for about 5 seconds. The next time I looked up, the meter was reading Rs. 49.86/- Before I said anything, the person taking care of the money asked the attendant to fill for the remaining amount to make up Rs. 100/-. I argued saying that the meter was not reset. They said it had been reset. It was my word against theirs and I knew I was duped!

                                    I do not have enough evidence against the petrol attendants and I am sure this will not hold up in the court of law. But nevertheless, I wanted to lodge a complaint against the petrol pump.

                                    I hope that some action is taken against them to avoid such instances being repeated (I am sure that there have been plenty of such cases)

                                    I have experienced the same thing when I got to fill up my car. They don't reset the meter in case the customer is not attentive. Suddenly, the customer realizes that the meter has crossed an unrealistic amount.
                                    During filling, they try to diver the attention by asking if you have card, or want to go for PUC etc., and try to generate an opportunity to stop early and then quickly reset the meter to zero to say, that the filling is done for your said amount.
                                    Further, their petrol is adulterated. I have seen my colleagues complaining of break-downs and engines not starting after filling from this petrol pump.

                                    I also had the same experience.Now i have stopped using this pump and have spread the words. This has happened twice for me and on second occassion i caught him red handed. Similar experiences was faced by many of my collegues. This happens especially for amount > 100. Since they never reset the meter from earlier bike's reading.

                                    I want to complain regarding this HP petrol pump in Gurgaon. Its near sector 46 as we go towards Sohna Road.
                                    I realized they have found a new way to cheat people.
                                    The meter would start from 0 but while filling one guy comes up to distract you. They would say something regarding the bill or about washing the car...anything...and then when you look back towards the meter, it would be at its final value. What they do is they pause the filling in between and reenter the value so it looks like the meter has reached its final value.
                                    I also encountered the same as you all guys and but due to my alertness they were not able to dupe me.
                                    It happened to me once and after that I always keep myself alert. There modus operandi is very simple. They will divert your attenion by asking for money or cross asking if you wanna a Ra 100 or Rs 200 fill and thats it your attention goes and you lost the money.

                                    Well this time I decided to go against it and browsed through HP sites and filed the complaint about the Petrol Pump.
                                    If you too wanna file a complain go through the link and do it so that these HP will know how his employees and dealers making a fool of the customers.

                                    I agree completely. They tried cheting me twice, I wa salert so they could not cheat me.
                                    However when I tried filing complaint in the office, no one was there in office and when I found the manager, he was not willing to accept complaint. He used almost foul language and forced me to do whatever I can do.
                                    I have filed complaint on HP website, hope to see a resolution.
                                    This petrol Pump(Opposit to Mc Donalds) is fraud.
                                    Once I asked the attendant to fill for 500 Rs, He just started fillling it in the mean time my key felt down and I got it picked and saw he is done with the filling this entire episode happened with in 20 seconds.
                                    After filling I asked "How can It be so quick?" he said that We are done with the filling for 500/-
                                    Then I saw my meter it did not rise even as it rises for rs 200 filling.

                                    I have been visiting this pump several time but i haven't notice such things as i request them to show zero before i fill the petrol u guys do ask them to show zero.
                                    today while driving my car at bangalore a guy in HPpetrol bunk uniform with name tag (DEBATERANYA) riding a yezdi no- ka05L 3700, came suddenly in front of my vehicle, i applied sudden brakes n told him 2b careful while crossing in return he shouted at me n told me that he is wearing a HP uniform he has got immense power n if he hit me too thn also i can do nothing & he added he works on the hanumanthnagar 1st cross hp petrol baunk at bangalore. even he told me if i complain against him management will not take a single step against him so he can do anything he wants, i didnt went into argument & went away. it seems that now a days HP petrol bunk managements encourage such kind of activities to their staffs. after this i strictly avoid taking fuel from HP bunks n told in my office too, to avoid hp n specially this branch. previously i was a hp customer but am not now. n 1 more thing i complaint against tat guy at HP & seriously they ignored the matter.
                                    in regards to my earlier posts i must say today am really greatful to the propiter of the HP petrol bunk in hanumanthnagar 1st cross as he personally called me up & threatened his staff for such a behaviour.
                                    hope other bunks do the same for there customers. atleast now i can assure that i wont black list this bunk from my list. as i was really moved by such kind of behaviour from there management.
                                    Yes it has happened with me. Its a serious issue because it feels as is there is no protection for the consumers. If such incidents keeps on happening then the amount of fraudulance will keep on increasing. I strongly feel that strict action has to be taken so that the customers are protected against such fraud.
                                    Today, i experienced very bad with the petrol pump at hinjewadi near KPIT. I told him loudly to fill petrol of 300/-. He started filling petrol.. meter reading started but petrol filling not strated at the same time. After telling several time to fill for 300/ he filled petrol for 200/- only... again i told him i want to fill for 300/- he again started to fill for remaining 100/-He started again and same thing happened.Meter started but petrol filling started late.. He was breaking the petrol flow by in his own tactics.. I am really worried about this petrol pump...

                                      My consumer no is 614604, I booked a cylinder on 15/05/2009 and got that cylinder on today( 16/07/2009). I have Two cylinder and 2nd one booked on 20/06/2009. The delevery person crossed the 2nd booking and told that as per gas act none can booked two cyliders. After getting one gas can book another cylinder after 21 days. Is there was any such rule? While my both cylinders are empty and no shedule of them for suply the cylinder in time. We are presurrised to use another way for cooking. I need help like others are facing same problems.                                       two weeks back i have called up the gas agency which is in dhole patil road for booking. they informed me that call me on 15th oct 2009, since u have not completed 21 days of earlier cyclinder delivered.

                                      when i called up on the 15th oct 2009, i was schocked to know that they have delivered the cyclined to me on previous day. i asked them who as signed? they have no answer.

                                      tell me what i happening here. what shud i do? i there any one to look into it and find out on the
                                      issue?

                                      best part is that when i told u r staff that i will complain, they are not bothered? thanks for keeping such wonderful staff.

                                      HP Gas — No delivery of Gas for 21 Days

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,
                                      I Prem pal Yadav, Consumer No. 675595date 6/5/2009 had booked for refilling of Cooking Gas Cylinder on 19th Sep 2010 vide their memo no. 6661.
                                      It is distrubing to hear that the personnel at agency always give a reply that it will be delivered in a day or 2. Request explanation be sought from the vendor for not adhereing to the schedule of delivery.

                                      A delivery boy of hp gas at loni had given an under weight (unfilled) cylinder and charged full amount (INR400/-) and against that took back an Indane cylinder.

                                        Most of the time their phone is engaged and if in case the bell rings, no one picks up the phone. Apart from that if you visit their office to complain, they are even rude asking to try the no. in front of them... now that sounds ridiculous...they think the customers are fool!!!...even these kind of complaints on this page hardly matters to them as a similar kind of complaint was lodged earlier by a customer but they still continue to give their tactless service to the customers...i hope my complaint would not go in vain & an action would be taken against this agency.
