HP Gas — Non delivery of gas , misbehaviour by employee over telephone

I had booked the gas on 15.09.2008 from Premier gas agency Chandigarh (Distributor code No.[protected] and was informed that, the same would be delivered within a week. Till date the same has not been delivered. The telephone at the agency is always found busy. On 25.09.08 I was informed that the gas cylinder has been despatched, on being told that the delivery boy had come in the morning, but did not deliver the gas, I was informed that there were two delivery boys and the gas would be delivered, however the gas did not arrive. Today on enquiring from the agency about the status of delivery of gas, the employee got angry and started shouting over the phone and abusing for no reason whatsoever. It is a shame that the dealers of a fortune 500 company behave in such a way.

I have gas connection vide No.666989 from Mohan Gas Agency, J.D.Road, Garh Road, Meerut. They are very irregular with delivery of cylinder. I booked for gas on 23.01.09 but till today (26.02.09) they have not delivered.I requested them to deliver so many times, They says tommorow will come. So many tommorows had come, they did not come for delivery.
I came to know they are supplying the cylinder whose ever giving extra amount per clinder without any periority (Making selling-Block) .

So please ask your dealer to supply at earliest and take action against the agency.

i am monica and my consumer id is 2185 and distributer name is dammo enterprises.
i am facing a problem from last 6 months like my gas not deliver on time and they misbehave me when i went to book my gas booking number and i also call in cp office but they didnt give good responces

THIS IS TO INFORM U THAT MY CONSUMER NO IS 613866 FOR HP GAS AGENCY NAME IS JYOTI GAS AGENCY. I HAD BOOKED GAS FOR HOME DELIVERY ON DT 21/12/2010 BUT TILL TODAY 01/11/2011 ITS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO ME AGAINST REGISTRATION REQUEST NO 376255 .
KINDLY RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM ASAP.TO DAY ONE OF YOYR REPRESENTATIVE VISTED OUR HOUSE FOR VERIFICATION OF CONNECTION.HE HAS MISBEHAIVED & HE FORCEIVELY WANT TO REPLACE GAS PIPE..INSPITE OF OUR GAS PIPE IS O.K.THIS IS WRONG.
I HOPE YOU WILL TAKE STRONG ACTION AGAINST IT.

I booked gas for home delivery on 06.01.2011 but till today 14.01.2011 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative and go my gas agency many time, he says day after tomarow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor name is Vighnaharta Gas service Bhandup(East). I have doble gas celender and present this time no gas. I am facing lots of problem. When 1st time I ring them for booking my gas they didn’t entered my consumer no. in PC. they said after 15 days must be booking a gas. distributor's staff is very rude.
