Irregularity in Delivering Gas Cylinders

I Have booked a Gas Cylinder on 11th July 2008. They said it would be delivered in 10 days. according to them it should be delivered on 21 of July. When I have asked them they kept on telling me today-tomorrow, today and tomorrow. Finally after a long fight with them they delivered the Cylinder on 27th July. Delay in supplies of refill

I am very much vexed up with HP Gas and really feel uncomfortable with gas. There is always shortage for gas cylinders. And the booking system is so worst and badly handled. The line is busy always and we can't book a gas for 2 days till we get the line. And after you book, the delivery will take at least 15-20 days. I have booked gas for 10 days and no response as yet. I have 2 cylinders and both are empty with stupid rules of HP gas...

sir, this is to bring your kind attention to the fact that inspite of making booking your m/s EKVIRA GAS SERVICE FAILS TO DELIVER REFILL CYLINDERS WITHIN STIPULATED TIME, not only that booking cylinder itself is becoming very defficult because neither they entertain phone calls nor they respond to automated booking service.Autherities may please take care....

No defined timelines in getting a new connection.

I applied for a new HP gas connection with distributors in Jharsa road, Gurgaon more than a month back. I am new here and I submitted all the authentic and required papers. The first step was the verification which happened with in a week and I was amazed at seeing this. The verification was proper and verification agency cleared me to get the new connection but more than month has been passed and one paper has not been signed by area manager...

VERY BAD RESPONSE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR DEALERSHIP

I HAVE A HP GAS CONNECTION WITH DOUBLE CYLINDER WITH SRI SAI KRISHNA GAS AGENCY 1-73/D/5, JANARDHANA HILLS, SY NO 50, OPP TELECOM NAGAR, GACHIBOWLI, HYDERABAD-32.
I BOOKED MY CYLINDER ON 08.08.08 DIRECTLY. TODAY THE DATE WAS 19.08.08. ALREADY IT WAS 11 DAYS COMPLETED. TWO DAYS BACK OUR REFIL WAS COMPLETED.

Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking and not picking up Phone at Gas Agency

I booked gas for home delivery one month ago, but till today 06.10.2008 Gas Cylinder is not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative & Gas Agency, they didn't pick up phone. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

Not providing gas to card holders

I am not getting HP gas supply from Gas agency at Pinjore Haryana. Those people have banged there phone and now its festival time HP gas is not available for domestic consumers but are supplied at sweetshops and restaurants at Rs 500 per gas cylinder and there visibility is open, even Pinjore police is also not doing anything as all o[censored]s know that police is not for common man it is only for VIPs. My consumer number for LPG supply is 614919 with Universal Gas Agencies, Taliparamba, Kannur Dist, Kerala State, Tel :[protected].

pressurising to buy accesories alongwith connection

Recently I applied for a new gas connection at HP Cooking Gas service center operated by Trimurti Gas Services in Mulund East.

When I contacted them for the connection, the dealer informed us that its mandatory to buy accesories including Stove as per the HP scheme. INPROPER ANSWERS & LATE DELEVERY

Dear sir,
I am useing this gas connection from last 3 years & erery time when i asked my dealer who is DHAR & SONS KOLKATA about second cylinder saying that company stopped provideing second cylinder.
Now for first cyliner i booked on 27 the september still they are saying that it will delivered after the puja holidays means on 13 th October.
How we can servive...without food??
