I have relocated from Kolkata to Hyderabad in the month of August 2008, have submitted necessary documents of Gas Transfer order relted papers on 22Nd August and have made several visits to the BHEL, Lingampally HP LPG Gas outlet, umpteen times, but evry time I visit their the manager says ther is no cylinders availabe and hence cannot provide you with the Gas Service . Its almost 2 months I have not recieved the GAs connection. Coming to a new city and facing all these difficulties is hindering my social responsibilities to my work and I need kind attention of authority concerned to look into the matter and solve it at the earliest.

    I am trying to booked a cylinder against my consumer No.606060 with HP GAS, SOOR & CO., Chandernagore, Hooghly-712136 . since last 10 days over phone-Help Line No.1716 but they are not picking up the phone for booking . This is not the one off incident but a habit with this agency, I lost my patience and am writing to every official in HP Gas Co. There is no sanctity of time and they are callous to the ordeal one undergoes dut to lack of basic necessity of life.Therefore kindly help me by sorting out this problem and oblige.

      my father and sister are goverment servant so we have two connection and our delar is saying that if your gas has problem or no problem then also you have to give 40 Rs. on each connect other wise we are going to cut your connectionand not renew the book.
      the delar is alway change his number so that we have to go to the center every time and when he is sending the cylender that time he asked for extra 5 Rs. per cylender.

      H P — our delar is troubling us to 1. asking 40 Rs. per card,2. never answer phone call

      I am agree whatever the problem faced by the customer.
      I am also having connection from same dealer, I am facing another problem of home delivery, I have asked them many times for home delivery, but every time they give silly reasons & avoided. Each time I have to go to their shop to collect a slip for cylinder, then carry a cylinder to their godown which is far away situated near Dighori sqr. Many people are having various problems with this same dealer. Can anybody suggest what to do now.
      There below phone number is not working anymore, I have tried several times in last two week, .

        I hearby write this complaint in vein of trying to refill the gas cylinder. I have been trying to contact the agency since 5 days, however the phones are always engaged. At times it rings but no answer. Then I visited the branch yesterday to book the same in person and happen to find out that both their phones were kept aside on purpose to engage the incoming lines and the perple sitting there were rejoicing to glory with the shutter half closed. I request some body to please look into this as there are many needy people like me waiting for the gas refill with childred at home.

          All the telephonic booking numbers provided by the HP Gas remain busy/engaged 24 hours. Hence I think no use of these numbers.
          Request HP to introduce some alternative arrangement to help its consumers as it is a emergency service.

          My complaint is regarding booking for refill
          !. only one number is provided from mentioned above by the gas agency it's enough
          there is no mobile number for refill bcz some time due to fault in landline phone becomes death and coustomer fails to book refill cylender.
          pl provide mobile number also.
          in most of cases there is nonattemptation of phone even after complete ring phone disconnect after redialling phone becomes buisy for 5 - 10 minutes. i think phone reciever is not placed in proper position or put it away from base.
          for refill booking i am still try to contact with agency phonically from last 2 days but fail to contact. even after long phone bells hone deisconnect and after that phone is still buisy.

            I had made an internet booking for cylinder refil on[protected], booking number 82251. The cylinder was delivered on[protected]. Since the delivery was taken by the domestic helper, the cylinder was not inspected by any other responsible family member.

            While attempting to change the cylinder, we have noticed that the seal has been tampered with, the plastic stopper on the cylinder is an old dirty one with the lablel of "Bharat GAS" and there is water in the cylinder.

            This is not the first time that cylinders supplied through "Ram Agencies" have been tampered with.

              This is sorry to say that I Umesh Kumar Pramanik have applied for a new domestic gas connection with double cylender, 07-03-08 in your KRANTI GAS AGENCY, SAPAHA ROAD, PO-KASIA
              DIST-KUSHINAGAR(UP), that time they said you may have to wait for six month according to my number provided 1059 in the register or I have to give them bribe money for early connection, I denied to give them bribe and wait till date, but now they are harrasing me giving new connection and asking for bribe.please take appropriate action against this agency and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                I got tranfered voucher from suvidha gas Kota to Nirmal Gas, Mundra, Gujarat. The new connection is issued on dated[protected] vide consumer no 6609971, but tilldate the regulator & cylinder is not given to me.Kindly take action for needful service.

                I am the consummer of the HP Gas Agengy at NH -, Faridabad. I have booked for HP gas Cylinder for my consummer No.676749 before 10 days but still date i have not recived the same. Previouslly they have been sending the Gas Cylinder in time (within one or two days )

                Dear Sir,

                Today morning when my wife turns on regulator she find some smell & noise near regulator. Immediately we put a complain to our distributor ( Jitesh Gas agency, Pune) for help. They sent a technical person to check. He said the regulator is failed & went out.
                Then my wife went to the distributor’s office with regulator to change.
                The lady in the distributors office handed used regulator to my wife, this regulator was in very bad condition. She even ask to the lady. The lady talks with my wife very arrogantly.

                In this case my question is whether anybody can have a new regulator or used regulator?
                Or are there any charges to pay anybody?

                Please revert back to me urgently.

                  i live at Walchandnagar, Dist- Pune(Maharashtra) (.i have booked refile on 10th October 2008.on booking they always say that u have to wait for 2 days as they have no supply of gas.is it true?                   I have made several phone calls but not responded properly and went there to check the status. they replied that they cancelled that cylinder and giving me arrogent answers. I am trying to file compliant to civil services departmentand others regarding this. Everytime your response from that office is very bad... Just i am giving you the intimation ... if possible ...                   Respected Sir,
                  Most respectfully I beg to say that I am your customer of Hindustan Petrolium Gas last 10 years. It is running under Priya Gas Service, Pucca Bagh, Garh Road, Hapur (Distt. Ghaziabad). I have many problems with Priya Gas Service for many years for supply in Gas. Not me but most of the people in the city are also suffering from this burning problem. Some of the points are given below :-

                  1) The owner of the Priya Gas does not attend the Customer's properly and phone as well as his mobile keeps mostly switched off. This is same case for the Area Manager.
                  2) They are Delivering the Gas Cylinder too late approx 20 to 40 days from the date of booking. If we have an urgent then they don't give the gas.
                  3) The behaviour of howkers and office staff of Priya Gas Service Agency is not good.
                  4) When delivery man comes to give the gas at home his behavior is not good. He gives the seal opened cylinder and if any one says that please give the sealed cylinder than his words are "Maine tumhare naukri nahi baja rakhi hai".
                  5) They knowingly create the shortage of Gas Cylinder on the other side on giving some extra money the gas cylinder are available.
                  6) They gives the threat if you will complaint then I will cancel your connection from my Agency.
                  7) There are four Gas Agencies in Hapur City other than Priya Gas Agency are syppling the Gas within three or four days after booking the Gas.
                  Now the winter session has come so consumption of the Gas has been enhanced. Please look into the matter seriously and take appropriate action in the matter to avoid defame of your corporation and Agency.
                  We hope that you will solve our problem urgently and will intimate on telephone No. [protected].

                  Description I hold Gas connection of your esteemed organisation having subscription No. 606192 and serviced by your distributor namely Southern Gas Distributors, Harinavi, Kol- 700 148. Since mid December Up to 26th Jan. I was out of Kolkata and got my last refill on 27/01/2009. There was no fresh booking made thereafter as one cylinder attached to oven around end Jan is still continuing and another one fully filled up cylinder as stand by. On 17th March delivery man of your distributor came to our house for deliver of refill whereas no request for refill was registered by us. When delivery man came there was no body at home except my 9 years old son who not aware of the situation allowed delivery of fresh cylinder. In fact your delivery man picked up a full filled cylinder and gave a fresh fully cylinder as refill. Immediately, after knowing the facts, we loged over protest with your distributors and demand refund of cost of fully filledcylinder taken away by their delivery boy. We with this letter also urge you to investigate the matter and instruct your distributors for making refund of cylinder refill cost fraudently taken by delivery boy.

                    I lives in Koparkhairane, i need gas connection for my home. For more than 15 days the dealer in our area is not at all responding. He is making me to call every day & giving absurd replies, it seems HP officials has got no control on him. When requested him to accept my documents & give me waiting list number, he was arraogant enough to inform me back, they dont take any documents like this, if you need connection you have to keep on coming. Is this the system for getting new connections?
                    Can we take any action against such dealer by RTI, because i feel he is doing something fraudulant, not giving connection to general public.
                    I am Surender Solanki, lives in Faridabad, i need gas connection. My Registration Referance No. is :[protected] .For more than two and half month the dealer in our area ( SIKKA GAS AGENCY)is not at all responding. It seems HP official has got no control on him. When requested him to accept my documents & give me waiting list number, if you need connection you have to keep on coming. Is this the system for getting new connection.

                      Dear Sir,
                      It is submitted with due respect that I am the consumer of HP Gas having consumer No. 517721 from Chandigarh Gas Company, Sector-17, Chandigarh since the last nine years. When I got this connection I was residing in Chandigarh but now I am retired and shifted to my home town Himachal Pradesh. I do not want to transfer this Gas connection to Himachal Pradesh because I have HP Gas connection already there.
                      Instead of surrendering this gas connection, I want to transfer the same to the name of my son Mr. Barjesh Kumar House No. 1398, Sector23-B, Chandigarh. I will be very thankful to you.

                        I (UMESH PUSHP) am satying in sector 31, faridabad and using HP LPG for last several years, but till now nobody from HP had asked me that which pipe i am using but now our distributor (M/S. SIKKA ENTERPRISES) has refused to deliver the gas cylinder without taking the SURAKSHA PIPE from themselves.

                        If Indian Oil, Bharat Petrolium & even HP Gas users (Till now) were not using the SURAKSHA PIPE then were they not safe? if they were not safe then why this action is being taken so late? and if they were safe then why the consumers are are being compelled to take SURAKSHA PIPES.

                        I am sure that consumers are more aware then these service provider & they are already using the ISI mark pipeline which is again a symbol of quality according to the Goernment Of India.
                        if we are bound to buy these pipes then why Govt. Of India Distribute the ISI mark to other pipe line companies, & if we are not bound to buy these pipes then why HP is compelling to buy these pipes that too of 5-6 months old manufactured which may be worse than what we are using.

                        MOre over they are not bothered whether we use it or not but theirpurpose is to sell these pipes only to make the money.

                        It is not compulsory to buy a Suraksha tube. The website of Bharat gas ebharatgas.com only mentions that a ISI mark tube should be used. Also there are complaints of fire with Suraksha tube.

                        I bought a gas pipe from the said agency. The product details are as follows: Suraksha LPG Hose. ISI: IS 9673. Mfd by Super Seal. Lot No. 99 (09/06) Change before September/11.
                        I am to inform you that this hose caught fire while cooking, I quickly closed the gas cylinder before any mishap could happen. I want to know that what sort of hose did the agency sell and I want drastic measures to be taken against the said agency."

THEY NEVER TOLD US ABOUT SURAKSHA TUBE. THEY NEVER COME TO CHANGE TUBES, STOVE ETC .DUE THIS WE LOST OUR FATHER IN FIRE ACCIDENT .

                          No Delivery Even After 20 Days Of Booking

                          I Have Made An Booking With Hp Dealer Of Our Area Soham Gas Agency, Kolshet Thane Dealer For Hp Gas. As Per The Rules We Have To do The Booking After 25 Days Of The Previous Booking And We Will Recieve The Cylinder In 2-3 Days But Even After 25Days After Booking We Have Not Recieved The Cylinders.

                          This Is Not The First Instance That It Has Happened We Have Already Faced Problems Many A Times And Have Also Made Complaints To The Ho Gas Office At Mumbai. We Receive Prompt Service Once We Make A Complaint. But It Is Not Possible To Make A Complaint Every Time Soon After We Make Bookings With Our Dealer Each And Every Time. I Dont Understand Why Hp Is Not Looking Into This Matter Seriously And Not Taking Any Stringent Actions Against The Dealer. Every Time We Call Our Dealer He Says That He Is Out Of Stock Or The Stock Are Not Recieved And We Have More Demand Than Supply. What Hp Is Doing?????? If they are not able to supply they should stop their business.

                          I from bangalore, I booked the cyllender today (ofter 25 days), when i was contacted to our agency, they told another 5to 6 days delay, it means it takes around 1 month for 1 cyllender. I have monther, father, my wife, my children, we reqired 1 cyllender for 25 days . what we have to do for this. the gass agency not replaying properly. only they told that load is not came. if the supply is not properly from your side. or the gass agency is not distributing properly. the common famaly is suffering from this problem. govt is not suffering for this peoblem. only they give the problem to common people.

                            We have gas connection from HP with two cylinders. The booking has been done on 30th July'08, my consumer no:16344 and still now we have not received any gas cylinder. This is horrible supply from HP and it happens in almost every month. The dealer is Siva Ram Agencies, Kovvur West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.Only one repay that say that your slip alreay taken place. Please help

                            HP Gas — IMPROPER RESPONSE/ SERVICE

                            i HAVE REQUESTED FOR 2nd cylinder on 14.01.09 and the agency people assured that with in a week same shall be delivered to you but till date I didn't receive any response in that regard even they are not replying properly. Can somehow I resolve the issue please advice. I have a baby who is live on milk and some times we are not able to serve him the milk also. They are not even addressing the case properly.

                            HP Gas — Improper response and non delivery

                            Dear Sir,

                            I am being Served by Viganharta Gas Agency(Distributer No : 138925) in Koperkhairane. Since last three years below are the issues i am facing this distributer.

                            1. After booking they don't provide booking no and expected delivery date, and used to say that they don't maintain the same.
                            2. Most of time they forgots booking and ask for rebooking.
                            3. They don't work on First come first serve basis i.e. Peoples who booked later than you could get gas before you.
                            4. After Follow up they Used to Say today/tomorrow but their today and tomorrow comes rarely.
                            5, Delivery Boy asks for Extra Money if we don't pay them next time you might get gas on your door step however we have paid for delivery.
                            6. After 10-15 Days of follow up they asks you to come with your gas Cylinder.

                            As they don't provide any booking details we can't take any legal action against them.
                            Kindly requesting please look into the matter.

Cash Memo no. 146043. we have given a phone no 2446563. when we call we get a replay that the number doesnot exist. Today i went to the concent office he says that after three days it may be delivered.                               I Have booked a Gas Cylinder on 11th July 2008. They said it would be delivered in 10 days. according to them it should be delivered on 21 of July. When I have asked them they kept on telling me today-tomorrow, today and tomorrow. Finally after a long fight with them they delivered the Cylinder on 27th July. When I have asked them about the next booking date, they said 21 days from the date of Delivery of the Cylider or 30 days from the date of Booking the cylinder (which ever comes first). According to them Iam eligible to book a cylinder on 11 of August. Iam trying to call them daily from then on 27144491/92/93. All the time the three phones are either in Busy/ No Answer/ Out of Orfer condition. They still say that the phones are working properly and they are doing their job right.

                              People sitting at the Front Desk to take the requests are not completely aware of the process and procedure and added to that they are rude to the customers.

                              I want to know as to how to escalate this issues to see that things run smoothly not only to me, but also to the rest of the consumers.

                              THEIR SERVICE IS THE WORST IN THE WORLD. Iam Fed Up. But cannot help as gas is the basic commodity for living and we cannot avoid that even for a single day.

                              So Tell me a way out to set up the things in Process.
                              I am facing a lot of problem in gas delivery.The people the front desk do not respond properly to the call lines are busy.They take more than 10 days to deliver after booking .If we call and ask they say the bill is given u contact delivery man .If we contact him he delivers only after two to three days after the bill has been given..It is taking more than a month to book and get the gas.You people ask to post complaints, but don't know how far action is being taken.We have to spend all time tracking these people.

                                I am very much vexed up with HP Gas and really feel uncomfortable with gas. There is always shortage for gas cylinders. And the booking system is so worst and badly handled. The line is busy always and we can't book a gas for 2 days till we get the line. And after you book, the delivery will take at least 15-20 days. I have booked gas for 10 days and no response as yet. I have 2 cylinders and both are empty with stupid rules of HP gas services. This service providers are a big failure. Not only me, wherever HP users are using their service, they are facing inconvenience...My latest booking is on 29th sep still i haven't received the refill yet.The company officials arenot really looking into the distribution systems.The dealer M/S Nand gas agencies prop as well as the staff isn't cooperative. Hope adequqte action to be taken.

IS 604710.AFTER RECIEVING THE GAS CYLINDER LAST TIME ON 6th MAY 2011 WE HAVE BOOKED OUR GAS ON 13th JUNE 2011 AFTER 21 DAYS OF RECIEVING.BUT TILL NOW(7th JULY 2011) WE HAVE NOT RECIEVED OUR GAS. THE CALLOUSNESS OF THE DISTRIBUTOR IS CAUSING GREAT PROBLEM TO OUR FAMILY.

                                  sir, this is to bring your kind attention to the fact that inspite of making booking your m/s EKVIRA GAS SERVICE FAILS TO DELIVER REFILL CYLINDERS WITHIN STIPULATED TIME, not only that booking cylinder itself is becoming very defficult because neither they entertain phone calls nor they respond to automated booking service.Autherities may please take care.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I've got transferred documents(Termination Voucher) for dbl cylinder connection from Delhi to Aizawl(Mizoram); but couldn't availed in Mizoram here due to some different procedures here.

                                    Now, I've been transferred to Kota(Raj). Should I get any documents from Mizoram or should I carry the Delhi Termination Voucher for getting transferred connection in Kota(Raj). Please reply urgently.

                                      I applied for a new HP gas connection with distributors in Jharsa road, Gurgaon more than a month back. I am new here and I submitted all the authentic and required papers. The first step was the verification which happened with in a week and I was amazed at seeing this. The verification was proper and verification agency cleared me to get the new connection but more than month has been passed and one paper has not been signed by area manager which is refraining me from getting a new connection. The area manager was on vacations for this period that is what I heard from the distributors. I don't have an intent to complanint but just want to ask HP Gas authorities a simple qiestion why there is no back up for it. If backup would have been there then hundreds of people like me would have got the connection.
